Always a great experience with Pro Property. Ben undertook our boiler service today and I am really pleased with the service and his explanation of what was done. Ben was also very polite and professional.

Pro Property's team were all excellent, they were helpful and very clear with their advice and suggestions. A special mention to Adam for all his top quality work. The bathroom exceeded our expectations.

ProProperty recently renovated my kitchen - creating a design that made the best of the limited space available and then implementing that design. I've used this firm on a number of different jobs, both outside and inside. They have always given full satisfaction, and this time was no exception, with the work was completed to a high standard in accordance with the agreed schedule. I was impressed with all of the people assigned to the job but should single out Steve, the joiner, who fitted the kitchen units and did the tiling. As usual, ProProperty did an excellent job in minimising the mess while the job was in progress, and cleaning up when they had finished. I can recommend this firm without hesitation.

Adam turned up on the day he was booked, to complete some repair/replacement work on our toilet flush mechanism (he was earlier than originally planned, but phoned ahead to check before turning up). He was helpful and friendly throughout, completed the work to a good standard and left the area clean and tidy once he had finished. I'd be happy to contact Pro Property again, when we next need any jobs doing around our house.

Had my boiler serviced a month ago and whilst I was having that done I took the opportunity to ask the plumber, Daniel, for some advice regarding my shower. He talked me through my options, explained everything clearly and made some very useful recommendations. He came around and completed the work today. Very knowledgeable, was happy to answer my questions and overall great service.

Pro Property owner Dean came out to look at problems my tenant had concerns about ranging from a blocked toilet to cracks in plaster. I asked for help on a Friday and he came on Monday morning and gave over an hour of his time to talk through the problems and possible solutions. He explained to the tenant about the importance of keeping a certain level of heat up and moisture down. He then quickly sent a quote for a toilet replacement which was the most urgent job and booked it for 4 days after. Have used this company many many times and have never had cause for complaint.

The work was carried out to a high standard and to programme despite the adverse weather conditions. Overall, we would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Rob installed and fitted a new outside toilet and wash basin and tap for us. His workmanship was of the highest of standards. He was personable and friendly and very respectful of our home. Great work and very pleased with the job done.

Simon came to fit my floor covering in my bathroom as I had a walk-in shower installed by Chad from Pro-Property brilliant job done by all concerned , can’t praise them enough would highly recommend this company!

Another excellent job from ProProperty. We had a significant problem with a double kitchen sink, which had come loose, with a loose tap, caused by the heavy weight and vibration from our waste disposal unit. An inspection visit was rapidly arranged and the inspection was carried out on time and with an estimate following a few hours later. One week later Daniel carried out the work, which involved removing the waste disposal unit, sink and tap, repositioning and strengthening the under sink support and then refitting the sink and reorganised waste plumbing, prior to resealing the sink/worktop join. Excellent job, no mess and all works now as it should. This is our second experience of work carried out by ProProperty this year - both excellent - wish we had known about them sooner and will not hesitate to contact them in future.
