Projects4Roofing are Your Local Conservatory Roof Conversion specialist based in Newmarket, East Anglia.
A family run business with over 30 years’ experience we specialise in transforming conservatories into ‘all year round living spaces’ with the Guardian Warm Roof System. Our customers find that a tiled conservatory roof is a great way to revitalise their tired old conservatory and bring a new lease of life to their home. A solid roof on your conservatory creates a new desirable space, but more importantly a comfortable usable area. We will project manage your work from start to finish, managing all trades required from the initial survey to final fix stages to include managing the formal building regulations requirements with your local council. Working flexibly to meet customer requirements, every project gets the same attention to detail and accuracy to deliver results - on time and on budget. We employ our own Plasterers, Electricians, Builders, and experienced Roofers from the local community.

At our previous home we spent 15 years living with a conservatory that wasn't usable in midsummer and hardly in winter. Having moved to our current home last year we intended to spend a lot of time in the conservatory enjoying the field view and wildlife but being south facing it was virtually impossible to use so we decided to invest in a guardian warm roof with Projects4Roofing. Chris and Tom were brilliant with the design and Clare kept us up to date with the planned schedule. Work was finished in 6 days and on budget, with minimal mess and with a very professional team. We noticed the difference straight away having had some very warm days and we can comfortably use the conservatory like an extra room. Would definitely recommend Projects4Roofing for all the reasons mentioned.

We have just had our old conservatory roof replaced with a tiled Guardian Warm Roof by Projects4Roofing. Our conservatory is transformed and we are delighted with the result! Projects4Roofing provided an excellent service that it is impossible to fault. The helpful discussions with Chris in the first stages about the design were first rate and Clare was so helpful with any queries, there was even a useful timetable so we knew what was happening when. Excellent work completed on time despite poor weather at beginning. All tradesmen were very good and cleared up after the job was finished. No loud radio blaring out as in some jobs. From the quote through to the finished roof this has been a stress free job. The workmanship of Connor, Levi and their apprentice Mason was of a great standard. The guys turned up when they should've and worked solid until they left each day. Slight delay due to weather conditions but that was out of their control. We are very pleased with the finished job.

What a lovely job, the work force arrived to time, were very efficient and friendly, any mess was swept up at the end of each day. Everything completed to time even though the weather wasn't brilliant and a final clean was done at the end of the job. I was kept informed at all times by email from the office, every step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend Projects4Roofing to anyone considering having their conservatory roof replacing. An excellent job done.

Rang to enquire and got an appointment the next day, took on board the situation and need to change it quickly. Booked in for 20th March 2023 just delayed by a week due to weather. Everyone was helpful and polite and kept abreast of how things were progressing. Accommodated blocking in 3 windows with panelling and making a wall on inside so it felt more like a proper room. The price was very reasonable especially as I had a large 28ft by 9 ft conservatory. Would recommend this company for their professionalism and the fact that you could contact them with queries and they always came back promptly.
