Having searched for a reliable roofing company capable of repairing some existing damage, and install a new glass lean-to roof, I found Prestige Roofing through a search on Which Trusted Traders. The experience of dealing with Ricky, Steve and the team was excellent from the first meeting through to the completion of the work. Clear advice, detailed work quote and no surprises upon getting the final invoice - which I have had on a number of occasions. The team were a pleasure to have onsite, worked hard and clearly have pride in doing a top-quality job. Would have no hesitation recommending them.

Prestige Roofing replaced our whole roof, flashing, guttering, fascia, soffits and barge boards in summer 2022. Ricky and Steve are professional roofers who we have known for more than 10 years now and who we trust! We first used them for some roof and guttering repairs in 2012 and because of their service back then they were the first people we called when we had problems with the age of our roof. They were prompt when coming out to assess and price the work. They were prompt when they started the work and had great communication with us as they worked. They tidied up at the end of every day and kept any disruption to our neighbours and to us to the minimum. Prestige Roofing aren't cheap BUT they are worth it!

Ricky came to my house to estimate the job. He was very well mannered and clear with the costings. The scaffolders came quickly and put it up very considerately and were very polite. The roofers who did the work (George and Brent) both very well educated and did the job very well done. I’m very very happy. I hope my message is helpful.

Initially we met Ricky who gave us a detailed quote after inspection of flat roofs x3 and fascia’s/soffits that needed replacing. He was helpful and professional. We decided to go with Prestige Roofing & really glad we did. Once scaffolds were up Ricky & the team gave a detailed assessment with the photos showing crumbling/missing cement joints (?) along the ridge showing completely rotten batons. Ricky gave us two choices and we decided on the new roof. At no time felt pressured. The team are friendly and respectful & worked hard. We are really pleased with all the work they’ve done & would highly recommend them.

I would have no problems recommending this company, they replaced the complete tiled roof including gutters and upgraded the insulation on our bungalow in cold/wet/windy conditions. Once the work started after initial delays (due to poor weather) they worked tirelessly for 15 days to complete the roof just before Xmas 24. I was supplied with many pictures showing the work as it progressed, the standard of work was excellent. They were tidy, punctual and polite, thanks Ricky/Steve and the team for a good job.

Prestige came round to take a look at some large tiles fallen from the roof and quote for work. They quickly assessed that the tiles actually came from our neighbours roof (unlike another firm who came round to quote and didn't seem to notice this) and recommended that no work was needed as there were no leaks to our roof and no visible damage. They were really polite, and friendly and I felt honest. Would definitely use if we have problems in future.

He put us at ease from the start, provided quote quickly and when we were ready to proceed got his team started the next week. All the team were friendly, polite and helpful. I have some damp that a plumber thought might be caused by a leak from the roof. Ricky found a time that fit with my work schedule to come and have an initial look and then had a proper look at the roof when I wasn’t there. He gave me his honest assessment which is that the roof was in perfect condition and didn’t need any work doing to it. Thank you for helping me to rule the roof out as the cause.

Prestige-roofing did a very professional job repairing the roof to the back extension of the house. They had to re-do the work of another company that had completely botched the job. The work they did and the manner in which they did it was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Everything about this company is thoroughly professional and their work is of the highest standard. I'm sure that there are many rogues and cowboys around, but these boys are the exact opposite. They turn up on time, keep you informed of progress and just do a great job. They did a full new roof, loft insulation and some chimney work for me. I am delighted with their work. We were really worried when we found some render had come away from the roof. We'd only just had some other roof repairs done with another company which had taken ages to arrange and then needed follow-up. Luckily for us a friend mentioned Prestige Roofing and we thought we'd give them a try. Our experience with Prestige couldn't have been more different. Ricky and the team were great. Ricky came round really quickly to assess the problem and reassure us. Everyone was very friendly and came back quickly to explain anything we didn't understand. They're a busy company but the whole thing was dealt with in a week because they manage their work so they still have some space to can accommodate smaller jobs. I really wish we'd known about them before.

Steve and his team worked extremely hard to make extensive repairs to our roof. They were prompt, polite, worked non- stop and kept everything clean and tidy. The work appears to be of a high standard and the price was exactly as per the estimate. I would highly recommend.

