With headquarters in Bexhill and bases in Maidstone, Ashford, Shoreham, Guildford, Crawley, Brighton, Redhill and Folkestone we cover the South East of England. We can install a new or reconditioned stairlift in a matter of days and in some cases the same day. Our straight, curved, and external stairlifts can be custom-made to fit your home exactly, no matter how unique or quirky your staircase.

My husband sadly passed away recently so the stairlift is no longer needed. Chris came this morning to dismantle and remove it and he did a fantastic job. I was certain I would have to replace the hall, landing and stairs carpet, but Chris's skill and attention to detail while removing it means there is no trace of where the track has been. The stairlift was fitted two years ago and everyone I have dealt with, office staff and engineers, during that time have all been great, every single one of them. They are all very knowledgeable about their products and business, and they are all lovely people. I have recommended Prestige to others and I will continue to do so. I have enjoyed dealing with them over the past two years. They have always been reliable and they are one of the few truly ethical companies still in existence. I cannot fault them in any way, but special thanks go to Chris.

Following an initial query on Saturday Prestige arranged for a survey from their engineer Tim on Wednesday afternoon and a brand new stairlift was fitted by him in about 90 minutes on Friday. There was no fuss, he was very polite and tidy and explained the workings of the stairlift very clearly to my partner. Very competitive price boosted to other providers. Would highly recommend!

From the first day we made our initial enquiry at the Bexhill showroom to the day of installation, we were treated with courtesy and very helpful advice by all staff. The initial home visit by Peter and, subsequently, Chris to complete the measurements was all handled with professional care. On the day of installation, the team contacted us to confirm arrival time, which was good. Special mention must be made of Callum, who came back the following day with a "toogle" which made it easier for my wife(who has arthritis in her hands) to be able to use the hand controls. Overall, a five-star job from this company and one I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a stairlift

Having experienced difficulty going up and down the stairs I contacted Prestige to consider a stairlift. From initial contact through to installation the service has been fantastic. The initial visit took place within a few days of contact, the stairlift rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Once I decided to proceed with the stairlift installation was within a couple of weeks. I am very pleased with my stairlift, it has made a big difference to my everyday life and I no longer fear falling on the stairs. Thank you Prestige
