Luke refitted our downstairs toilet in December 2023. Luke planned the work and advised us really well and it looks and works really well. Luke's done the work with great care, considering the best approach in terms of new fittings, floor and the pipes and electrics. One nice touch is having a stone ledges and splash backs which makes it look like a loo in a classy hotel but at an affordable price. Luke has found and corrected issues and oddities in how the toilet and sink were fitted. In terms of skills, he's a genuine all-rounder in tiling, plastering, painting, electrics and plumbing. Also, what sets Luke apart is the care he takes to make everything exactly right. There are no bodges or short cuts. He's internally motivated to do a good job. Luke is a naturally positive person, which is an important consideration when you have someone in your house for days at a time. We've enjoyed having Luke here. I'm confident the work will stand the test of time and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke has just finished transforming our 25 year old lavender en suite bathroom into a beautiful modern space! Initially he made recommendations about which fixtures and fittings we should consider, advising what we should invest more in, like a high quality shower (so glad we did) and where we could save. He’s gone the extra mile at each small step, for instance making up a number of different colour grouts for our chosen tiles before agreeing the preferred option with us. He’s also provided decorative advice for ‘finishing touches’ from towel hooks to stone sills which have elevated the finished look. He has so many professional skills in his armoury, so he’s able to identify and resolve historical issues found along the way, from electrics and plumbing to plastering, which he completes to an amazingly high standard. As well as being organised and tidy, he’s a really friendly person too. The finished job exceeded our expectations - we have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke's done a really professional job of advising and fitting our family bathroom. He is really skilled and carefully plans to make sure it all fits and looks the best. He is a perfectionist and that is exactly the sort of person you want. He's very experienced and skilled at plastering, tiling, plumbing and electrics. The way he makes everything watertight gives me real confidence in the longevity of the fit. Luke has left the place spotless every day. He put down a quality plastic sheeting from front door to bathroom to ensure there's no dirt or damage. He's a cheery guy and explains everything as he's working. The pricing is clear. We were recommended Property Fox by one of our neighbours, so we contacted Luke for a quote and some inspiration. Luke having been around and measured up, came back to us after a few days with links to what would fit best in our tiny bathroom. Luke kept us up to date with what was going on and the end result is absolutely amazing! His attention to detail the bathroom has turned out better than I even dared to expect. We have gone from fitting only person in the bathroom at a time, to being able to get 3 people in the now spacey bathroom. We have already spoken to Luke about coming back in the near future to do our cloakroom toilet and kitchen.

Luke completed our kitchen refurbishment to a very high standard. We are very happy with the quality, finishing and attention to detail of his work in all areas (electrics/plumbing/carpentry/tiling). Although small, our period property threw up lots of unexpected challenges (no wall was straight or square!). Luke went the extra mile to problem solve and made sure everything fitted and was aligned - I think many other kitchen fitters would have thrown in the towel! Luke also worked hard to keep within our budget and we found his pricing/charges very fair for his experience and for the quality of his work. We would use Luke again and will recommend him to our friends and family in the area.

Luke has refurbished our en suite shower room. He has had to add waterproof boarding and had an interesting challenge with our vanity unit, which was built over the stairs and had a sloping back. Came up with a great solution, building it out from the wall and creating a handy shelf. He has shown great attention to detail, colour matching and ideas to make the room work better. He is very hard working and is trustworthy to just get on with the job. The job is beautifully finished and it feels great to wake up to a new bathroom every day. He has now started on our new kitchen, a week into the work and he has done so much brilliant work already. We are very happy with all his work and have booked with him to do our family bathroom. We cannot recommend him more highly.

Luke refitted our family bathroom and we are delighted with it. He provided a quote promptly and stuck to it, even though fitting a bidet toilet to a combi unit proved to be rather challenging! The artex ceiling was boarded over skilfully, the walls prepared carefully and the plastering was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, as was the tiling which included a strip of mosaic around the bath. Luke suggested items for the bathroom suite, which I then purchased direct, and Luke provided the additional items including a beautiful stone window sill, a doorstop and stylish chrome trims along the edge of the tiled area. I found Luke friendly, approachable, attentive to details, accommodating, good at communicating and extremely hard working. He was kind enough to offer and put right a couple of minor issues around the house, which was so helpful. I liked the fact that he does most of the work himself including the plumbing and electrical installations, which makes the whole experience less intrusive. The only thing Luke did not do was fit the vinyl flooring, which I got a local company in to fit, but Luke prepared the base and put down plywood so all was ready for the vinyl. When all was completed, Luke carried out a test of all the installations and made sure I was happy with everything before signing off - and I am now in love with our new modern and stylish bathroom! I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use them again.

There were two rooms in my house I hated in my house when purchased just over a year ago. The main bathroom and the kitchen. Luke has literally just finished my bathroom to another level and to my design, except a few tweaks that were suggested which turned out great. I'm slowly realising it's too good for my teenagers to use. However, for my kitchen I wish I got this company to do as there are a couple niggles already from a previous contractors work. Luke did however complete my kitchen tiling to an extremely high standard, hence why I wanted them to refurbish my bathroom without a second thought. Now to another project which would mean my third time hiring. Highly recommended, no regrets, best decision ever!

We had 2 rooms plastered and a custom paneling installed in a room. Try as she might my wife tried to find imperfections in the plastering but couldn’t - Luke is a perfectionist it seems! I would thoroughly recommend his services and will be using him again very soon.
