What a pleasant experience it was having Priority Stairlifts fit our stairlift. We were initially visited by sales representative Sarah.All the time Sarah made us feel relaxed and in control and understanding the journey we were undertaking in choosing Priority Stairlifts. Within the hour we were delighted to place our order with Sarah knowing we were in trusted hands. From order to fitting within 4 days was amazing. On the day of fitting 2 fitters arrived promptly on time and immediately commenced to fit our new Stairlift. On completion of installation we were both explained the workings of the stairlift in great detail and demonstrating the workings. We are delighted to report our installation was faultless and given the reassurance that should we need any further help just call and we will immediately respond. The team at Priority were just outstanding when my mum needed a stairlift installed urgently after coming out of hospital. I cannot praise the service from the entire team enough. Priority Stairlifts is a family business and I cannot fault them. Their lady visited 24 hours after my enquiry and took me through all the options. She eas professional and thorough. I placed my order for a reconditioned stairlift which was the best price I found locally so she took the measurements and confirmed the power supply. Two lovely fitters arrived 48 hours later, they were lovely and efficient too. Once fitted, they demonstrated the lift operation and safety featres and watched to ensure I could operate it correctly. They were very courteous and patient and made sure I had stickers and a fridge magnet with contact details. From start to finish, it was a pleasure and I am delighted with my stairlift. A few days later I even received a beautiful thank you bouquet. Truly kind, professional, efficient, competitivly priced and beyond excellent. I would recommend them to anyone, they will exceed your expectations.

I contacted Priority Stairlift because of their Which? recommendation. I was not disappointed. It was easy to contact the company and there was no sales -pressure. The date and time of the installation was adhered to, and the installer gave great care to the property. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the reasons given to which side of our curved stairs should be used. There were no problems before, during and after the installation. It was also possible to contact Priority Stairlift after the installation for one or two questions which was to do with an extended warranty from the make of the stairlift. There were no problems with the installation and the care manager made personal visits before and after the stairlift was installed. It is also possible to make contact with the manager should problems arise.

From start to finish this company can only be described as first class. The ordering, fitting and subsequent follow up visit by Sarah was spot on and a rarity today, I felt like a special customer who was dealt with concern and respect. In conclusion I can fully recommend this company

Excellent service, first Sarah came to see us and explained everything she recommended which lift was best for our needs, we discussed a date and time for installation. The lads arrived on time the stairlift didn't take long to install, then, they explained fully how to work the stairlift and left a number to ring anytime, if you had any questions I would highly recommend Priority Stairlift

We got a reconditioned straight stairlift for our mum at a reasonable price. It looks practically new and all comes with 12 months warranty and one free service. They listened, not pushy, and all done with quick turnaround. Thank you!
