PSC Electrical

On Sunday, I found that suddenly half of the lights and sockets at the house are not working. I tried to fiddle with the fuse box but didn't have luck. I called PSC electrical. Soon after one of the electrician (Phil) contacted me, listened to the problem and took me through to find the reason for fault. With his help, I could find the faulty device and socket and the power was restored at all other places. I had to call him three times. He was very patient, calm and professional and did not charge anything for phone advice. I would highly recommend PSC electricals.

I have used PSC before, though not for as large a job. I was very pleased again with what they did; it was all to a high standard, and they went to a lot of trouble to make sure that everything was right. They worked very hard and were very friendly while doing so. I would be very glad to use them again. Edward

When my elderly parents suffered an electrical problem we needed someone fast. We were quoted response times of between 11pm and 6am from their supplier who they have a maintenance contract with. Not a good response for a couple in their 80’s I believe. After some frantic call. PCS promised and responded within an hour and went out of their way to ensure my parents problem was rectified. They helped ensure their food and medication was not spoiled. Especially important for a parent with diabetes and Alzheimer’s. The electrician was very understanding and professional. He set my parent’s minds at rest and explained what he was doing and why, as he worked. His post work advice was fair and informative. I could not have asked for a better service at the price, which remained true to their initial quote. PCS will be my first call for any electrical work. The cliché first impressions are lasting impressions is true.
