Prestige were an efficient and very professional company who did a very good job on our roof. We needed scaffolding which was organised very quickly and removed quickly after the work was done too with no hassle. The work was good quality and we would highly recommend them.

Ricky and his Prestige Roofing team recently completed a flat roof and balcony re-build that was in urgent need of repair. The service and quality of new roof/balcony we received was nothing short of excellent. Once given the go-ahead to do the work, the speed at which Ricky instructed a scaffolder (within minutes) and pulled his team together to start the job was impressive. The team then didn't so much as stop for a cup of tea while doing the job, and all rubbish was cleaned away. At all times, Ricky had great communication, was professional, friendly, and clear that his priority was to produce a final and high-quality spec that was what we wanted and would be happy with. He succeeded. We have now got a ceiling/flat roof that is solid and no longer leaks and a fabulous balcony that exceeds all our expectations. Overall, very impressed. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ricky and the Prestige team again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Following heavy rainfall last week, our bay window guttering caused a bad leak over our bay window. Our insurance company surveyor stated that the existing guttering had been incorrectly fitted, partially buried in the wall (by a local authority contractor) and was found to have caused the internal leak. The insurance company would not cover the claim. I contacted Ricky Fuller after seeing the favorable comments about Prestige Roofing on Which. Ricky called around that afternoon to view the problem and determine the scale of the work required. His manner was very reassuring and he inspired confidence. Ricky sent the detailed quote that evening as promised and we agreed to Prestige undertaking the work. They fitted us in at very short notice, the same week. The entire front guttering was replaced, a considerable amount of repointing completed as well as remedial work to the bay lead flashings. The work was completed within a day. All debris was removed and the property left tidy. My brother and I cannot praise Ricky, Steve and William enough for their professionalism, the speed in which the work was completed and their courteous manner throughout. We will most certainly consider Prestige Roofing for future roofing and guttering projects. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks guys!

Feeling apprehensive after a terrible "attempt" by a local "roofer" to fix my roof, I needed to find someone I could trust to do a good job. My friend recommended Ricky and his team. Ricky came to assess the works required and provided me with a professional pack of information about his company. He was understanding of my concerns and put my mind at ease my talking me through in great detail how the work would be undertaken. I was very grateful to Ricky and his team for fixing my roof and they did an excellent job; lesson #1: don't ever go for the lowest price offered!! New lead flashing was installed (along with a new strip of roof tiling), the parapet newly rendered and new coping stones laid. Ricky invited me to look at the work as it was being carried out and talked me through every step, ensuring I was happy. Very skilled and professional - thanks once again.

I got Ricky and Steve in to work on my loft extension. 2 dormer windows at the back and velux at the front. Not an easy job as this included a Buddleia bush who’s roots had driven its way into the gable end wall. But not a problem for Prestige Roofing. The standard of their work is first class and was completed on budget. The materials are high quality and it seems the roof will last for another 100 years. The team were friendly and could trust them to keep the house safe. The site was always cleared up every day to keep disruption to a minimum. I would 100% recommend them to friends. If you need to know they will stay to completion, these are the guys for the job. No snagging required!

Ricky and Steve provided an amazing service for us. They came the same day for a quote, provided the quote/Trusted Traders certificate/insurance certificate/reviews that same evening and were able to do the work just one day later as the work was urgently needed for our house sale. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. They were punctual, polite and very tidy. They provided photos of the work and a guarantee on the same day. Would thoroughly recommend them for any roofing work required.

Very impressed by Ricky and the Prestige Team. From initial contact for a quote through to completion of the job, we had a very attentive professional service. Ricky talked us through and explained his proposals for what needed to be done to fix the persistent leaks in our roof around the loft balcony. Excellent repairs were done to our lead work and flashings, which look the part and do the job. Overall great customer communications and service; excellent quality for a reasonable price. I have some damp that a plumber thought might be caused by a leak from the roof. Ricky found a time that fit with my work schedule to come and have an initial look and then had a proper look at the roof when I wasn’t there. He gave me his honest assessment which is that the roof was in perfect condition and didn’t need any work doing to it. Thank you for helping me to rule the roof out as the cause.

Prestige Roofing resurfaced and tiled an asphalt balcony and removed, resealed and refitted the coping stones along the balcony wall and the side of the roof. Both jobs were done to fix a problem with water ingress into the wall cavities below. The service provided was courteous and professional from the outset. Ricky turned up when he said he would (unlike many tradespeople before him), answered calls and provided timely responses to messages. Queries for regulatory documentation from the development's management company were dealt with promptly and without complaint. The work was completed quickly (or as quickly as the weather permitted) and with a minimum of disruption and to a high standard (as far as I can tell). All waste material was removed and the site swept and tidied. Since the work has been done, we have seen no further evidence of water ingress into the wall cavities. After payment in full, some of the balcony tiles came loose due a problem with the adhesive. This was purely cosmetic but a good test of the after-sales service. Dan came back to fix these without complaint as soon as it was dry enough. Ricky, Dan and the team were always polite and accommodating and spared us much of the stress usually associated with having work done on the house. I'd had lower quotes for the work from other, less confidence-inspiring companies but I think it was worth paying a bit more for the service and workmanship provided by Prestige. Highly recommended.

