Proclene provided quote over phone with area of carpet to be cleaned and carpet type. They fitted in work at short notice to suit me. Went on the internet trying to find local carpet cleaners and chose three. This one was most polite, courteous and helpful. When I explained what the problem was. Came when he said he would, after examining the marks told me the best way he would do the job, and gave me a quote. I am most impressed with the way the job has been carried out, efficiently and professionally and certainly would recommend.

Excellent operator, Greg. Explained everything that would happen. Moved all furniture to enable the cleaning. Then moved all furniture back and placed on polystyrene blocks to prevent bleeding. Carpets were then left for 24 hours before I vacuumed them. They came up like new. Slight compacting of carpet under the blocks, but soon brushed out.

I phoned Proclene on Saturday following an unpleasant spillage on a relatively new carpet. They happily gave me advice on how to remove the spillage and odour - it worked well but I asked them to visit and give it a professional clean which they were more than happy to do - it looks as good as new.
