I decided to have a downstairs loo because of painful knees, but so pleased I did as before the work started I had a stroke which meant the loo was imperative, Gary and his team were brilliant and worked really hard to get things done cleanly and quickly. Well recommended.

PDP were excellent at installing my bathroom. Barry and his team were very good, nothing was too much trouble for them and left they my house clean and tidy at the end of every day.

Barry and his team completed this job to a high standard and we are really pleased with the result. Although the job was small Barry talked us through the options and even supplied fixtures that we didn’t order as part of the job. He arrived early for the job and started immediately which is something that we have become used to using PDP. They are efficient, friendly and offer a great service and I would hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

This is my first review after being a Which? Member for 26 years. I felt compelled to write this as I am so impressed with this Company. We needed a new suite, tiles, fans, mirrors and spotlights in our downstairs toilet and en suite. I had dragged my feet over the years as I have never been very impressed with the workmanship in any bathrooms I had seen until I saw the bathrooms and kitchen of 2 of our neighbours. On both their recommendations we got a quote and then booked Barry and his team from PDP. Barry was extremely helpful in advising us on basic and technical things (water pumps etc), coming up with suggestions, after the quote, which gave him more work but no extra charge for me. Things we hadn't mentioned (2 led mirrors needed hard wiring, a door turned round) were never a problem for Barry. "I'll do that for you" was always his reply. No extra cost on the final bill either. In fact on budget. His son Tyler does the plumbing. Dave and Grant the plastering. George the tiling. All are extremely friendly, punctual, courteous, tidy and most importantly top of their game. I know George could have tiled with much fewer cuts but he has made it perfect taking more time and effort. I could go on about their workmanship, but you get my point. We really couldn't be happier with the work carried out already. Barry is currently doing our bathroom and at some point we want to resurrect a side extension plan we had shelved. There's only one person who we'll be calling.

Barry and his team fully refurbished our bathroom and we have nothing but praise for him and all his team. They pulled out the old bathroom suite and old tiles and stripped everything back and started the refurb from scratch. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result. From start to finish they were ultra professional and completed all works to agreed timelines and to a first rate standard. The quality of all the workmanship was excellent and from initial consultation to completion they have been outstanding. Barry is very easy to talk to and always available to offer advice and reassurance. Would highly recommend Barry and his team 100% and will be having him back in a few weeks for refit of en-suite.

Barry and his team refurbished our bathroom. We found them reliable, responsive and great to deal with. The quality of workmanship was excellent especially the tiling. Would highly recommend it.

We were drawn to this company based upon previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Barry provides an excellent and trustworthy service. Barry and his team replaced my elderly mother’s entire bathroom, installing a walk in quadrant shower with grab rails and wall hung seat, beautifully plastered and tiled ready for decorating. He was very helpful from the first point of contact, throughout, until the work was completed and went beyond expectations. Everyone in the team was prompt, courteous and clean and tidy. Work was completed on time and to budget. We would definitely recommend him and his team.

Barry at Property Development Plus is the most trustworthy reliable tradesman I have ever met. He has completed the renovation of a shower room and family bathroom within time and budget and the work is absolutely of the highest standard. He collaborates with other tradesmen to bring the project together (exceptional tiling from George) so you always know what’s planned along the way and there are no issues with any unexpected costs. I love my new bathrooms and would recommend Property Development Plus very highly.

This is the second piece of work Barry and his team have undertaken for us over the last 14 months. This time it was a total bathroom refurbishment. The outcome is superb. All Barry’s team have been terrific, are all excellent craftspeople who are clean, professional and a great source of advice. The plasterers Dave and Grant, George the Tiler, Paul the mastic man, Barry, Tyler and John who stripped out the old units and installed all the sanitary ware etc. Barry’s team overcame every challenge in a positive way especially lifting an awkward 88 kilo bath up a flight of stairs. Right from the quotation stage Barry was keen to give ideas and opinions, not just a price. He was more than happy to adjust the work quoted to fit in with our new plans. The quote was fair and competitive and the work schedule agreed (to fit around our holiday!) well in advance. We were also able to take advantage of PDPs relationship with local suppliers with some very welcome discounts when purchasing all of the bathroom fittings. Work started on the date agreed and the prep work ensuring minimum mess was excellent. At the end of each day Barry told us what had been completed and left the house neat and tidy. The tradesmen who came in to do the plastering and tiling were also punctual, tidy and their workmanship was spot on. We had our bathroom and en-suite completely replaced and are very pleased with the results. Barry and his team are extremely hard working and professional and this is reflected in the end result. Our bathrooms look amazing and we will 100% be using PDP again in the future. I can’t recommend them enough.

A well established and professional firm. We have used this company before and on both occasions been impressed by the work that has been carried out. Right from the word “go”, all work was carried out at the amount quoted (right on budget), the team and the principal (Barry), were well presented, arrived at the appointed time of instigating and carrying out their tasks and finished each day leaving our place as tidy and functional as they could thus minimalizing any inconvenience that may or could have arisen. The work that was carried out was to replace our bathroom and toilet and we are very happy with the transformation. To this end, my wife and I have no reservations in recommending Barry and his team to anyone who seeks to renovate their home.

Barry & his team have completely renovated the house over the last 2-3 years......fitting around us as we moved from room to room! I recently had Barry and his co-workers do a complete bathroom refit, followed a few weeks later by a complete kitchen refit and a change of the radiators in the house. They were punctual, clean, professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They didn't even mind when I kept adding things! There were a couple of little hiccups, which they immediately put right. Barry was always contactable and always polite. (not quite sure about his singing though...) It can be difficult to find a reliable and honest company to do work for you, but I have no problem whats so ever in recommending Property Developments Plus.
