Pro Heating Services Ltd. have looked after our oil boiler, heating and household plumbing for almost 16 years. We have found them to be prompt, reliable and expert in every aspect. Over the years, besides regular boiler maintenance and repairs, they have replaced the toilet, bathroom and kitchen taps and cleared blocked outside drains. We have a maintenance contract with them, which has probably saved us a good deal over the years. Those items not covered by the contract (new toilet and taps) have been very reasonably priced. Technical Outside staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant, as are the office staff. We have had 100% satisfaction every time we have called Pro Heating.

Pro Heating came to our property last week to repair a broken outside tap. They booked us in very promptly after our initial phone call, and were able to fix our issue quickly and cost-effectively. Henry was very courteous, tidy, and was very polite (& grateful!) when offered a cuppa. We are contract customers of Pro Heating for our boiler servicing, but also recommend them for ad hoc jobs too.

Your Engineer Tom called initially to fix a leaking toilet but he discovered on further examination that the leak had been going on for some time and had damaged the wooden floor beneath the tiles. It became necessary the further he tracked down the extent of the damage to lift the whole floor. We then agreed that the heating element under the floor should be disconnected and removed, and the floor retiled when it had dried out. All the work was carried efficiently and to a very high standard. We are. Extremely pleased with the results and recommend Tom and your company for a positive attitude, friendly service and excellent craftsmanship.

Shaun has serviced my parent's boiler for many years and they recommended we use them again for their home which is now vacated and being sold (from at least 2014!) . We called Pro Heating initially to service the boiler as usual however the house was empty - on arrival, we were mortified to discover a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Sean very soon arrived to service the boiler and then reassured us that Pro Heating could also assist in resolving this issue. A couple of new parts were needed for the boiler so had to be ordered and just a few weeks later after being quoted a reasonable price we arrived to find both he and a plumber were already onsite working. The heating was soon working again (hurrah!) and the leak was found and resolved. The total cost came in less than the quote despite both he and the plumber going over and above what was required! Honest friendly and professional! No wonder my parents trusted Shaun and Pro Heating!

Shaun Sullivan of Pro-Heating Services carried out our boiler service to a high standard. I was impressed with the care taken over a routine job, every crevice was cleaned and the boiler adjusted to optimize performance. Pro Heating installed our oil fired combination boiler 6 years ago and have undertaken the subsequent annual servicing . Their customer service standards are excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff who attend when they say they will and deliver the work to a very high standard .

I have used Pro Heating for many years Contact with the office is efficient and reassuring and Lyndsey and Tanya go out of their way to help. The company has regularly serviced my boilers and at a crucial stage,when we needed a newly fitted LPG gas fire urgently signing off, they responded immediately. In our new house Shaun helpfully explained different boiler options and forwarded two clearly itemised quotes. Ian and Tom later cleaned out the old system and fitted a new boiler,pump, and radiator.All making a fantastic difference to the level of heating in the house. There was some confusion re the siting of the column radiator brackets but this was quickly resolved.A leak was then found in the old cylinder and Ian immediately sourced a replacement. It was just a job well done. Pro Heating is a trustworthy company and is still overseen by its working owners.They know their staff who are punctual and courteous and they provide a high level of customer care. Having recently purchased the property, the existing condensing gas boiler had failed and needed replacing. I trawled around looking for an MCS approved installer and contacted Shaun at Pro Heating Services, a date was set for him to come out to the property in Cheddar to discuss having an Air Source Heat Pump fitted. The original heating installation from the 1980’s in the property was of very poor quality and we decided that while we had the floors up we would completely redo the heating plumbing and replace the rusty old radiators at the same time. Upgrading radiators to new K2 and one large K3 unit in the living room was quite straightforward. Installation day for the new Vaillant tank and mono-block heat pump arrived, the guys were spot on time with the pump and cylinder arriving shortly after. After three days the unit was installed and plumbed up. Day 4 would be powering on the unit. My neighbour was worried about the unit being noisy but was pleasantly surprised when she discovered that while she was waiting to hear exactly how noisy it would be when turned on, she realised it was already running! The Vaillant Arotherm plus is nearly silent in operation – certainly below the background noise level in the street even late at night! Loving the new install and the low energy consumption that we are already seeing! What can I say about Pro Heating Services other than they work efficiently, are courteous and leave the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Excellent!