I found Prestige Roofing on Which Recommended Trader. I needed a local company to address storm damage to our roof, a newly developed leak in our loft roof and to reroute and replace our downpipe drainage system. Even though his team are in high demand and very busy, he managed to fit us in, even earlier than he originally indicated. The quotes provided were competitive and transparent. Scaffolders (arranged by Ricky) arrived as scheduled and his two-man team was on site within an hour of the scaffolding going up. All the work was completed to a high standard, much faster than expected. Miraculously for April, it has not rained since the work was completed, but I'm confident that when it falls, the rain water will be no match for Prestige Roofing's quality workmanship.

I contacted the company about a leak in my roof. They arrived very quickly and concluded that I needed a whole new roof. I have also contacted several other roofers listed on trusted traders who said the roof is fine and just needs a repair in one place. Admittedly it is a very awkward job because of a conservatory but it certainly doesn’t seem to warrant a new roof at the cost of £32160.00.

Prestige Roofing carried out a full replacement roof job for me recently, and I have to say that I was very happy with the works. From Ricky who did the estimating and discussed the various options, to Steve, Phil and Bradley who did the works on site. They were always very polite, courteous, and mindful of not upsetting the neighbours. Most importantly of all, the quality of their work was excellent. They kept me up to date with progress, and they snagged their own works as they progressed so as to leave a great finished project. I am sure there are many cheaper contractors out there, but if I had to go through a new roof to my house again, I would be calling Ricky and his team. A truly professional project, and they went above and beyond their remit to ensure it all looked fantastic at the end, such as ensuring the solar panels were properly integrated.

When it became apparent that my house needed a new roof, my next-door neighbours recommended Ricky and Steve. I’d always admired their roof, which Prestige had done a few years ago, so I knew they would be all right. They were much, much better than all right. It's hard to find new superlatives to add their excellent reviews, so I will show how, above and beyond their professionalism and expertise, they go the extra mile. In 2002 another firm replaced our roof with an expensive Welsh slate roof. A Welsh slate roof should last between 75 and 100 years; this one probably would have, except that the underlying work had been badly, sloppily done. As the work on the new roof progressed, Steve took dozens of photos documenting the evidence of the poor workmanship done in 2002. These photos, together with Ricky’s detailed written summary of the mistakes that were made, will help me with my efforts to obtain some redress. As an old person living alone I had concerns about noise, dirt, and scaffolding (possible burglary). All my concerns were fully addressed. The scaffold was alarmed, great care was taken to prevent internal dust, noise was minimal, and each day the drive was swept more thoroughly than I do it myself. Ricky, Steve, and their staff take pride in their excellent work, and are a pleasure to deal with. They do everything in their power to make the potentially daunting process of having a new roof done as stress-free as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This company was highly recommended to me by my neighbour, and their confidence was not misplaced. I was impressed at the outset with Ricky's assessment of the roof problems which were causing a leak, and then with his swift proposal and quote to deal with the issues. Communications with him were always quickly answered which was very welcome.His partner Steve and his team replaced my flat roof with great skill and efficiency, and with the minimum of disruption. They also carried out a general overhaul of the rest of the roof. They employ an admirably proficient scaffolding company which was important to me as they had to carry all the structures through my house. I would recommend Prestige Roofing without hesitation.

This is the second time we've contracted Ricky and his team to help us address a critical issue with our house. This time it was the flat roof of our extension. We noticed cracks appearing in our walls and reached out to Prestige again to assess what needed to be done. As it turns out, the builders who originally built the roof didn't have a clue: the skylight windows weren't secured properly in frames, it lacked sufficient insulation, the joists were less than half of the required thickness and not secured properly either... they discovered an increasing list of borderline criminal negligence from whoever had installed it. This was going to be a nightmare for whoever had to fix it. But Ricky stepped up and guided us through the entire process. He was communicative, candid and considerate. He and his team worked diligently to replace the entire roof - working long hours in adverse weather to minimise the impact on us. Every member of Prestige was polite, friendly and professional. They have a level of dedication which was why hiring them again was an easy choice. I've been recommending Prestige, Ricky and his team to anyone who needs any form of roof servicing. I'd trust them to handle any future work in a heartbeat. I'm very grateful that we were lucky enough to have been recommended them ourselves; since they go the extra mile like no-one else.
