Over the last few years I haven’t had particularly good experiences with the standard of work supplied by various tradesmen, to the point where I was delaying getting jobs done because I was unsure as to whether there would be a positive outcome. However, my last two jobs have been awarded to companies endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders and this has restored my faith. On this job Protecht Electrical Services was asked to:. (1) safely restore electrical supply to various sockets that had encountered a problem; (2) conduct a safety check on the whole house electrical system and quote for a full house rewire with removal of old wiring, discreet movement and addition of sockets, and installation of new electrical features. Replastering was included in the quote. Peter Dawkins of Protecht and his employees/sub-contractors were very personable and professional. Their work was very efficient and they kept me informed of progress and alternative solutions at all stages of the work. All the work was performed to timescale and budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again and I’m happy to recommend them.

The trader was easy to contact, was punctual and professional, the work was explained before and after it was done, the quality of the work was 100%, the quote was the price paid, there were no problems, the work area was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
