We were looking to have the exterior paint taken off our house and ProClean Direct were recommended by our window cleaner. Chris and Philippa were very friendly, responsive and flexible when it came to arranging a site visit. Chris came ready to remove a test patch the see what the brick was like underneath the paint, even though I was only expecting a visual inspection. Now the great part: The test patch revealed unsightly concrete bricks that the original builder used to save money, which explained why many of the houses in our street are also painted. Chris advised to not proceed, when other less scrupulous companies might have pressed on and relieved us of a large amount of money. For this reason I'd have no hesitation in having ProClean Direct back to carry out any of the other services they offer and would wholeheartely recommend them to any prospective Customers.

I saw Chris cleaning the moss off a neighbour’s roof and asked him for a quote. He hand-delivered the quote that evening. He is very knowledgeable and professional, completing the job in very hot conditions over a couple of days. The roof already looks great, and he’s confirmed it will just get better as the chemical gets to work. He & his team have a great attitude to work, I will certainly reach out to him again with any further work I need done in his area of expertise. A great customer experience.

Chris and the team have been professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. The rendering of our house had become badly stained by red algae, which created ugly and highly visible red streaks on all exterior surfaces. We had Chris and team come over and bird proof our roof for solar panels. Can’t compliment enough on the professionalism of the staff and the way the job was carried out. Chris and team did an outstanding job of pigeon/ bird proofing my house and solar panels. They were outstanding from explaining the entire process through to completion and did it all adhering to the highest safety standards using a cherry picker and cleared all the guttering too. Chris and the team have recently completed a full roof clean, solar panel bird nest removal, solar panel boxing-in & solar panel clean. From the initial quotation stage to the completion of the work the team have been exceptional. Clearly experts in there field they were happy to answer all my questions regarding the scope of work and explained the processes they were using.
