Had a new boiler installed and from initial quote to installation communication and service was excellent. Work was carried out with minimal disruption to me and the house. Stephen and Adam were really professional and really helpful. They were respectful of my property laying sheets down through the areas they would be in and even taking shoes off when going around the house. Every where was cleaned up after the job and all rubbish removed. Everything was explained to me and even the warranty was filled in and sent off before they left. Excellent service, excellent price would definitely recommend

We were apprehensive about having this work done due to the possibility of spillages, leakages, small redecorating touch up jobs or patching up of carpets around the new pipework area but had no need to worry as Stephen and Adam did an excellent job for us. The work was carried out within the specified time frame and to budget. Priory Plumbing have also carried out a boiler service for us in the last few months.

Landlords gas safety check on numerous items on rental property. Priory plumbing have completed many jobs for us on our rental properties including safety checks, repairs, essential works and new installs. I have had Priory plumbing visit my house doing numerous jobs over many years. I wouldn?t use another service engineer he is knowledgeable through and offers advice in areas I may have concerns about . On one occasion I had had the Gas supplier at my dads house servicing annually I had concerns so over a leak brought priory in and with minutes they diagnosed the fault that the gas board had consistently overlooked for years. Putting my dad at risk. I would not have any hesitation on recommending Priory Plumbing.

I have had a new boiler fitted by priory Plumbing. I have my boiler serviced every year by them. My mother has had a new boiler fitted and they service her boiler every year. Also if there is ever a problem with our heating or my mums heating they come out immediately to see to the problem

Steve and his lad came to fit a new boiler in December 2021. Contact with Steve was excellent; they were prompt, efficient, clean and tidy and most helpful. Absolutely no-nonsense, and thoroughly professional. All compliance paperwork was provided. Am so thrilled to have found them and will continue to use them in the future. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have a heating system with some ancient parts (probably from the 1950s) and some new parts (underfloor heating). I wanted some modifications to make the system work better, and some repairs were needed. Most plumbers I contacted took one look at the job and wouldn't touch it, so it was a relief to find Stephen at Priory Plumbing & Heating. He understood what I wanted and tackled it, and all the problems, with a positive can-do attitude. An experienced and professional plumber who is fully qualified and happy to tackle difficult problems, and a lovely person too, what more could you want?

Ask Steve to come round to price and fix a couple of radiators and reposition some too. If like me you suffer anxiety from having tradesmen in due to been let down in the past Steve and his apprentice are good clean workers. Get the job done and out. Should I need any work done in the future I’ll be contacting Steve first.

Priory Plumbing was recommended to us as an efficient, reliable and professional contractor. We found Stephen to be all the above. He visited us, measured up and gave us a price and a start date. He had warned us it might take longer than he hoped and the job did run to 1.5 days. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we would employ him again. There was in issue with damage to a radiator cover. We paid him in full on presentation of the invoice, and he kept us updated on the replacement part and returned when requested to finish the job. An excellent service. He was at all times, approachable, positive, knowledgeable and keen to help.