What can I say! I have had nightmare with "have a go" incompetent, rogue traders called Linx Build & Design who left me with failed building control on nearly every part of my basic extension including dodgy guttering and what was supposed to be a GRP roof installation. Just terrible. In comparison to this anxiety inducing, dreadful experience - Steve and Phil were an absolute delight, they are sheer machines! Got stuck in straight away, came fully equipped and actually demonstrated personal pride through the undeniable high quality standards of their work. They satisfied building control, and were also very neat and tidy, and a real pleasure to have around. They kept me informed at all times and Ricky was always on the other line if needed. You don't need to be a roofing expert to know what excellent quality. I thoroughly recommend them. I wish I went with them the first time round, and saved myself a lot of pain and expense. From the speedy reply coming to give a quote to getting the job done it was a pleasure to deal with these guys. The job involved replacing the eves and guttering and a new downpipes and it looks the part. Had an up-close inspection of the work and can't fault the installation.

I used Prestige Roofing for the second time to replace a roof over an extension at the back of my flat, together with my downstairs neighbour. I came back to them again having used them to survey work during a house-buying process previously and I was glad I did. Prestige are reliable, trustworthy, quick and their work is of an excellent standard. Both Ricky and Steve are a pleasure to deal with. You can absolutely trust that they will do what they say and that their work will be top quality. Highly recommended - I would not use another roofing firm.

Prestige-roofing did a very professional job repairing the roof to the back extension of the house. They had to re-do the work of another company that had completely botched the job. The work they did and the manner in which they did it was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Prestige came in to reconfigure and replace the slate & lead lined mansard roof on our Victorian terrace which had been poorly converted & was leaking. They got the job done quickly and the end result looks great - really neat and all the design flaws of the previous roof have been fixed. Whilst working on the mansard, they found a fault with the main roof and so had to fix that too, replacing the asphalt roof with insulated fibreglass.

Having searched for a reliable roofing company capable of repairing some existing damage, and install a new glass lean-to roof, I found Prestige Roofing through a search on Which Trusted Traders. The experience of dealing with Ricky, Steve and the team was excellent from the first meeting through to the completion of the work. Clear advice, detailed work quote and no surprises upon getting the final invoice - which I have had on a number of occasions. The team were a pleasure to have onsite, worked hard and clearly have pride in doing a top-quality job. Would have no hesitation recommending them.

I contacted the company about a leak in my roof. They arrived very quickly and concluded that I needed a whole new roof. I have also contacted several other roofers listed on trusted traders who said the roof is fine and just needs a repair in one place. Admittedly it is a very awkward job because of a conservatory but it certainly doesn’t seem to warrant a new roof at the cost of £32160.00.

Having avoiding facing up to our leaking guttering and old and damaged roof for some years, it was reassuring that Ricky from Prestige Roofing responded quickly, visited our home and than provided detailed options and quotes to discuss before deciding. We were not expecting to completely replace our roof, but on close inspection when the scaffolding went up to renew the guttering, it was clear that our original roof built in 1928 was past its life span and also the chimneys were damaged. Having made the decision to renew the roof, Ricky, Steve and the Prestige Team worked over three weeks, even during the February cold spell, to compete the job. We chose to renew with 'Burnt Flame Clay' tiles, to maintain the aesthetics of our period semi-detached house. Although more expensive than some options, we definitely don't regret this decision. Steve and the Prestige Team clearly took great pride in their work, and all the choices that needed to be made and questions along the way were always managed with great patience. This even included being able to go up on the scaffolding for a closer inspection of the roof throughout. We are very pleased with the finished roof and guttering works. We would definitely recommend Prestige Roofing.

We were really worried when we found some render had come away from the roof. We'd only just had some other roof repairs done with another company which had taken ages to arrange and then needed follow-up. Luckily for us a friend mentioned Prestige Roofing and we thought we'd give them a try. Our experience with Prestige couldn't have been more different. Ricky and the team were great. Ricky came round really quickly to assess the problem and reassure us. Everyone was very friendly and came back quickly to explain anything we didn't understand. They're a busy company but the whole thing was dealt with in a week because they manage their work so they still have some space to can accommodate smaller jobs. I really wish we'd known about them before.

Steve and his team worked extremely hard to make extensive repairs to our roof. They were prompt, polite, worked non- stop and kept everything clean and tidy. The work appears to be of a high standard and the price was exactly as per the estimate. I would highly recommend.
