My boiler started leaking on a Sunday, and by the middle of the next week I had a new boiler installed up and running. Harvey and Luke were great, cleared away the old boiler and were very thorough. Would certainly use again and recommend.

Annual boiler service. Phoned to make an appointment, the service engineer arrived bang on time had a pleasant manner, completed the service in a proffesianal way. what could be easier. How nice to deal with such a genuine company. Satisfied customer..

Arrived on time on the day. Both engineers were very polite, considerate and hard working. I was kept informed all the way through about what was going on After the first day, my home was left really tidy, even though they were coming back next day. The whole experience was pleasant and respectful. I would use this company again and recommend them to others. The installation of boiler completed on time, all rubbish removed and everything left how it should be.

Progas were brilliant from start to finish and I’d recommend them to anyone with total confidence. The managing agents at the flat I’d just bought were being especially awkward, but Del and Dan met all their demands and were cheerful about it throughout. Replaced a boiler and upgraded my system. Thoroughly flushed out old pipe work and replaced 30yr old motorised valves and programmer. They have serviced the system under warranty for the last 7 years. Progas's staff have always been on time, courteous, careful and competent. Now I am too old for DIY but intend to have them for an annual service. Charges have been reasonable and as quoted. I recommend them.

I have used this company many times to fix my ancient boiler. They have always been reliable and courteous. When the old boiler died, they replaced the boiler and spent time with me going through my options. They did the work on time and tidied up after themselves. I will be using this company to re-plumb the house and move the boiler when we get future works done.

Progas engineer came back to plug my brand new radiator (they had fitted my whole central heating system last year but I did not have the last radiator yet). It took a couple of hours to extend the pipes, put them through the wall, connect them to the radiator and everything was done to the highest standards. The pipes are completely hidden, flushed with the wall and aligned perfectly with the radiator. Unfortunately the radiator was leaking: it's a very large cast iron radiator that was delivered in 3 parts which my husband and I assembled ourselves. We didn't do a good enough job! The Progas engineer explained that he could take the radiator apart and check everything but that he would have to charge extra. We agreed and he got to work. He protected my newly installed laminate flooring very well and was very considerate of my property (I have had a few tradesmen in my place and I know this is a rare quality!). Kyle (the engineer) fixed the radiator while answering my husband's and my questions about the radiator, the boiler, etc. Today as the last time he came, he was very helpful, polite, respectful, considerate and knowledgeable. He left the place as clean and tidy as he found it and offered to talk me through the holiday feature of my boiler as I had told him we were going on leave. I recommend Progas Heating very much as they have always provided me with great work and great service. They never shy away from helping out and they go over and beyond for their customers.

I moved into a new property in August 2018. I researched the market and Progras was the best company I could find that served my local area. The Progras Engineer came and provided a servicing to the boiler for my new property. In October 2018 my radiators were not heating in the upstair bedroom and I had to call a plumber to sort out the issue. He had to uncover the boiler. The amount of dust in the boiler the plumber said no one had done anything to this boiler in years, I took pictures. I contacted Progas next day with the pictures to understand what they had done to my boiler. The Progas director apologies for not cleaning the boiler but said they completed other works which is nonsense given the high level of dust inside the boiler. I told the director I would like to engineer to come back in my presence and perform the service which they refused. As such I paid £90 for someone to come to my home and do nothing! I don't know why Which have these people on their website! Stay away!

I can't recommend ProGas highly enough. The boiler engineer who fitted my new combi boiler was professional, considerate, efficient and polite throughout. He worked with care, ensuring there was no mess. A cupboard that needed to be removed for installation was replaced perfectly. All my surfaces were respected and covered throughout the installation. My new boiler is a joy. Professionally fitted without hassle or delay.

Progas upgraded our boiler to a combi boiler this year based on recommendations from a friend and , boy , was he right. The work was efficient and quick and no mess was left . The engineers were polite and did all the work agreed to without any quibble. They were extremely competitive in their offer for the work and it was pleasantly suprising that the work surpassed the level expected . They offer a fine service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people for gas work in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Progas in April 2018. We arranged a quote and a date for installation soon after. The work comprised of a new boiler and an extra radiator and tidying up pipe work, all of which we are very happy with. The fitters were professional, got on with the job and tidied up afterwards. I have already left some recommendations on the local Crystal Palace Facebook Page due to my confidence in Progas.

The guys from Progas gave us a very competitive quote and were able to attend our property to replace the boiler and install a radiator and a bath rail at very short notice which was greatly appreciated. The quality of their work was outstanding particularly the lovely neat pipework they installed going to the new boiler and we are very happy with the result. The engineers were able to just be left to get on with the job and did a great piece of work. Highly recommended.

Progas installed a new boiler for me and were very competitive. They recommended and explained the best boiler to install. The fitters were very professional, just got on with the job and left everything in a cleaner condition than when they arrived! I have used other companies/engineers in the past who were just interested in putting in the boiler that made them the most money and as quickly as possible. Super pleased with my new central heating. I previously had a warm air system in a dated 70's flat and had called several engineers for quotes before calling Progas. Progas were incredibly knowledgeable and found a sensible way to install the new boiler that was simultaneously neat, concealed and complied with regulations that none of the previous engineers had suggested. They explained all the available options to me, offered a very competitive price and weren't at all pushy, so I was more than confident they'd do a great job. The engineers that fitted the system were super friendly, seemed to really enjoy their work and left my property clean and tidy when they were finished. They left me with a lovely warm flat with a smartly-concealed boiler, on-demand hot water, wonderfully modern and efficient radiators, plus bags of extra storage that had previously been taken up with the old immersion heater and water tank! We have used Progas for many years and have always been happy with the service provided. So when our old boiler came to the end of its life we were happy to contact them about boiler options. Their advice on for new boilers was very useful and helped us make our final decision. The replacement of the old boiler was done quickly, cleanly and with no disruption to our normal day. The staff were also very happy to bring us up to speed with features and controls of the new boiler. We are happy to recommend Progas as they have provided with very good service for many years.

