This company was highly recommended to us by a friend who'd contracted them to work on his roof. Our entire roof required replacing, so the scope of the work was extensive and complicated. However, Ricky and Steve's team worked diligently and thoroughly with the minimum amount of disruption. We particularly appreciated the comprehensive and responsive communication, as well as the incredibly high standard that the work was finished at. Professional, transparent and incredibly capable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Recommended by neighbours who were happy with the work they had done, we decided to go with them. They provided a very detailed quotation with the various options laid out, and though they were more expensive than others that had quoted, they gave confidence in the quality of the materials and workmanship and the aftercare. They removed the old, damaged roof with perished liner and replaced it with a similar one (looks better as well). Although shifting dates was a bit problematic, they organised everything that needed to be done, the scaffolding, the removal and the replacement of the roof, and the removal of the scaffolding. The whole job was done with minimal upset, only requesting access to our downstairs loo and a power cable to boil a kettle. They were also polite and tidy. There was some damage to plants in the front garden, but that was the scaffolding people, and probably couldn't have been avoided. I would be happy to recommend them and use them again.

Ricky and Steve were recommended by a neighbour who was very happy with their roof replacement the previous year. On our house they replaced the flat roof, the slate tiles on the pitched section, installed new rooflights and gutters and brought the roof insulation up to current building regulations. Overall we found Ricky and the team to be very professional and polite, communication was always swiftly responded to, and the quality of the work was exceptionally good and very neat and tidy. The project went over schedule due to a manufacturing fault with one of the 2 rooflights which was outside Ricky's control, but Ricky dealt with the issue, kept the project on budget, and swiftly installed the replacement window as soon as it became available. I have already recommended Prestige Roofing to several neighbours who have also been happy with their work.

This company was highly recommended to me by my neighbour, and their confidence was not misplaced. I was impressed at the outset with Ricky's assessment of the roof problems which were causing a leak, and then with his swift proposal and quote to deal with the issues. Communications with him were always quickly answered which was very welcome.His partner Steve and his team replaced my flat roof with great skill and efficiency, and with the minimum of disruption. They also carried out a general overhaul of the rest of the roof. They employ an admirably proficient scaffolding company which was important to me as they had to carry all the structures through my house. I would recommend Prestige Roofing without hesitation.

I would have no problems recommending this company, they replaced the complete tiled roof including gutters and upgraded the insulation on our bungalow in cold/wet/windy conditions. Once the work started after initial delays (due to poor weather) they worked tirelessly for 15 days to complete the roof just before Xmas 24. I was supplied with many pictures showing the work as it progressed, the standard of work was excellent. They were tidy, punctual and polite, thanks Ricky/Steve and the team for a good job.

Initially we met Ricky who gave us a detailed quote after inspection of flat roofs x3 and fascia’s/soffits that needed replacing. He was helpful and professional. We decided to go with Prestige Roofing & really glad we did. Once scaffolds were up Ricky & the team gave a detailed assessment with the photos showing crumbling/missing cement joints (?) along the ridge showing completely rotten batons. Ricky gave us two choices and we decided on the new roof. At no time felt pressured. The team are friendly and respectful & worked hard. The roof at the back of our house hadn't been touched for fifty years so needed multiple repairs. Living in a terrace, everything had to be bought through from the front to the back, so we were concerned about security and protection. When it became apparent that my house needed a new roof, my next-door neighbours recommended Ricky and Steve. I’d always admired their roof, which Prestige had done a few years ago, so I knew they would be all right. They were much, much better than all right. It's hard to find new superlatives to add their excellent reviews, so I will show how, above and beyond their professionalism and expertise, they go the extra mile. In 2002 another firm replaced our roof with an expensive Welsh slate roof. A Welsh slate roof should last between 75 and 100 years; this one probably would have, except that the underlying work had been badly, sloppily done. As the work on the new roof progressed, Steve took dozens of photos documenting the evidence of the poor workmanship done in 2002. These photos, together with Ricky’s detailed written summary of the mistakes that were made, will help me with my efforts to obtain some redress. As an old person living alone I had concerns about noise, dirt, and scaffolding (possible burglary). All my concerns were fully addressed. The scaffold was alarmed, great care was taken to prevent internal dust, noise was minimal, and each day the drive was swept more thoroughly than I do it myself. Ricky, Steve, and their staff take pride in their excellent work, and are a pleasure to deal with. They do everything in their power to make the potentially daunting process of having a new roof done as stress-free as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Prestige repaired the flat roof on our side extension, adding insulation, decking, a fibreglass cover and flashing. I used Prestige after being let down by Aspect and am so glad to have found proper professional roofers. Ricky was responsive, clear and professional and booked the job in quickly. Steve and the team were hard working, cheerful and great to have around. They completed the work ahead of time and were clear about all the costs, which were comparable to other quotations I'd received. They dealt efficiently with the skip and scaffolding companies and left the site tidy. It's great to have a long guarantee on the work. Prestige Roofing replaced our whole roof, flashing, guttering, fascia, soffits and barge boards in summer 2022. Ricky and Steve are professional roofers who we have known for more than 10 years now and who we trust! We first used them for some roof and guttering repairs in 2012 and because of their service back then they were the first people we called when we had problems with the age of our roof. They were prompt when coming out to assess and price the work. They were prompt when they started the work and had great communication with us as they worked. They tidied up at the end of every day and kept any disruption to our neighbours and to us to the minimum. Prestige Roofing aren't cheap BUT they are worth it!

