Simon came to fit my floor covering in my bathroom as I had a walk-in shower installed by Chad from Pro-Property brilliant job done by all concerned , can’t praise them enough would highly recommend this company!

Another excellent job from ProProperty. We had a significant problem with a double kitchen sink, which had come loose, with a loose tap, caused by the heavy weight and vibration from our waste disposal unit. An inspection visit was rapidly arranged and the inspection was carried out on time and with an estimate following a few hours later. One week later Daniel carried out the work, which involved removing the waste disposal unit, sink and tap, repositioning and strengthening the under sink support and then refitting the sink and reorganised waste plumbing, prior to resealing the sink/worktop join. Excellent job, no mess and all works now as it should. This is our second experience of work carried out by ProProperty this year - both excellent - wish we had known about them sooner and will not hesitate to contact them in future.

We have used Pro-Property on multiple occasions. The main appeal for me is that we have dealt directly with the owner allowing us to clearly communicate our needs and receive value in their offer. They have thereafter delivered against the agreed scope with close attention to quality of workmanship and flexibility to deal with the unforeseen delivering on time to all costs agreed up front. As I lead a commercial workspace fit out business I have very high expectations around quality, transparency and a can do attitude from a contractor. All of which Pro Property have consistent achieved whilst working at our home over many years (I have given them repeat business as they have earned our trust) the projects they have delivered are variable; Kitchen Extension Bathroom All sizeable refurbs In addition they have also delivered various maintenance activities too. I would have no problems recommending Pro Property!

My bathroom refurb is perfect, nothing was too much trouble. As always, pro property is reliable and always on hand. Daniel arrived when expected and fitted the thermostat/programmer whilst having an annual service. It took approximately 2 hours as advised. No mess was left and time was taken to explain in detail how to operate. Very pleased with the work done.

Daniel came to service our boilers and hot water cylinder. As usual he was incredibly punctual and very friendly. The boilers were serviced in good time and any mess cleared. The price was very reasonable. Daniel was more than happy to discuss other plumbing issues we had as well. Would definitely recommend - we’ve been using them for years!

Whole bathroom renovation was carried out superbly. Rob did an outstanding job with all the tiling and plumbing! Dean looked after me very well, helping with my choices, quick and accurate quotes, provided a schedule for the whole project broken down by days, keeping the project on track and checking over each stage of the project to make sure all the different works people were on the same page. Every person they sent to carry out work was friendly, qualified and trustworthy. A couple companies refused work because I was in a flat with no lift in the city centre but ProProperty had no issue.

Pro Property were super professional, delivered high quality work at a really reasonable price and really care about their customers. The initial discussion was detailed, the plans were comprehensive and clearly met the brief, the quote was accurate, the job was well managed and the communication and transparency were great. The Dean was really communicative about progress, any issues or options were raised for discussion and the team were really proactive in sharing ideas for improving the final results and solutions to any challenges encountered. Pro Property were committed to staying within the original quote, which was really helpful. Overall, I was delighted with the final results. I found Proproperty to be really reliable, trustworthy and fantastic value for money. It's clear that Dean and the team take their work seriously and really care about customer satisfaction. Big thanks to Dan and Rob (and rest of team) for a very professional job replacing all pipe work and 15 radiators. Our Radiators had gradually failed and the pipe work became block due to sludge, this was due to old non barrier central heating pipe being installed when the house was built (2000). Previously Power flushes and some replaced pipe hadn't worked as the non barrier pipe continued to leak oxygen and cause sludge in the system. The job was fairly complicated due to concrete floors downstairs and I-Joist upstairs. The only viable solution was new Barrier pipes (as copper would have been a major disruption and involved multiple boxing in). Dan and Rob found creative ways of threading pipes that caused minimal disruption and Simon finished off the small amount of plastering ensuring that huge swap out of pipes was virtually invisible. ProProperty were professional from start to finish, turning up on time and cleaning up after. Thank you.

Been a customer since 2009. On Friday Dean came to service the boiler (part of the gold plan scheme) and fit new lights in two rooms. Punctual, friendly, reliable service. Highly recommended.

Pro Property renovated a bathroom for me. This involved replacing all the bathroom fittings, recovering two walls, the ceiling and the floor. They also did some work to improve the structural integrity. They provided a day by day schedule and stuck to it. All of the team members who worked on the job were both pleasant and highly professional, and the end result surpassed by expectations. One of the most impressive things was how neat and tidy they left everything at the end of each day's work. I'd unhesitatingly recommend them.

