This is the second time we have used this company after such fantastic service the first time. You don't feel that their objective is to sell you a product it is more to help and advise. From initial assessment to stairlift being fitted within a week, the service we received was amazing. The stairlift was exactly what we needed to make life so much easier for us. Price was very competitive and you don't just receive a product it is the advice and support which is priceless. Thank you so much a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

We asked Priority Stairlifts to provide a quote for installing a stairlift in our home. Sarah came within two days of our request to view the stairs, take measurements and explain the options. She was friendly, courteous and not pushy. We agreed to buy a reconditioned model. The price was very reasonable. To our amazement she called to say it would be fitted the next day. The installer Josh came on time fitted the stairlift and explained clearly how worked. He too was friendly and courteous and left no mess. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

From the time we asked for a quote, until the end of the installation communication was first class. Nothing was too much problem. As for the Stairlift installation the tradesman was very polite and a clean worker. On completion he explained everything precisely and clearly. Would recommend this business very highly.

The installation of the stairlift was high quality work carried out in a very prompt and professional manner. The costs were explained and kept to and the work was explained both by the Commercial Manager and the engineer. The engineer arrived promptly and was a very clean worker. All rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. There was a follow up visit by the Customer Care Manager who explained the workings of the system in detail. I highly recommend Priority Stairlifts.

In the past I have dealt with many a good trader, also a couple of bad ones. In my opinion Priority Stairlifts beat all traders I have dealt with hands down. Their service from start to finish was first rate, Sarah was exceptional at her job, made us feel at ease, explained everything down to the last detail. Ben the installer was also exceptional, knew his trade well also explained everything in detail. I cannot praise this firm enough and would recommend them to any body wanting a stair lift supplied and fitted. On a final note yes I would give them five stars they do go above and beyond on customer care.

I contacted Priority Stairlifts, having seen some of the positive reviews and also their details on checkatrade. I'd had a few quotes for a stairlift for my mum from other companies but found them to be somewhat pushy and far more expensive. Despite not being in the actual geographical area covered by Priority, and having spoken with Sarah on the phone she was more than happy to call out and provide a quote. Sarah was punctual, polite and informative providing information on their company, and provided a very satisfactory quote. An important factor for my Mum was to have a seat that automatically turned at the top of the stairs and onto the landing area, as opposed to a manually operated lever. It was pleasing to know that regardless of a new or reconditioned stairlift that I might choose, all of Priority lifts came with this feature, and at not extra costs. All other companies wanted to charge an additional £400 - £450 regardless if new or reconditioned. Installation time and date were arranged and Josh, the engineer called prior to arrival and was a pleasure to have in the house. Josh worked very well and completed the job without mess and completed the work in approximately 1hr 30mins. He fully explained the operation of the chair and ensured that my mum tried the chair safely before leaving. I feel confident with Priority, that should there be any issues these will be rectified swiftly. A 12 month warranty and service is included in the price. Fantastic.

One does not need to search any further for a completely reliable, professional and skillful organisation. Due to illness, a family member was quickly discovering difficulty with their tall Victorian stairs. A call was placed to Sarah at Priority Stairlifts on a Wednesday, she visited to undertake a survey on Thursday and by Friday, the smooth, easy to use and new stairlift had been installed. The care Sarah and fitter Josh took to explain and ensure everything was understood every step of the way (sorry) was beyond impressive. Polite, friendly, engaging and faultlessly knowledgeable - both these lovely people have ensured a life-changing experience for this particular client. At no point did Sarah apply any sales pressure. Rental options were instantly encouraged once it was understood this specific requirement would be short-term. She was extremely thorough in her efficiently effective survey, presenting all the options and leaving no stone unturned. Josh was equally skilled in his installation. Kind, respectful and meticulous in his work, he neither rushed nor slackened in his pace. Once fitting was complete, he then most patiently and articulately demonstrated the workings of the lift. Both Sarah and Josh are reminders that superb and completely excellent service are not a thing of the past. Certainly not within their organisation. The stairlift itself has proven thoroughly successful and safe. Its ease of use being second to none. Most highly recommended!

Sarah, Customer Service Manager, gave excellent personal service throughout from our initial enquiry right through to follow-up visit on the day of installation. Installation was arranged quickly and engineer arrived promptly, completing the work in less than three hours. He gave us a thorough demonstration and left everything tidy.

So impressed with this company from start to finish. From first contact to fully fitted took 4 days (2 of which was the weekend). Sarah was friendly and informative, and found us exactly what we needed with next day fitting. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job with no mess. Would 100% recommend.

I chose priority stairlifts because they were a Which? Trusted Trader and I can see why they are. Incredibly helpful, super kind and friendly. The work they carried out on my 91 year old Mum's stairlift was done efficiently, quickly and with a minimum of fuss. This was all done at less than half the price that Stannah were going to charge, simply for turning up! Priority stairlifts also offer 24 hour call out, which is very reassuring. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

They kept us informed from quote to finish of installation. Engineer was efficient, ninety minutes for complete fitting. No mess to clear up. All left neat and tidy. Engineer explained working. Sarah visited later to make sure we were satisfied and happy with installation.

Mum was in desperate need of a stairlift and Priority Stairlifts were recommended online. When we read their reviews we decided to go with them. From the start Sarah was wonderful. Her visit before the lift was fitted and afterwards to check whether Mum had any concerns showed her to be a warm, helpful and considerate lady. She certainly goes the extra mile for her customers. Mark, who fitted the stairlift, was friendly, hardworking and left things very tidy. He was very patient when explaining all about the lift. We would recommend this company highly.
