We got a reconditioned straight stairlift for our mum at a reasonable price. It looks practically new and all comes with 12 months warranty and one free service. They listened, not pushy, and all done with quick turnaround. Thank you!

Email sent after reading in local magazine. I am NOT good on the phone and explained this. Sarah emailed back suggesting appt times. Met and discussed, measured, brochures left with me...no pressure at all, friendly and knowledgeable about products. So pleased with the engineers, polite, tidy and demonstrated how to use the lift which is so well positioned for me. Book and leaflet information left. I am so happy I read the article!

My mother needed a stair lift installed due to having Parkinson's. We had been on a waiting list with the council for almost a year, but were no further on. I contacted Age UK, and they recommended Priority Stair lifts. They came out and provided a price, and the stair lift was installed within a few days of order. The installers were very professional and friendly, leaving no mess. The company even sent a bunch of flowers to say thank you to my mother for the order. I can't say that about many tradespeople.

I wanted a stairlift for my husband and was recommended by a friend to get in touch with Priority Stairlifts. So glad I did. They were brilliant from start to finish. Sarah called the next day after making a telephone call to them and explained the easiest and cheapest option. It meant altering the top stair tread which my son in law did for me and this enabled us to have a straight rail installed. She was so patient with my husband as well and explained everything to him and how much safer he would be. He had been quite stubborn saying he did not need one - a man thing obviously!! There was no pressure at all but I knew at once I would be happy to let them fit a stairlift for us. Another phone call to Sarah to say we were ready and within 3 days Josh came along and fitted the stairlift very quickly and efficiently. He then very patiently explained to my husband how it worked and spent time showing him how to go up and down again. So one stubborn man is now a happy man. Thank you Priority Stairlifts.

Needing a stairlift as a matter of urgency due to riskiness of partner using stairs, contacted company on 12th May; appointment made by Sarah for following day at which possibilities discussed, price quoted and accepted and an installation date agreed for the 14th pm. Excellent communication throughout between installers and us. Plus an alternative idea for partner to use the top two stairs which had caused him problems. Plus, a telephone call the morning following installation to check that we had managed to use the stairlift on our own the previous evening. I never expected to get something installed so quickly and it has reduced the level of worry for me and my partner considerably.

Excellent Company. Sarah visited me on a Friday, explained the options and left a quotation with me. There was no pressure or hard sell. I placed the order the following Tuesday and the lift was fitted on the Thursday. Josh arrived on time to fit the lift. He demonstrated the use of the lift and advised me to contact them with any query or problem. Great service

I had a stairlift supplied and fitted by this firm & cannot praise them enough . From my first call to make enquiries about stairlifts through to the final installation, all the staff that I had dealt with were polite , respectful and patient with my wife and I , even though some of the questions may have seemed a bit daft . They could not do enough to make sure my wife and I were happy with all the information and service . All I can say is WELL DONE TO JOHN , SARA AND JOSH for the excellent JOB .

Josh came to fit my stairlift, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Took him 2 hours and he explained how to use it and cleaned up after him . I am very pleased with the work he did .I would use this company again .Also I would recommend them to my friends.

I needed a lift in quickly for my mum post hip replacement surgery. Sarah responded quickly, was able to do a site visit around my availability. And fit the stairlift the following week. The fitter was lovely, quiet, thorough (and hoovered up when he’d done!). In all it was a really good experience, which is exactly what you need when under pressure. Sarah visited mum after the lift was in, to make sure everything was ok, and turned up to that appointment with flowers for mum. 5stars. Thank you.

I had a stairlift installed on 18.02.25. It was installed within 1 hour of the installer arriving. It was installed in a courteous and professional manner. The work was done as per agreed budget and schedule. Nothing was too much trouble for the company. The company representative was a lovely bubbly lady called Sarah. She explained everything concerning a stairlift. She has followed up with a lovely visit to drop off a lovely bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates. I haven't had anything go wrong. Reached the point of pain versus stubbornness and decided to buy stairlifts. I chose Priority following good reports from a relative. I'm not going to say more than if you want a masterclass in how a business should perform - then this is it. The installation was like watching an artist at work. And, yes the chair did fit my narrow stairs. Totally happy experience.

