Having experienced a total botch job from a rogue tradesman I was left devastated that a new flat roof extension poured water in like a river running down my walls, and the thought of finding a new company to solve the problem was a huge worry. Thanks to a friend I was recommended Profelt roofing and WOW they literally transformed my roof and TOTALLY solved the problem, taking a huge worry off my shoulders. As a nurse, I recognised & valued their highly professional service, going out of their way to quickly visit my home, reviewed the job in a cost efficient manner, explained in detail the techniques, choices of finishes, and timeline for the work, and swiftly sent a detailed breakdown of the cost. From the minute they arrived to the minute they left I witnessed an extremely well oiled machine of a service, very methodical, each member of the team proficient in their role, extremely tidy throughout, and the skill and years of expertise was VERY apparent!! Noticing how interested I was in their work they kindly invited me to watch at different points too, it was not only impressive but hugely reassuring. They even fixed the neighbours gutter to prevent an overflow. I have used this company before so I knew they would do a good job. Having had some storm damage to my property in November I was really worried about the safety of the chimney. Richard was really reassuring and kept in regular contact so I knew exactly when the scaffolding was being erected and that the work could go ahead as planned. The unsettled weather had made planning difficult. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The workmen were a pleasure to have around. Everything was left tidy. I am really happy with the work. I have previously recommended this company to several people and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

Richard gave detailed quotations for the work, including for any extra work which might be found necessary on the day (fortunately, none needed!). Work was done quietly and efficiently, and they even spoke to my neighbour and did some remedial work on his roof, which made things much more weatherproof for both of us.

Pro Felt Roofing completely re-roofed our house including new guttering, downpipes and lowering and repointing two chimneys. They produced a stunning result. From first contact with Frank, professional advice was offered, the project was fully explained and a fair price was quoted. The whole team worked on the roof from day one which ensured it was completed on schedule. They were polite and friendly throughout the project. Frank consulted us at every stage, in addition to providing photos of progress. Nothing was too much trouble and any additional requests we made were met in a positive, supportive manner. Once the scaffolding and skip had been removed, Frank returned to clean up and to remove any remaining debris. Photos of the work and the completed project were supplied. Contacted Frank at Profelt to quote me for new flat roof, new insulation, gutters, downspouts and UPVC facias, he said they would call next day to take a look, they arrived on time and measured up. Frank said he would work on a quote and come back to me early the following week, he called me exactly when he said and we discussed some ideas and he gave me a quote that we agreed on. We agreed on a date to start the work and Frank and the guys arrived at 7.30 and worked right through until 5, they came back next day at 7.30 and finished about 12. They cleaned up and left it spotless. Through out the job Frank kept me posted with photos of what they were doing so I have a good record of all the work. In the dealings with Frank from initially contacting him, to the job being finished the communication was excellent, the job was completed 100% to my satisfaction, we would recommend Profelt Roofing to anyone as they did a great job for us and were a good bunch of lads to have on your property.

We had a very positive experience with Profelt and highly recommend them. Richard and his team initially came over to look at a problem with our porch/garage roof as we had a leak. They looked into the problem and showed us what was happening and explained different options of how they could fix it. We received quotes promptly and the work was scheduled in for a couple of weeks’ time, which was great. A team of three came to complete the job and worked throughout the day to completely re-do the layers of our garage/porch roof, including replacing all tiles, the material underneath, some of the timber and then other parts too. The workmen were great at talking us through each stage and showing us what was happening and why. We even received loads of photos afterwards to show us the before, progress and final ‘after’ shots in more detail. It was all finished within the day and they worked around us whenever we needed to go in/out etc. The workmen were so polite, friendly and really helpful too. The work they’ve completed looks brilliant and the 10 year guarantee is great peace of mind too. The ongoing communication from the first initial visit to the completed work and invoice has been nothing short of fantastic. Richard, who was our main point of communication, is helpful, prompt and really knowledgeable (as are the whole team we experienced). Profelt Limited have recently completed a new roof for our property and they have been amazing from start to finish. After noticing a leak in our roof they came to have a look at it on the same day and talked us through the problem. They explained that our roof was the original roof and that it wasn't in a good state of repair (which we knew really). They sorted out the immediate leak and sent us a quote for a new roof quickly. We never felt pressured in going ahead and they were very understanding when we said we needed some time to sort out the finances. We eventually went ahead and they started on the work swiftly. They were always friendly, polite and very tidy. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Communication throughout has been excellent and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

I found it very hard to find a company to fit a skylight on an existing flat roof extension and a new roof with lots of varied quotes and different advise. I was reassured by Franks detailed quote and not asking for any money upfront (which others did). I'm really happy I went with Pro Felt Roofing for a skylight and fibreglass roof, the result is fantastic. Communication with Frank was excellent throughout with thorough explanations and fair costing. They arrived as a team of 4 at 7am on a snowy Jan to make sure the job was done efficiently. Frank Walsh of ProFelt Roofing and his team completely replaced my large problematic tiled roof and 2 flat roofs. They gave me a quote which they stuck to and full payment was made when they were happy that I was happy with the finished result. They worked 8 am till dusk every day until the job was finished. They respected the property and left everything neat and tidy. A fence had to be removed to allow place for a large skip and they replaced the fence along with the post when they had finished. Pro Felt replaced the roof (timbers and felt etc) on our garage. They did a great job. The team were punctual and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. On completion, they took great care to leave everything clean and tidy. We felt they really went the extra mile and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The flat roof over a bay window was leaking. Richard came to assess the job, took photos to show the roof and advised a lead roof instead of the existing felt one. Quote arrived within a couple of days. They fitted in the work with shorter wait than expected. Three of them arrived on time on a very warm day and they worked hard and quickly to avoid the hottest part of the day. The job was photographed at several stages and the photos shown to me then emailed that evening. The gutter was repositioned to make a neat looking job. All the rubbish was cleared away immediately. Very pleased with the job.

Thanks again Richard & team, really happy with the service. With the excessive rain we had an issue with some debris blocking our guttering and a number of guttering brackets broken off. Richard was prompt to get back in touch, advised when they were in the area a day or two later & then promptly turned up with two vans & all got the job done at a reasonable fair price. Appreciated them taking the time to check the back of the house and some honest advice about future work to avoid excessive water building up in the future. Richard came to look at flat roofing of the house we had just purchased. He arrived promptly. Out of 3 different roofers Richard was the only one who actually went on the roof to inspect. Richard took time to explain the condition of the roofing , what work may need doing and took pictures to show me. He provided detailed best and worse case quotes which I found reassuring. The work was undertaken over a couple of weeks due to weather and supply delays. The team worked really hard and Richard kept me informed of what they found. As the cost was the best case scenario I asked them to replace the guttering round the main roof. They were so tidy you wouldn't know they had actually been. We recently had our lead flat roof replaced by Pro Felt and we have utilised their services previously too. They came and reviewed the problem and gave us an in-depth review of the issue including photos. They came up with a plan to not only fix the roof but put in place a fail safe so that the same situation won’t occur in the future. Despite being overrun with work (thanks to the recent storms) they were realistic about when the work could be completed and kept in touch so we didn’t feel forgotten. When the work was undertaken the team were punctual and worked incredibly hard without a break. They even replaced a loose tile on the roof which they just happened to notice! They have done a fantastic job and I would certainly use their services again in future.

Frank and his great team of lads have done a couple of flat roof jobs for me now and for this most recent one, which was to install a Velux window and curb kit in my flat roof, I was on a very tight schedule as other building work depending on the window being installed. Despite the rubbish weather and a back of other works Frank went out of his way to fit me in and meet my deadline.