We have used Pro Property for more or less all the work done in our house. from big jobs like or kitchen and bathroom refurbishment including knocking through our off shot kitchen wall, fitting all new windows and doors and fitting a new boiler. As well as smaller jobs like replacing radiators and tiling. They do it all which is nice as a customer not having to organise separate trades yourself. Dean and the team are very easy to work with and trustworthy. They always turn up on time and leave our house tidy. I would happily recommend Pro Property!

New shower room required refurbishing with new shower, basin, tiling and flooring. New boiler also fitted in kitchen. All work carried out to the schedule provided and everyone arrived at the times stated. Some minor snagging carried out without any fuss. Very good job carried out to the price quoted.

We have used Pro Property on many occasions the last time being our lovely new bathroom. Every effort was made to complete on time and the pro property team were professional, hard working and accommodating. Dan came on time everyday, he worked non stop, and he was really accommodating. Never had anyone so polite and hard working. His work was really tidy and the new boiler and shower look very posh.

I contacted to get quotes for various maintenance jobs, touch up pointing and concrete fixes and sealing a leaking bath (including fixing it to the floor) and tap assembly that was leaking through the deck. Quoted clearly and quickly, booked in, arrived as agreed on time work done with out any drama. Had a few snags with the tap called back arranged the follow up twenty four hours from calling. In the meantime I decided to replace the said tap which was fitted part of the fix. One of the things I noted was clean and tidy van and cab, as well as organised tool boxes etc. and sure enough same on arrival and when they left bathroom was also clean and tidy. When I have the whole bathroom stripped out and re done and other pieces of work will I have them pre-short listed, yes.

I have been a customer of Pro-Property since 2009, when they first installed my boiler. Since then they have done numerous jobs for me - including new kitchen and new bathroom. I have their Gold Plan for my gas boiler service and any emergencies which might occur. In May there was a problem with my boiler losing pressure rapidly and frequently; and Rob came out the same day to ascertain what was wrong. He knew immediately what was wrong, went to get the necessary part and within an hour all the work was completed. This is the normal high level of service I have always had from Pro-Property. Everyone in the company is friendly, helpful and efficient; and there is always a quick response to sort out any problem. I would highly recommend Pro-Property.

This is the second time we’ve used pro property for work in our home. Last year we had a full bathroom refit and they did an excellent job so made sense to use them again for our recent kitchen refit. From start to finish the lads worked magic and we are so pleased with the kitchen, it looks exactly how we planned it, considering the state of our old kitchen, the kitchen was completely stripped back to bare brick and everything done and they worked to a planned schedule so we knew what to expect daily. Arrived on time every day, cleaned up after themselves everyday, job done to a brilliant standard …..we look forward to them returning for our next project.

Needed a new electric shower fitting. Dean initially came out and after thorough testing of the electricity supply he discovered some faulty wiring. Everything was explained in a professional and courteous manner. Dean arranged to come back another day to re-wire and fit the new shower. All aspects of the job were completed to an extremely high standard. Also, thank you for fitting me in at such short notice.

Dean replaced our fuse board in preparation for the bathroom being refurbished. We knew what to expect when he came. He completed the work in about 4 hours to our satisfaction He is polite, fully respectful of Covid-19 protocols and it felt safe having him in the house. He also advised us regarding some potential other jobs.

Daniel fitted several parts on our boiler to ensure its efficient operation in the future. As always with Pro Property, he arrived on time, completed the work within the time expected and left the work area clean and tidy. Easy to book appointment but waiting time long-ish maybe owing to lockdown backlog. Dan the engineer arrived on time, is very thorough in his work and cheerful as well. Covid secure visit (mask, gloves and overshoes). I had issues with the boiler (separate matter) and he was very helpful explaining the way forward.

Dean carried out boiler repairs and fault finding on the central heating system. He was able to identify an issue that others have missed and fixed it the problem in the same visit. Pro-Property has performed a number of installations/maintenance/repairs in my property since 2018 and I have always found their workforce to be totally committed to providing excellent service. They arrive on schedule, are skilled and tidy. The costs are very reasonable and having a local office means they can respond to requests or inquiries very quickly. I have used Pro-Property for gas servicing and any house maintenance for the past 12 years. Recently, they fitted a new towel rail for me in the bathroom. Dean was really helpful in advising the best quality towel rail, then ordered what I wanted and arranged a date for installation. All went very smoothly and therefore as always, I can highly recommend Pro-Property because they are totally skilled, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and very efficient at what they do.

Daniel telephoned prior to his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the bathroom hand basin. He refitted the plug hole drain and the problem was solved. He was friendly and courteous. He also kept to Covid guidelines. I would definitely recommend ProProperty.