Sarah was prompt she gave us all available options and information. We were then left to discuss with the family on what we wanted. Once the order was placed we were kept informed at all stages which happened quickly. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly and informative. On completion of the installation everywhere was cleaned up and he gave me a demonstration on working the lift and handbook We are highly satisfied with the service we received.

My 93 year old independent mum had a stairlift fitted today and the whole process has been excellent. Initial enquiry was with Sarah who made an appointment to visit my mum, she measured up, chatted about what mum needed and wanted, listened and then advised on a re-conditioned stairlift and gave a price there and then. No pressure to buy, she left and followed up with a written quote a few days later. Once we had decided to go ahead we called Sarah and she booked us in straight away and in less then a week. Josh called in advance on the day and was excellent in installation, showing my mum and me how to use the stair lift. He was quick, professional and no mess. Highly recommend this company.

My parents stairlift broke down one evening..my Mum rang the next day and thankfully a lovely young man called josh was sent over within the hour..very polite and certainly knowledgable about his job..He fixed the stairlift there & then and ordered a new one..as it was BH they couldn't fit the new one until the folliwing week but no problem at all..as the old one held out..josh is a very polite and professional young man and an absolute asset to the company..can't thank the company enough as my parent rely on the stairlift so much..Many thanks for Fantastic service..

Very pleased with our stairlift. The initial survey and discussion was clear and covered all our concerns. A date for installation was set a week ahead. On the day the installer turned up on time and completed the installation efficiently with no mess and explained everything we needed to know. The aftercare visit was appreciated.

We asked Priority Stairlifts to provide a quote for installing a stairlift in our home. Sarah came within two days of our request to view the stairs, take measurements and explain the options. She was friendly, courteous and not pushy. We agreed to buy a reconditioned model. The price was very reasonable. To our amazement she called to say it would be fitted the next day. The installer Josh came on time fitted the stairlift and explained clearly how worked. He too was friendly and courteous and left no mess. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

From the time we asked for a quote, until the end of the installation communication was first class. Nothing was too much problem. As for the Stairlift installation the tradesman was very polite and a clean worker. On completion he explained everything precisely and clearly. Would recommend this business very highly.

The installation of the stairlift was high quality work carried out in a very prompt and professional manner. The costs were explained and kept to and the work was explained both by the Commercial Manager and the engineer. The engineer arrived promptly and was a very clean worker. All rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. There was a follow up visit by the Customer Care Manager who explained the workings of the system in detail. I highly recommend Priority Stairlifts.

In the past I have dealt with many a good trader, also a couple of bad ones. In my opinion Priority Stairlifts beat all traders I have dealt with hands down. Their service from start to finish was first rate, Sarah was exceptional at her job, made us feel at ease, explained everything down to the last detail. Ben the installer was also exceptional, knew his trade well also explained everything in detail. I cannot praise this firm enough and would recommend them to any body wanting a stair lift supplied and fitted. On a final note yes I would give them five stars they do go above and beyond on customer care.

I contacted Priority Stairlifts, having seen some of the positive reviews and also their details on checkatrade. I'd had a few quotes for a stairlift for my mum from other companies but found them to be somewhat pushy and far more expensive. Despite not being in the actual geographical area covered by Priority, and having spoken with Sarah on the phone she was more than happy to call out and provide a quote. Sarah was punctual, polite and informative providing information on their company, and provided a very satisfactory quote. An important factor for my Mum was to have a seat that automatically turned at the top of the stairs and onto the landing area, as opposed to a manually operated lever. It was pleasing to know that regardless of a new or reconditioned stairlift that I might choose, all of Priority lifts came with this feature, and at not extra costs. All other companies wanted to charge an additional £400 - £450 regardless if new or reconditioned. Installation time and date were arranged and Josh, the engineer called prior to arrival and was a pleasure to have in the house. Josh worked very well and completed the job without mess and completed the work in approximately 1hr 30mins. He fully explained the operation of the chair and ensured that my mum tried the chair safely before leaving. I feel confident with Priority, that should there be any issues these will be rectified swiftly. A 12 month warranty and service is included in the price. Fantastic.