I have used Pro Heating for many years to replace/install and service boilers and central heating systems in my rental properties and residential homes. They were always punctual and polite to myself and also sometimes dealt direct with my tenants who also gave positive feedback. The communication and quality of workmanship was excellent. Other relatives and members of my family also use Pro Heating and have had similar experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

For some time we'd had a leak in our utility which soaked through the wall and periodically stained the study carpet. Several people had tried to diagnose the problem without success until someone from Pro Heating suggested it might be the condense pipe from the boiler. This would mean cutting a hole in the wall of the utility by the boiler. The problem was solved when another piece of the wall was cut under the sink where the joint had split and the condensation dripped onto the floor each time the boiler was on. Ross welded a new joint, made good the two holes and the whole problem was resolved in a couple of hours after years of worrying about it. This was a really professional job -both Ross and Henry were immensely polite and helpful and we really regard Pro Heating as a brilliant company.

Helpful professional advice from Pro-Heating on the best choice of boiler to replace our 30 yr old boiler Once the new boiler was installed it became clear that the gas supply pressure was well below the safe level required. Previous gas safety checks by a corgi certified co.had not revealed a problem. P-H we’re able quickly to advise that a larger diameter supply pipe would solve the problem but that following the existing supply route into the building would not comply with regulations. This required to be routed through the facade of a listed building and P-H provided helpful material to support my listed building application. The new pipe installation was very tricky but P-H stood by their earlier quote.Overall very pleased with their work.

The heating system was making horrible noises so approached Pro Heating to see if they could help (first-time customer). Walked in off the street with no appointment. Very helpful and courteous and promised to phone with an appointment. Received a phone call later that day with an appointment. Their operative arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem - faulty pump - and had anticipated the situation and had a replacement on hand to fit immediately. The situation was resolved but recommended our system be power flushed and balanced. A full day's work was booked and duly carried out with no fuss, mess or delay. Work carried out to a high standard by competent operatives backed by helpful office staff. All in all a professional job. Could be cheaper but then you get what you pay for. Thank you.

I have today used the services of Pro-Heating and very impressed. They arrived on time, Darren and Ryan were quick and efficient throughout. Safe and legal removal of compromised asbestos. Scaffolding tower required to remove and replace old flue. Removal of ancient huge boiler and installation of new boiler and pipework. A mammoth job brilliantly managed and expertly executed by Pro Heating Services. Delightful and professional team who were punctual and polite. I was kept well informed of all the work being carried out. No surprises. The team kept to the agreed timeframe and budget and cleared up the site brilliantly at the end of each day. From the first telephone call to the last parts of the old boiler being taken off-site, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Pro Heating Services and to have them carry out their work in our family home. I can not recommend this company highly enough.

I have been using ProHeating for a number of years now for my annual boiler service. The first year they had to replace the boiler, and since then have attended every year to service it. Pro Heating Services Ltd were the preferred quoter from three traders to replace our boiler. Shaun and his team arrived 08:30am on schedule as arranged. After careful preparation to keep things clean, the work to replace my combi-boiler was smoothly undertaken. The installation was all completed by 04:30pm, with all cleaning up and tidying done. Shaun clearly explained the dials and controls, etc. Overall, my wife and I were impressed how things went, and very pleased with the high standard of work.

Shower room installation This involved making a new bathroom with a new entrance from the main bedroom and a new entrance to the next bedroom. Everything was done to an agreed schedule and budget. The team from Pro--Heating were extremely helpful and we had daily discussions with them about progress and things that needed doing. All the work was completed on time and the standard was excellent.

I have dealt with pro heating for over 15 years they are expensive no job too small , just had a new boiler fitted excellent service once again thank you all.