Having dreaded replacing the boiler Progas were brilliant. They completed the work in one day and when they left you would never know that they had been. They fitted the new higher spec, more efficient model into our tight fitting cupboard space without fuss and no damage. The fitters themselves were a delight; quiet and focused on the job. No loud radios, no demands for hot drinks or unpleasant loud chatter. They left our home warm, clean and tidy. Our new boiler is purring away keeping our home at a beautiful ambient temperature on an automatic thermostat controlled setting and hot water whenever we need it. Highly recommended.

My old boiler had to be replaced but new boilers are condensing models so apart from the boiler itself all the chimney, indoors and out, needed replacing and the means to get rid of the water had to be put in place. I was extremely dubious that all this work could be done without wrecking my relatively new and beautiful kitchen. However the Progas engineers installed everything in one day and no one would be able to guess at the difficulties involved in doing so as the kitchen looks untouched. I am delighted with my very quiet and efficient new boiler and I can confidently recommend using Progas for any central heating work.

This was a complicated job, removing two combi boilers, connecting ground floor pipework with 1st floor, disconnecting one of two gas supplies and installing the new plant. Their quote was very reasonable, they completed the work with the minimum of disruption, and on time. I was very happy with the results and the quality of their service. Highly recommended.

From the visit to quote to the installation of a new boiler Progas were nothing but the epitome of professionalism. They advised of the right boiler to install with no need to baffle with tech speak or up-sell. They gave clear information and left us a verity of choices, at very competitive prices, to decide upon. I decided to replace the old electric storage heaters in my house and have gas-fired central heating installed. I obtained several quotes and chose Progas and was pleased I did. Their quote was the most competitive, the work was carried out promptly and they caused no disruption and made no mess. They disposed of the old storage radiators as well - a first class job by a polite, professional firm and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The 2 engineers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished half a day earlier than expected. The work was of a very high quality. They even stayed late on the first day to make sure we had heating and hot water that night. This was so helpful with 2 young children in the house. The engineers cleaned up really well afterwards and did a few extras for us when they noticed things that needed to be sorted out with regard to the plumbing and how it worked with the new system- all included in the price. They were very quick to send a quote for the work too- no chasing required at all. I would highly recommend this company and their fantastic customer service.

We had a boiler installed in January 2016. We have been extremely happy with the service all the way through. We received a quote promptly following a visit. We then had some questions around the installation and the type of boiler and the director explained very thoroughly and in detail everything so we felt completely confident with going ahead with the boiler. The installation of the boiler went completely smoothly! The two engineers were very polite and again answered our queries. They left the place very tidy and talked us through how to use the boiler. From speaking to Progas, I felt they had very thorough knowledge and experience of boilers and were genuine in their advice and answers so we felt we were in ‘safe hands’. Progas were also slightly cheaper than another local provider. We were very impressed by Progas and have already recommended them to friends!

I recently had a boiler installed by PROGAS, and couldn't be happier with the service. Whilst running through the procedure, and planning my new system, they were very informative and accommodating to my needs. They explained thoroughly what would be best for my house, what I'd be running and my water pressure (which is often overlooked by many) The engineers that fitted the boiler were very polite and friendly. They were fast, efficient and tidy. There was minimal mess and the house was left spotless. They powerflushed the system after installing the boiler to clean it out and ensure it performs to its capacity. All in all, I would highly recommend them, and will certainly be using them in future for any other heating related work/maintenance.

Off the back of a recommendation from a friend, and after seeking a few alternative quotes, I went ahead with a boiler replacement from Progas. Quick visit to undertake an assessment and then on the install day a team of two undertook the job quickly and tidy up after themselves (putting down rags from the front door was the first thing they did on the day). Boiler has been working like a charm.

I have used Progas for a number of years for boiler servicing and repairs and they recently installed two boilers for me. They turn up on time, give written quotes which are very competitive and then install the boilers in a efficient and tidy manner. Their admin is also very good, which is a problem with many firms - calls are returned, invoices are correctly sent out and all paperwork is dealt with efficiently. I can recommend this firm 100%.

Our old noisy dual-flue boiler was on its last legs and we wanted to replace it with a new (reliable) Worcester Bosch one. Unfortunately this meant the boiler would have to be relocated. Unlike other boiler fitters we'd tried, Progas came up with the perfect solution on the initial visit so we were more than happy to use them for installation. The work was undertaken over 2 days with minimal disruption. They even managed to avoid lifting any floorboards to install new pipework which I was especially happy about. Engineers cleaned up after themselves and took the old boiler away. We now have a very quiet new boiler which has a 10 year guarantee.

Really pleased with my whole experience with Progas. Arranged for a visit to get a quote with Bob, this was followed through very quickly with a quote. The complete installation of a new boiler and radiators was complete within the month from first contact. The guys doing the installation were really efficient and happy to make changes if I asked. Really happy, would not hesitate to use again.