Asked for quote on another job which was OK but Dean recommended I try an alternative first to see if this solved issue. No charge for this advice. Pro Property fitted our kitchen, and a toilet in the utility room. They provided a work schedule for both jobs which were completed on time and on each day of the work adhered to the schedule. They have done an excellent job and the kitchen looks wonderful. All the different trades that were involved were very professional and followed all the Covid restrictions. A special thanks to Keith (joiner) who went out of his way to make sure every detail was upto our expectation and very obliging when we made a few changes. Also a special thanks to Luke (plumber) who was very methodical and wanted to get everything spot on. All the guys, plasterer, tiler etc were very friendly and obliging. After having used them for some redecoration work in the past, we also employed Pro Property to install a complete new bathroom for us. On the first visit they made a suggestion for a new layout which we hadn't thought of and which we eventually adopted. We had a clear timetable for the work which was stuck to very well. They were friendly, tidy and used appropriate COVID precautions. We're very happy with the new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Prior to the fitting date, Dean explained the procedure for fitting a New Fuse Board and gave us a quote. This was accepted and a date for the work was agreed. He arrived on time and installed the board and carried out all the relevant checks. The room was then thoroughly cleaned and tidied. Before Dean left, I was given instructions on how to operate the board, should the need arise. The price charged was the agreed price. Pro Property helped us to completely redecorate most of our house shortly after we moved in. We are very pleased with the work they have done. I have had a boiler maintenance agreement with Pro Property for 10 years and received prompt efficient service at all times. We decided to have a rewire and downstairs toilet and utility room fitted and asked Dean (owner) to quote for the job. After an initial discussion, we received a detailed quote which was within our expected range, and after reading various reviews we accepted the quote. We were provided with a full schedule of work with dates, times and names of the tradesmen completing the work. Everyone was punctual and took their Covid precautions, and completed the required tasks on time and to a great standard. The guys that came were all very customer focussed and great ambassadors for the company. I have no hesitation in rating Pro Property 5 star.

I contacted Pro Property for a quote re new complete bathroom. Dean (owner) promptly attended - assessed bathroom- and i had an acceptable quote. The whole job took 9 days. Dean made numerous visits to check on progress. He submitted a day to day schedule which was completed on time. The weather was cold and wet but his staff were considerate entering house etc and tidied up before leaving.The schedule meant that most days one tradesman or two maximum in house and all covid regulations kept. The standard of work was first class from electrician/joiner/plumber and I would not hesitate to use this company again. Our new bathroom has been completed to highest standard and the whole process ran like clockwork. The management of this company and staff have one aim - to be the best and any problems arising are fixed promptly. Friendly workmen and Dean cannot do enough to make sure you are happy with the work. In conclusion - a gem of a company - trusted workmen and a great job done. Best thing I did ringing Pro Property! Having had my bathroom completely revamped by Pro Property previously, I had no hesitation in ringing them again when I needed some inspection work doing in preparation for another house purchase. I needed the boiler and electrics inspected and Pro Property came up trumps. Not only did they fit the inspections in at short notice, Dean, the Owner of Pro Property, undertook the work himself as he is both a qualified plumber and electrician! Dean undertook a full inspection and provided a full detailed report. I was then able to use this to negotiate the cost of this work being undertaken by the person I am buying the property from. I will definitely be using Pro Property again. Their service is first class and prices competitive. Staff are efficient, polite and very clean and tidy in their work. I highly recommend Pro Property!

Proproperty have been out 'go to' company for plumbing and electrical work for many years but since moving into our new house earlier this year we have used them extensively for a number of projects including installation of a new boiler in a new location, changing radiators throughout the house, moving a sink to a different room, repiping bathroom after a leak (caused by a flooring company). They are friendly, trustworthy (we are happy to leave a key) and we have had no issues with the work they have done recently or in the past. They are contactable if necessary to discuss, either in advance of, during or following the work. Almost always on time, and let you know in the unusual event that they are running late. Make an effort to minimise mess created and clean up afterwards. A recommended company.

We have had a maintenance contract with Pro Property for at least 10 years now and the servicing is always done thoroughly, quickly and cleanly. When any problems have occurred with anything relevant, there has always been prompt solutions of the problem. I have recommended Pro Property a number of times for large installations like a new boiler or full central heating, and have every time got good feedback.

I had an issue with my boiler late on Friday evening out of normal trading hours. I left message on the answer phone regarding my problem and within 15 minutes Dean had phoned me back.
