Based in Ilkeston, Priority Stairlifts is a small, family-run business proudly serving Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Mansfield, Chesterfield, and the wider East Midlands.

With over 18 years’ experience, we specialise in installing, repairing, and maintaining straight, curved, reconditioned, and rental stairlifts.

You’ll deal directly with Sarah, Jon, or Josh - not a call centre - and always get honest advice, friendly service, and a no-pressure approach. We offer 24/7, 365-day call-out support so you’re never left without help.

Working with local councils and healthcare teams, we help people return home safely and stay independent. Whether you need a new, rental, or reconditioned stairlift, we’ll find the right solution for your needs and budget.
