Trading since 1990, Pure Choice is an independent business offering practical friendly advice on water softeners, water treatment systems & drinking water filters. We also have a specialist private water division that specialises in tank chlorination, boreholes and water purification systems. We also provide salt and can deliver to your door.

We cover household, commercial, industrial and private water supplies; whatever the water problem we are happy to advise and assist.

Our specialities include the installation of:

Following numerous plumbing problems caused by engineer from previous water softener unit we need advise and an creditable installer & supplier for a new unit. The poor old installation was rectified at no extra cost. The installer identified a serious fault in the former installation which almost certainly caused problems. The installation was efficient, tidy and thorough. A brilliant job.

We have used this company for about 14 yrs. They installed our original unit, and have serviced it and delivered salt when we have needed it. When the original unit reached the end of its working life the service engineer explained exactly what was happening with it and talked us through our options without putting any pressure on us to replace or not. The plumber who came today replaced the old unit and fitted the new one. Everyone in the company are polite and very helpful, and the work has always been excellent.