One does not need to search any further for a completely reliable, professional and skillful organisation. Due to illness, a family member was quickly discovering difficulty with their tall Victorian stairs. A call was placed to Sarah at Priority Stairlifts on a Wednesday, she visited to undertake a survey on Thursday and by Friday, the smooth, easy to use and new stairlift had been installed. The care Sarah and fitter Josh took to explain and ensure everything was understood every step of the way (sorry) was beyond impressive. Polite, friendly, engaging and faultlessly knowledgeable - both these lovely people have ensured a life-changing experience for this particular client. At no point did Sarah apply any sales pressure. Rental options were instantly encouraged once it was understood this specific requirement would be short-term. She was extremely thorough in her efficiently effective survey, presenting all the options and leaving no stone unturned. Josh was equally skilled in his installation. Kind, respectful and meticulous in his work, he neither rushed nor slackened in his pace. Once fitting was complete, he then most patiently and articulately demonstrated the workings of the lift. Both Sarah and Josh are reminders that superb and completely excellent service are not a thing of the past. Certainly not within their organisation. The stairlift itself has proven thoroughly successful and safe. Its ease of use being second to none. Most highly recommended!

Sarah, Customer Service Manager, gave excellent personal service throughout from our initial enquiry right through to follow-up visit on the day of installation. Installation was arranged quickly and engineer arrived promptly, completing the work in less than three hours. He gave us a thorough demonstration and left everything tidy.

So impressed with this company from start to finish. From first contact to fully fitted took 4 days (2 of which was the weekend). Sarah was friendly and informative, and found us exactly what we needed with next day fitting. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job with no mess. Would 100% recommend.

I chose priority stairlifts because they were a Which? Trusted Trader and I can see why they are. Incredibly helpful, super kind and friendly. The work they carried out on my 91 year old Mum's stairlift was done efficiently, quickly and with a minimum of fuss. This was all done at less than half the price that Stannah were going to charge, simply for turning up! Priority stairlifts also offer 24 hour call out, which is very reassuring. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

They kept us informed from quote to finish of installation. Engineer was efficient, ninety minutes for complete fitting. No mess to clear up. All left neat and tidy. Engineer explained working. Sarah visited later to make sure we were satisfied and happy with installation.

I was recommended this company by a neighbour but was a little wary as I had previously been given the “hard sell” by the market leading company for stairlifts. I had to leave a message for the initial contact but my call was returned within the hour and an appointment was booked. Sarah arrived on time and was wearing a face mask and kept a safe distance throughout, she was very personable and knowledgeable and put us at ease. She measured up and gave us the product information and a very reasonable quote within 15 minutes, half the price of the other company. The stairlift was installed very efficiently and the engineer was polite and patient when explaining and demonstrating how it worked. The quote was given on Tuesday and the stairlift was fitted on Thursday of the same week! Absolutely fantastic service and excellent communication from Sarah and the team. Priority Installed our new stairlift in less than two hours - so efficient and courteous. Gave excellent demonstration on how to use the lift (written info also came in the hand book) and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this firm. The Customer Care Manager came round the following day to check on the work and to see if we were happy with our lift - we certainly are!

Sarah Mawer provided the lowest-priced estimate and the most complete and professional service throughout. The work was completed within two days at the promised time and has proved most satisfactory. If only other nationally-known firms provided such good service!

Perfect service and very fast response (just 5 working days from first enquiry to completion). Sarah, who handles sales and surveys, is really excellent. Friendly, very caring of her customers, but also quick and efficient. She answered all my questions straight away. Dave who did the installation was just as efficient. All installed and demonstrated to me in around an hour, and no mess. We even got a nice box of chocolates from Sarah - a lovely touch. My only very minor comment is that they don't take debit cards. I understand the reason (higher cost), but it would have be a bit easier to pay.

We received a 5* all round service from Sarah and the team for the delivery, installation and demonstration of the stairlift. We would certainly highly recommend the company. No hidden charges, although the electric switch rather than manual, is an added extra to consider, and in our opinion well worth the extra pounds. Highly recommended fast efficient service. Courteous right from quote, fitting stairlift to follow up. Measured on Tuesday 27th September, fitted on Thursday 28th September. My dad is now able to get up stairs again.
