Had issues with our guttering. Got an onsite quote very quickly, was very reasonable and was able to do the job within the timeframe we had to work with. On time on the day, completed all the work exactly as requested, was able to make small adaptations I asked for on the day with no hassle or fuss, stuck to the quote exactly. Customer service was excellent, quality of work was excellent and overall very pleased.

Repair to the Felt Gable & EPS support tray on the side of my house. David came to give me an estimate of the work required, he explained what needed to be done and how long it would take and the cost. The date was agreed and David and his son turned up on time, completed the work to a very high standard and cleared all mess leaving the site in good order. There was no variation to the estimated cost and the men were courteous and helpful.

We arranged to have the valley on our roof replaced. Whilst replacing the valley additional problems were discovered which were clearly explained and pointed out. They checked if it was ok to complete the additional work and then completed a very satisfactory job. They were always very pleasant and easy to approach whilst completing the work and left the premises in a clean state when finished.

I had some issues with the felt on the bottom two tiles of my roof. The tiles were taken off and new felt was put down. This was quite a big job. They also cleaned my roof as well. They came when they said they would and kept me notified. They worked on my roof continuously. Customer service was great and they were very polite

Since 2015 I have used the services of Pro-Tec on six different occasions, of which they were able to assist at fairly short notice or able to provide a reasonable time between phone call and work commencing. I'm the director of the small block of flats I reside in at present. We have had work on flat roof, guttering, leaking roof and repair to a block of three garages, and hoping to use company later in the year re further repair on four garages. All work completed were of a high standard and all areas were left tidy on completion. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and relatives.

Have had work done on various parts of our bungalow roof on more than one occasion by Protec. The first occasion was in April 2016 on a rear extension, the second on part of the main roof in June 2022 and the third occasion a month later as we decided to have the rest of the main roof fixed. Each time it was a case of stripping off the tiles and replacing rotten battens and torn felt before replacing the tiles. We have always been very happy with the way the work has been carried out. We saw the state of the old battens and felt as the work was in progress each time and were happy with the way everything was tidied up afterwards.
