Had Luke over to do a second job in my property first being last year with a new bathroom. This being a smaller job Luke was able to fit me in to a busy schedule. Very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use for further projects.

Luke did 3 projects back to back for us refurbishing an existing en-suite, cloakroom and laundry/utility room. Throughout the process he was full of energy, offering plenty of advice, tips and ideas which were so on point. He took responsiblity for everything including tiling, electrics, plumbing, plastering and everything was included in his quote. The work was all done to schedule and budget and his attention to detail is what stood out. He just doesn't do the work he makes sure it is perfect and right at all times. The small things make all the difference and that is what we got with Luke. A case in point when marrying the tiling pattern in both the en-suite and cloakroom so that your eye would not be distracted and the result is the rooms really stood out or as Luke would say "popped" out. Luke was helpful throughtout, and any problems he encountered would always find a solution and his happy and positive spirit was truly infectious. He has an excellent eye and visualisation, so much so you could just leave it to him to make decisions about what was best. My wife is most proud of the laundry room which now looks like a million dollars. The transformation of the en-suite is astounding considering what it was before. Our home had lots of challenges over the years, but Luke mastered them as if they were not there. Truly the best we have ever worked with.

Luke came highly recommended by a friend. He completely ripped out the bathroom and refitted it to an amazingly high standard. Luke’s attention to detail was much appreciated and really shines through in the finished product. We are delighted with the results and the quality of work, so much so that he will be returning later next year to do another bathroom .

After a long few months hunting for a good tradesman to do a whole new bathroom rip out and install, we decided on Luke to do the job for us. Had a week’s holiday booked, so left the house in trusted hands. Luke kept me updated almost every day on progress and any problems along the way. Luke’s labour cost is very competitive; this came with professionalism and knowledge. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again to do other projects around the house. The finished bathroom exceeded expectations!!

Luke and Bailey were fantastic from start to finish - bringing hard work, excellent attention to detail and a perfectionist attitude to our job. Luke's wide range of skills were ideal for our almost full ground floor renovation, including removing an old kitchen and fitting a new one to a new and in some places bespoke layout, lots of plastering, floor and ceiling levelling, electrics, lighting, plumbing, skirting and coving, general making good, installing engineered wood flooring throughout the ground floor, and too many other jobs to list including sourcing our quartz worktop. We would not hesitate in getting Property Fox back in for jobs in the future and highly recommend their work.

Luke did an amazing job on our kitchen/diner conversion, and came back a couple of weeks later to renovate a bathroom. Communication throughout was great, with a impressive quality of work and serious commitment to ensuring we were happy. His aftercare has also been good, happily visiting us to remediate an issue we had with one of the kitchen cupboard mechanisms.

We chose Property Fox, through a recommendation, through a friend. From start to finish he showed his skills as a craftsman. He fitted a Howdens kitchen which was not a very standard fit due to odd-shaped walls and ceilings, so he had his work cut out. He did the full strip out of our old kitchen, then set about replacing the bad plumbing. New lighting in the ceiling, electrical work with new sockets, painted the ceiling, walls, new tiles, organised for a quartz work surface at a very reasonable price, without dropping the quality. Replaced our flooring, skirting-boards, and made a couple of bespoke cupboards to fit an awkward-shaped ceiling. His work is amazing, great time keeping, assisted us in organising any parts to enhance our kitchen, and even collected the parts for us. Kept us updated whilst we were away sending us pictures, to make sure we were happy , was very polite with our neighbours, kept noise to a minimum at all times, couldn't fault his work at all. The finished job was amazing !!!! Couldn't believe the transformation, more than we expected ..... he offered us any of the offcuts to keep for extra shelves at a later date, it was nice to see our dream kitchen finished in a very good time. Very well-recommended builder/craftsmen; friendly, polite, and reliable. Would definitely use his services again.

We have contracted Luke to carry out various works for years now. Two Kitchens, two bathrooms and various odd jobs. His work is always flawless and his perfectionism and attention to detail always shine through in the finish of his labour. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the work, he has set the bar too high. Looking forward to the next project.

Luke came under recommendation from a friend. We had a complete refit in an En-suite bathroom, everything removed, new tiles on the floor and wall, new shower tray, shower mixer and toilet. Luke did a fantastic job to a high standard. He also did some repair work in another bathroom trying to help find a leak which involved replacing the old bath. We would strongly recommend Luke for any renovation work that needs to be done and we will be having him back to carry out some further work in the future.

Luke was strongly recommended by a good friend who used to work in the trade. Our original kitchen fitter walked off the job part way through installing our new kitchen. Luke came in and finished off the installation to a much higher standard and recitified a whole list of issues left by the previous fitter. Luke is quick and efficent, and came in right on budget. Any issues that came up Luke took ownership and sorted them out quickly. We're now looking to get Luke back soon to do our bathrooms and other planned improvements.
