I used Sean's company Property Painters of Hove to have the outside of my flat painted. The standard was excellent. From the first visit of Sean, he could not have been more helpful in the decision making. His painter Craig was outstanding and I was very pleased indeed with the end result.

Excellent company to deal with - very reliable, trustworthy, great communication. All the work was completed to a high standard and they were very quick to respond to any queries about the work. Most notably, they were happy to go the extra mile just to be helpful. Can highly recommend.

Sean and Mike recently carried out some filling and paint repairs to the old sash window frames in my flat. The work was done so quickly and considerately by Mike and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you so much!

Sean Toole of Property Painters Ltd was very quick to respond visiting our flat almost immediately. He was shown the relatively minor paint and plaster touch up work that needed to be done and promptly texted us an itemised quote (#561) totalling £946.80. We were shocked how high this quote was and immediately sought other quotes. While we waited for the other quotes, Sean emailed and texted us asking for feedback on the quote and if we are looking to get started? The next highest quote was less than half the quote of Property Painters Ltd. This was from a painter decorator who is not listed as a Which Trusted Trader but whose work is highly recommended by persons we know and trust. It seems that Property Traders Ltd is quoting clients 100% ++ above normal rates on the basis that it is a Which Trusted Trader.

I moved away from Brighton 3 years ago and am now living in Hertfordshire. But there is a very important part of my life left behind in Hove which is a memorial bench on Hove seafront dedicated to a much loved family member. Imagine how difficult it was to try and pick a decent outside painting firm. When you live more than 100 miles away. And, go through the process of getting the work done. In the way you wanted it and on time. After ringing Brighton and Hove council. I was told they no longer refurb memorial benches. So after 20 years it was up to me to get the work done. Especially as this year is a significant anniversary for my family. I called Property Painters and spoke to Sean. Who immediately set my mind at rest. This company is phenomenal. They sourced the paint needed for the very difficult task of protecting the aged metal parts. They got the colour right to. After rubbing down and undercoating 3 times. Hove seafront is not an easy venue to work in either. Sean painted when he could and waited and returned over and over. As the weather this spring has been very very wet. I got photos sent to update me frequently. They even sources a new brass plaque and fitted it. The job was finished in time for our family to honour our loved one. I never met Sean but his work ethic skill and kindness. Will never be forgotten. I highly recommend this company. As this wasn’t a big project for them but they did it as if it was . I previously engaged Property Painters for some exterior painting and have now just had the interior of my house decorated as well. The work began very soon after the quote and was completed swiftly and to a high standard. Communication was great and the decorator was punctual and friendly. I'm very happy with the end results and would definitely recommend Property Painters to those looking to get decorating done

Sean and his team did a really fantastic job of fully painting and redecorating the interior and exterior of a 5 bed house prior to us moving. They completed the project, which also included works to the electrics, gardens and outdoor patio and decking to a tight deadline and provided regular progress updates during the project. The quality of the finishing was excellent and Sean was very transparent with the pricing. I’d highly recommend Sean and his team for any future maintenance works.

Property Painters painted my 1 bedroom flat which had been rented out for 7 years, to freshen it up before I moved back in. There was a tight deadline but they finished a day early, and the work was done to a really high standard. The old Victorian sash windows in particular were in a terrible state but after lots of prep and filling they now look really great again. Sean and his team were so professional and responsive throughout and threw in an extra bit of work for free. I couldn't be happier with how the whole thing went, or with the end result.
