Barry undertook a single story extension for us, which also involved some internal changes (remodelling the old kitchen into a utility room) as well as installing a new kitchen in the extension. I can’t recommend PDP enough. The whole team we’re reliable, clean and professional and we are thrilled with all the work done. Nothing was too much trouble and Barry was happy to accommodate our requests throughout the project.

We used Property Developments Plus to install our new kitchen and we cannot recommend Barry and team enough. It was a big job which included ripping out our old kitchen, taking up the old flooring, plastering the walls and ceiling, and fitting all new wall and base units. Barry kept us informed on progress, was informative and helpful when we had questions, and always reliable. We didn't have the correct parts for the door of our integrated washing machine so Barry even came back days after the job had finished to install the correct part, once it had arrived. All work ran to time and budget. I would strongly recommend this company.

Barry and his team returned to our house to install a bathroom. This involved removing all existing units, re-flooring, re-plastering and some electrical changes then installing shower, bath, radiators and sink. From design through to purchase, Barry was always available for advice and even liaised with the bathroom and tile suppliers on our behalf. As in past visits, the teams were always punctual, pleasant, informative and diligent in ensuring no damage was caused outside of the work area and that everywhere was clean and tidy at the end of the day. The project was completed per schedule and billed in accordance with the estimate. We are extremely happy with the final result and would happily recommend PDP as a trusted trader.

I was recommended to this company by a friend, who was very pleased with the work they had done for her. They came to look at the old toilet i wanted renewing, sent me a quote, and when I replied that I was happy with the quote they went ahead and ordered the item. They then rang me later to say they would arrive the following morning, if convenient, which they did on time. They protected all carpets and carried out the work in a quiet and professional manner. The work was of a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. They left the site very clean and tidy. I would certainly use this company again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Barry and John completed a fantastic job on fitting a new kitchen. They were on time each day were very clean, tidy and courteous as they went about they're work. The kitchen looks absolutely brilliant! They are coming back to now do the utility room also. Very impressed, cheers guys 👍

We’ve used the guys at PDP a few times over the years and never had any issues. They are always very professional and amenable even when we change plans last minute. Workmanship is always top notch and at a great price. Highly recommended and will be using them again in the future for sure.

We needed to have an investigation carried out beneath our dining room floor to resolve areas that were unsuitable to support new Karndean flooring tiles that were due to be laid. Barry's man Mike arrived on time and removed previously laid plywood. He quickly ascertained what the problem was and was able to strengthen areas above the joists and replace the plywood flooring without damaging the new skirting boards. As with all of Barry's team, the job was explained and then carried out very effectively and without fuss. Everything was tidied up afterwards. The job was completed to my full satisfaction and I would not hesitate in recommending Barry and his team to any potential customer. You always get a professional result.

I cannot rate Barry and his team highly enough. From the first consultation, Barry was friendly, responsive, and, knowledgeable so I was happy to wait to be booked in. I can fully understand why they are so busy! From the dismantling of my old kitchen, preparing the electrics, plastering, and installing the new kitchen everything was carried out with care and professionalism. I was absolutely thrilled when Barry suggested moving a radiator, which I thought would have been too big a job to do, so I hadn't previously mentioned it. It allowed me to have the banquette seating I wanted, not only that Barry built the seating for me so I didn't have to wait months for it to be done. The whole team was so accommodating, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. I had a busy week running in and out and had no problem leaving Barry and the team alone. The job was completed on budget and schedule. I would highly recommend PDP, in fact, my sister has just had her kitchen completed by Barry and his team, straight after mine, and is also thrilled with the finished result. After reading the many favourable reviews on this site I asked to Barry to quote for a complete refurbishment of a bungalow I had recently purchased. I’m pleased I did and very pleased with the outcome of this major project which included a new kitchen, bathroom, complete re-wire, new central heating, re-plastered throughout and new doors and flooring. Each piece of work was detailed in a written quotation with a price that was kept too with no hidden extras or surprises. Although hands-on himself, Barry coordinated highly skilled tradesman for specialist trades such as electricians, heating-engineers, plasters and tilers where needed. I was able to hand over the keys to the property with complete confidence. All work completed to the highest standard. Every member of the team was professional, respectful and left everything clean at the end of the day. Personally, to have people in the house that you feel comfortable with is a necessity. A problem with an order (that was our fault) was resolved without any hesitation and we were very grateful for that.

Barry and his team fitted a new en-suite and made repairs to our cloakroom which had previously had a leak. Barry is a very busy man and has a waiting list of clients but he is definitely worth the wait and we would call him again without hesitation. All the work was completed as agreed on time and on budget. Despite working in the two smallest rooms in the house in the hottest week in the year none of the team complained. Barry always told us who would be at the property and what jobs were being done each day. He has assembled a great team and each person was a real pleasure to work with. Every single member of the team worked hard to get the best results and it’s no surprise that we are delighted with the result. I just wanted to add a special mention for George the tiler who made a fantastic job of the en-suite but also transformed our ugly cloakroom backsplash thanks to his creativity and skill, it has made such a difference to the room. Also for Dave the plasterer who gets the best finish we have seen, it’s almost a shame it gets covered up. The whole team are solution focused and nothing is too much trouble. They just want to do a great job and get best result for the customer. We are really pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

This work was carried out in a very professional and friendly manner. Have used this company before for a new kitchen which was expertly fitted. Hence I had no hesitation in using them again. All work was excellent. No waiting for any part of the job to be done, it all run like clockwork. I would highly recommend them.

Barry and his team reconfigured an upstairs bathroom, installed a new downstairs WC, removed a pillar and completely refurbished and fitted kitchen, dining room and snug area. All of Barry’s team have been brilliant. Always on time, work completed to superb standard and tidied up after themselves! Really love the finished product and grateful for all their hard work. Barry removed my old kitchen and utility room and fitted a new one. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Barry managed to get everything done in record time. He worked full days and finished the job ahead of time. All mess was cleared away at the end of each day and disruption was kept to a minimum. Considering completely gutting and refitting a kitchen is such a big and (can be) stressful job - this was far from it. Barry is clearly knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. He provided solutions to problems and made the project stress-free. I am thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room. PDP carried out a complete conversion of my parents bathroom to a shower room. With aging parents of 85 years old and living 100 miles away, i needed a reliable and trustworthy company to complete a bathroom remodelling and conversion to a shower room facility. Additionally with a father who would have been capable of doing this work in his younger years, the quality of finish was critical. The work slot was booked 3 months in advance, and Barry communicated a start date, he was in contact beforehand and started on time as agreed. The total rip out and refit took 8 working days, the team worked hard and cleaned up every day. All carpets were covered and the communicated to my parents throughout to ensure they were satisfied. Ceiling plastering was perfect and able to be painted with zero preparation. Tile setting out and grouting was the best I’ve seen in over 30 years. All details were clarified beforehand, and any changes to specification agreed. Thoroughly recommended
