Having approached Pro-Heat on a Wednesday afternoon, I was absolutely desperate for a boiler to be serviced so that I could complete on a house move as I needed a gas safety certificate. Pro-Heat knew how desperate I was and they could've charged me over the odds due to my situation. However, they didn't, they had an engineer with me within 48 hours and the work was completed so that I could progress with my house move. Not only that, but they charged me the standard price, they didn't inflate the price at all. They provided a top class job, in an amazingly quick time. 100% recommend this firm.

We needed a service and some repair work due to a leaky boiler. The response from Pro-Heat was swift and efficient. The very pleasant engineer, David, identified the problem, ordered the parts, advised us of the cost upfront and returned a couple of days later to repair and service the boiler. All very efficient and a pleasure to deal with the company.

Needed 2 small jobs done on the bathroom toilet. Visit 1 sorted leek and took details of part needed for job 2 Visit 2 fitted new part in ten minutes and was gone. Overshoes worn, polite and helpful, attention to detail, good job done, bill sent via email within a few days. Tradesmen like these are hard to find.

Did an excellent job, fitted a new boiler in the garage, removed the old one that was fitted in the dining room , fitted a new hot water cylinder and thermostat rad valves. Everything from the initial visit, to the quote then installation went perfectly. They were clean and tidy and very professional. It was a two day job but they didn't leave us on day one with no hot water. I would highly recommended them, they are excellent.

I recently had a new combo boiler fitted, the work was completed to a very high standard, by a great team, after day one I was left with heating and hot water. The job was completed on day two, I was left with nothing to clean up, they had done it all. I can highly recommend Pro heat.

Recently had a new boiler fitted after the one in the house we moved into was deemed unsafe when British Gas came out to assess whether they would take in on a maintenance plan. Had various quotes for the same boiler and work from British Gas and other Gas Safe registered local tradesmen. For comparison, the BG quote was 30% higher than Pro-heat and would take a day longer to complete. Other quotes were cheaper than Pro-heat but didn't come with the Which? Trusted Trader reviews, nor the 0% finance!!! The work was carried out over 2 days - we only lost the gas/hot-water for 1 night. The workman were so professional, dedicated and pleasant. There was no mess left over and I cam home to a lovely warm house. Cannot recommend them highly enough - for me the whole process was exceptional and worry free.
