I can't recomend the guys at Pro Property Ltd enough. Timescales were adhered to accurately and the guys were always punctual, communicated regularly with updates and treated my property with the upmost respect throughout. My bathroom refurb is perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely friendly bunch of guys so thanks go to Dan, Jack, Simon, Zack and especially Chad for a superb top quality job from start to finish, highly recomended!

As always, pro property is reliable and always on hand. Daniel arrived when expected and fitted the thermostat/programmer whilst having an annual service. It took approximately 2 hours as advised. No mess was left and time was taken to explain in detail how to operate. Very pleased with the work done.

Daniel came to service our boilers and hot water cylinder. As usual he was incredibly punctual and very friendly. The boilers were serviced in good time and any mess cleared. The price was very reasonable. Daniel was more than happy to discuss other plumbing issues we had as well. Would definitely recommend - we’ve been using them for years!

Whole bathroom renovation was carried out superbly. Rob did an outstanding job with all the tiling and plumbing! Dean looked after me very well, helping with my choices, quick and accurate quotes, provided a schedule for the whole project broken down by days, keeping the project on track and checking over each stage of the project to make sure all the different works people were on the same page. Every person they sent to carry out work was friendly, qualified and trustworthy. A couple companies refused work because I was in a flat with no lift in the city centre but ProProperty had no issue.

Pro Property were super professional, delivered high quality work at a really reasonable price and really care about their customers. The initial discussion was detailed, the plans were comprehensive and clearly met the brief, the quote was accurate, the job was well managed and the communication and transparency were great. The Dean was really communicative about progress, any issues or options were raised for discussion and the team were really proactive in sharing ideas for improving the final results and solutions to any challenges encountered. Pro Property were committed to staying within the original quote, which was really helpful. Overall, I was delighted with the final results. I found Proproperty to be really reliable, trustworthy and fantastic value for money. It's clear that Dean and the team take their work seriously and really care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

Big thanks to Dan and Rob (and rest of team) for a very professional job replacing all pipe work and 15 radiators. Our Radiators had gradually failed and the pipe work became block due to sludge, this was due to old non barrier central heating pipe being installed when the house was built (2000). Previously Power flushes and some replaced pipe hadn't worked as the non barrier pipe continued to leak oxygen and cause sludge in the system. The job was fairly complicated due to concrete floors downstairs and I-Joist upstairs. The only viable solution was new Barrier pipes (as copper would have been a major disruption and involved multiple boxing in). Dan and Rob found creative ways of threading pipes that caused minimal disruption and Simon finished off the small amount of plastering ensuring that huge swap out of pipes was virtually invisible. ProProperty were professional from start to finish, turning up on time and cleaning up after. Thank you.

Proproperty carried out a full rewiring of the house, they kept me posted throughout, adapted to overcome challenges and provided excellent customer service. The final work was fantastic. The team are super professional, reliable and committed to quality work. Would highly recommend.