Prestige Roofing carried out a full replacement roof job for me recently, and I have to say that I was very happy with the works. From Ricky who did the estimating and discussed the various options, to Steve, Phil and Bradley who did the works on site. They were always very polite, courteous, and mindful of not upsetting the neighbours. Most importantly of all, the quality of their work was excellent. They kept me up to date with progress, and they snagged their own works as they progressed so as to leave a great finished project. I am sure there are many cheaper contractors out there, but if I had to go through a new roof to my house again, I would be calling Ricky and his team. A truly professional project, and they went above and beyond their remit to ensure it all looked fantastic at the end, such as ensuring the solar panels were properly integrated.

What work did they do? They removed an old slate roof and replaced it with a new slate roof. They organised everything that needed to be done, the scaffolding, the removal and the replacement and even swept up afterwards. They agreed a date with me when to start and how long it would take. Everyone turned up on time, and on the agreed day and every day after that. It was brought in on budget. There was a contingency amount in the original quotation to cover any nasty surprises they might find when they started work. What made the trader stand out? Firstly they turned up for the initial consultation. This is not always the case I have found. They discussed my options with me thoroughly regarding the implications of the different types of roofing material on offer. They provided a very detailed quotation. The scaffolders they chose were also very good. The team who did the daily work were very hard workers and didn't seem to stop for any breaks at all. They were very fast and the whole job was done with minimal upset. I was kept in the loop throughout the job. For example they uncovered some rotten joists in one part of the roof not visible unless you were on the roof. They took photos and showed me the damage. I was also provided with photos at the end of the job. All in all I have found this trader to be reliable and efficient.

Everything about this company is thoroughly professional and their work is of the highest standard. I'm sure that there are many rogues and cowboys around, but these boys are the exact opposite. They turn up on time, keep you informed of progress and just do a great job. They did a full new roof, loft insulation and some chimney work for me. I am delighted with their work. If you use Prestige Roofing, you will not be disappointed.

Ricky came to my house to estimate the job. He was very well mannered and clear with the costings. The scaffolders came quickly and put it up very considerately and were very polite. Has a flat roof window leak in the storm, called a few local roofers, Ricky was very responsive, came around the next day and fixed the issue on the spot and only charged me cost of material because it took half an hour. Cannot recommend enough

We approached Prestige Roofing in May / June '21 to undertake a flat roof replacement (finished in GRP) and the re-roofing of two small bays in lead. Ricky responded promptly to my initial email and arranged a visit to discuss the job. He was by far the most engaged of all the traders that we contacted and impressed immediately with his consideration to some of the more specific requirements and constraints that we had for the project. As an architect, its fair to say I was 'particular' about the work but Ricky took time to run through all the details and I felt wholly confident engaging Prestige based on these initial interactions. We were lucky enough to have Brent and George carrying out the work who were fantastic. Considerate, with excellent attention to detail and a reassuring desire to do a quality job - they were just great guys to deal with. Some unexpected rotten timbers did end up adding extra over the initial quote but there was no way this could have been anticipated and Prestige dealt with it admirably - clearly highlighting the issues and checking with us before proceeding. Originally estimated at 3 days, the work ended up taking just over 4 but this included all the extra work required dealing with the rotten timber as well as a day heroically battling torrential rain! We're absolutely thrilled with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Prestige Roofing ourselves again in the future.

