My Son has recently moved into a "pre-loved" house which is delightful but has a few odd details. Opening the airing cupboard revealed 2 shower pumps that worked but with no aspect of the installation being correct. Re-installation required! David from Pro-Heat came to quote and was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed options and agreed a sensible plan; Pumps to be re-positioned, complete re-plumbing, and electrical feeds to be re-provided. All work was coordinated by Pro-Heat. The price was reasonable. Work on the day was done by Nick from Pro-Heat and their sub-contracted Electrician. Both on-site at 08:00 and immediately worked out how to proceed without getting in each other's way in the very limited space. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. The finished job is a delight to behold. No more plastic spaghetti, accessible pumps (for service) and a space that looks properly engineered. We're delighted!

The boiler installation was carried out by Jon Shiels who arrived promptly at 8.30 every morning and was an extremely polite and personable young man. Although the installation was more complex than originally thought, he worked quickly and thoroughly to solve the issues. He was able to re-route the existing system without the need to disturb a false wall and his plumbing abilities with regard to pipe work were exceptional. I now have a neatly installed new boiler whose programming capabilities he also explained. All my radiators were flushed without any mess and every evening he tidied his work area and was very considerate. I am very pleased that we had this installation by Pro-Heat and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Prompt visit for estimate and discussion for required works. Date for install arranged. 2 engineers arrived on time on agreed date. New boiler, flue, controls and pipework installed. All work carried out to a high standard and job left fully working and all areas cleaned. No complaints at all would recommend to anyone needing a new oil or gas boiler.

A very prompt and competitive quote was provided for a boiler upgrade and able to start work within a matter of days. Work completed by James and Mark who were a pleasure to have around. The annual gas boiler and tank check and service was carried out promptly and efficiently by Charlie. Booking in was easy, Charlie arrived on time, was efficient, friendly, tidy, and carried out some repairs to our outside garden plumbing too. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you.

We contracted Proheat to install a new heating system. The team did an excellent job in designing the replacement system at a very fair price. We needed our Worcester Bosch boiler servicing and found Pro-Heat were accredited installers. Having also been recommended by my brother-in-law, we booked a visit. We had also occasionally had a strange gas-like smell but after thorough testing were assured there was no leak. The work was carried out with assurance, it being pointed out that the fact they were Worcester installers meant they were very familiar with the layout of these boilers. Darren was friendly, polite and helpful, answering any questions, and we were very happy with the service.

I am extremely pleased with the work carried out over the past two days by Pro Heat Plumbing and Heating Ltd. I had a new boiler installed and the installers (Charlie, principally, and David) were absolutely superb - hard-working, conscientious, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional, and both went above and beyond the call of duty. I could go on but let me finish by saying that my wife is actually looking into ways that we could adopt Charlie! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company wholeheartedly.

All communication and scheduling was great. When the engineer arrived he was friendly and work quickly and was very tidy at clearing up after himself. I would definitely recommend.

I first contacted this company to service my old gas boiler as some-one else had let me down. They were not able to come for 2 weeks and during this time considered having a new boiler, having discovered that the current one was 16 years old. The service was very thorough, more so than by previous people, but decided to have a new one. The service from then on was great, the inspection as to which would be best or my property took place the next day and I just had to wait 2 weeks for it to happen. During this time I was kept informed about everything by email and I felt very reassured by the the professionalism of the company. The engineer was very good, he worked quietly and efficiently and explained things to me. I have been very happy with the service provided by this company and would certainly recommend them.

The mixer tap on our utility room sink would not turn off. The engineer fitted isolation valves so that we could have hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. The sink needed replacing and the company went to considerable trouble to find the size and features of the unit we wanted. Some carpentry was required to complete the fit. All work by both engineers was friendly, efficient and professional, all waste was removed and the room left clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the new fitting and will certainly recommend this company to others.

The process of buying our new boiler from the point of original contact through the estimation stage, the quotation, the contact with Proheat, and the date of agreed installation was carried out with the utmost professionalism. Once the installation date was confirmed everything went according to plan and on any occasion when we needed information in advance of the fitting the Contract Manager provided this. The installation was carried out principally by Phil who was assisted ably by Charlie and Dave. The professionalism of the engineers was a treat to see both in terms of their knowledge and of their friendly attitudes and Phil kept us informed of progress on an ongoing basis. Any problems encountered during the installation were solved by Phil with the minimum of fuss. On completion the areas where they were working were left clean and tidy and all waste materials were removed.

I know nothing about boilers, but I knew mine was packing up! After a bit of research I didn’t feel much better informed, asked for a few quotes and decided on Pro-heat - due to the competitive price and being able to get a real person on the phone. Everyone I spoke to from requesting a quote to installation could answer all of my questions and I always felt safe and in control. Would recommend Pro-Heat to anyone else needing work done.

The work required for my boiler installation was completed yesterday and was done to my satisfaction. Initially the engineer found a couple of problems with the pipe work at my Victorian property because of the mismatch between older pipes and modern ones, but this was rectified on a second visit that was completed quickly and with no additional costs to me for parts or labour. The whole experience from initial contact to completion was a thorough and professional one. The engineer involved (Jon) was lovely and very helpful.

Following our decision to replace our boiler, we were given very clear information about our options and the associated costs. The engineer was outstanding from start to finish. He kept us informed about what he was doing and explained everything very clearly. Due to the slight increase in the size of the new boiler, a new hole was required in the external wall requiring the previous hole to be repaired with new bricks and an electric socket had to be moved. The engineer had the skills to complete this additional work to a very high standard. The new pipework and boiler look very smart. We have received clear information about the new controls and how everything works. We have had other work undertaken by Pro Heat over the last year and as always it is of the highest standard. Aftercare and communication is excellent.

Pro-Heat Plumbing and Heating Ltd (Newark) have just completed the supply and fitting of my new gas boiler. The whole process has been a well-coordinated and professional job from start to finish. I delighted with the recommended boiler (Worcester-Bosch Geenstar 8000 Life) and just as importantly, with the help and service from all concerned. Advice and Estimates were freely supplied, and supplementary questions easily dealt with by office staff. The start date was agreed and honoured. The fitting work was well organised and efficiently carried out with the minimum of distuption, and great care shown when working inside my home. A well run company with staff who worked hard to make things easy for me, and have left me feeling confident not only with my new boiler but also with the Service and Maintenance Plan that is offered.

A very full survey was conducted to ensure that I was making the correct decisions regarding a boiler replacement, and that all aspects of the installation were fully explained. The quote was competitive to other Companies, but the correspondence and detail of their quote was certainly better than their competitors. The boiler replacement was carried out on the agreed date, and the Engineer arrived on time and with all the required equipment. The actual job undertaken was a credit to the Engineer with all pipework carefully positioned and it appears that a lot of effort went into the attention to detail. After completion of the work, the Engineer explained the workings of the new thermostat arrangement and the method of re-charging the water pressure in the boiler should it be required at a later date. The site was left in a very clean and tidy state, and all packaging and the old equipment was removed from site. I would highly recommend this Company to others for their plumbing issues, and will certainly be using them for normal servicing and any repairs. In my view an exceptionally quality Company.

From quotation to completion of work, a very good experience. The tradesmen completed the work as per the quotation within the agreed time lines. They were courteous and tidy and spent time upon completion taking us through how to set the timer etc. Would not hesitate to recommend Pro Heat Plumbing
