We were introduced to Paul by our architect and we elected to go with his team over 3 or 4 other competitive offers. Paul provides a consistent personal service - he handled the response to tender, came to the house several times to go through pricing and work scope and was on site most mornings throughout the build. Paul is very knowledgeable, able to find solutions to fill that gap between architect drawings and building site oddities. Paul and his team went the extra mile for us to make sure we had the modernisation and renovation to the ground floor of the Edwardian house we wanted and the stunning extension across the whole garden facing rear of the house. Good project management maintained momentum and allowed the scheduled to be met - good suggestions on material choices and help with identifying bathroom, wood floor and other suppliers. Paul sub-contracted parts of the build (ground works, heating, electrics etc.) to well qualified and experienced teams with whom he has worked for many years. All of them (and Paul's team) were a pleasure to deal with and have on site. Our trust in Paul was well placed. No short cuts, transparency on pricing and timing and respectful to neighbours - a really positive experience.