Dan and his team completely replaced an old, leaking, asphalt flat roof. The job included the need to remove and reinstate the landing of an iron staircase, so as to gain full access to the roof area. The work was undertaken efficiently and completed promptly, to the agreed schedule. The team were friendly, courteous and left the site clean and tidy. I found Prestige Roofing on Which Recommended Trader. I needed a local company to address storm damage to our roof, a newly developed leak in our loft roof and to reroute and replace our downpipe drainage system. Even though his team are in high demand and very busy, he managed to fit us in, even earlier than he originally indicated. The quotes provided were competitive and transparent. Scaffolders (arranged by Ricky) arrived as scheduled and his two-man team was on site within an hour of the scaffolding going up. All the work was completed to a high standard, much faster than expected. Miraculously for April, it has not rained since the work was completed, but I'm confident that when it falls, the rain water will be no match for Prestige Roofing's quality workmanship.

Steve and his team worked extremely hard to make extensive repairs to our roof. They were prompt, polite, worked non- stop and kept everything clean and tidy. The work appears to be of a high standard and the price was exactly as per the estimate. I would highly recommend.

We were really worried when we found some render had come away from the roof. We'd only just had some other roof repairs done with another company which had taken ages to arrange and then needed follow-up. Luckily for us a friend mentioned Prestige Roofing and we thought we'd give them a try. Our experience with Prestige couldn't have been more different. Ricky and the team were great. Ricky came round really quickly to assess the problem and reassure us. Everyone was very friendly and came back quickly to explain anything we didn't understand. They're a busy company but the whole thing was dealt with in a week because they manage their work so they still have some space to can accommodate smaller jobs. I really wish we'd known about them before.

We found Prestige Roofing after Googling them on Trusted Traders. Having avoiding facing up to our leaking guttering and old and damaged roof for some years, it was reassuring that Ricky from Prestige Roofing responded quickly, visited our home and than provided detailed options and quotes to discuss before deciding. We were not expecting to completely replace our roof, but on close inspection when the scaffolding went up to renew the guttering, it was clear that our original roof built in 1928 was past its life span and also the chimneys were damaged. Having made the decision to renew the roof, Ricky, Steve and the Prestige Team worked over three weeks, even during the February cold spell, to compete the job. We chose to renew with 'Burnt Flame Clay' tiles, to maintain the aesthetics of our period semi-detached house. Although more expensive than some options, we definitely don't regret this decision. Steve and the Prestige Team clearly took great pride in their work, and all the choices that needed to be made and questions along the way were always managed with great patience. This even included being able to go up on the scaffolding for a closer inspection of the roof throughout. We are very pleased with the finished roof and guttering works. We would definitely recommend Prestige Roofing.

I contacted the company about a leak in my roof. They arrived very quickly and concluded that I needed a whole new roof. I have also contacted several other roofers listed on trusted traders who said the roof is fine and just needs a repair in one place. Admittedly it is a very awkward job because of a conservatory but it certainly doesn’t seem to warrant a new roof at the cost of £32160.00.

Having searched for a reliable roofing company capable of repairing some existing damage, and install a new glass lean-to roof, I found Prestige Roofing through a search on Which Trusted Traders. The experience of dealing with Ricky, Steve and the team was excellent from the first meeting through to the completion of the work. Clear advice, detailed work quote and no surprises upon getting the final invoice - which I have had on a number of occasions. Prestige came in to reconfigure and replace the slate & lead lined mansard roof on our Victorian terrace which had been poorly converted & was leaking. They got the job done quickly and the end result looks great - really neat and all the design flaws of the previous roof have been fixed. Whilst working on the mansard, they found a fault with the main roof and so had to fix that too, replacing the asphalt roof with insulated fibreglass.

Prestige-roofing did a very professional job repairing the roof to the back extension of the house. They had to re-do the work of another company that had completely botched the job. The work they did and the manner in which they did it was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
