Lee was a fantastic trades person, engaged with every aspect of the work and the quality and standard of his work is second to none I would recommend him highly to anyone in the Dorset region looking for an excellent electrician.

Having had a thorough electrics inspection by Lee over 8 years ago and, after recent renovation works to my house, I decided that a general inspection was needed once again, not least as new regulations would no doubt necessitate some remedial work. As Lee had been so meticulous before, it was a no brainer to contact him again. I was not disappointed. Lee carried out a thorough top to bottom inspection and identified various issues, clearly explaining the ramifications if they were not remedied. I did not hesitate to engage him to rectify the problems, which he did in his usual professional manner. If you need any electrical work doing/inspecting, then Lee is definitely the electrician to go to.

We moved into an old cottage knowing that we would have the need to complete some updates. We asked Lee to come and assess our electrical heating system. Lee was the upmost professional explaining what needed doing and the best types of appliances to use. Unfortunately this work uncovered a myriad of problems with our electrical infrastructure. Lee was able to assess and suggest remedial work for our, quite frankly, dangerous predicament. Lee kept us informed at all times with clear communication, itemised costings and clear plans for solving the issues. Lee was efficient, precise and clear at every stage and his work is precise and of the highest standard. Over the last year we have now had Lee complete work for us for a variety of issues: Electric radiators, fire, carbon dioxide and house alarms. New light and wall sockets installation throughout the house, replacement of fuse box and all junction boxes. Garden appliances restoration, remediation work for poorly installed circuitry. I am sure that there is more that Lee has completed but this shows quite clearly how versatile Lee is. We would now never contemplate having anyone else complete electrical work for us. Lee, carried out extensive electrical work at my property. His service delivery exceeded my expectations in that he managed mine describing a clear plan and quote , he commenced work when he promised to do so, he worked cleanly and effectively, he created tidy wiring, was he friendly and polite. I would completely recommend Lee and Pure Electric Solutions Limited. At the start of each day, Lee outlined what he intended to do and provided a rough timeline of the project which was very helpful in planning our day. Lee is also completely trustworthy and we were very comfortable to leave him alone in our home. At the end of the project Lee provided pictures of the work that he had undertaken which confirmed his care in managing the jobs. The work that he undertook was replacing the Consumer Unit with one which meets current regulations, replacement of the shower room fan, replacement of lighting unit in the loft, checking wiring and issue of a Certificate with regard to the condition of the overall electrical installation. We agreed a budget before the work was undertaken and the invoice correctly reflected the anticipated cost. I have no complaints and, as I said previously, I would recommend him.

Fitted a new light and a dimmer switch which required a wire to be channelled into the wall which was done very neatly and area was left clean. Also replaced sockets in kitchen with an updated type. Have used Lee for quite a few years and his work has always been first class and would highly recommend his services.

Lee updated some overhead lighting and a few plugs earlier in the year - all exactly as quoted. Given the age of my home he recommended a full inspection, which he carried out in early March. The property started life as a Dorset pyramid bungalow and over the years has grown substantially and now includes stables, garage, a barn and tree house all of which have been wired. In short, an electrical mish-mash compounded by a three-phase supply and the unwelcome attention of rats and mice. His inspection thus revealed 32 issues to be resolved, most of which were critical, and during the remedial work he identified a further five faults to be traced and rectified. Lee produced a detailed estimate and plan and explained each step in terms that I could understand. The project took 13 working days in May plus emails and phone calls. Each day began with a detailed brief on what he was going to do and ended with a round up of progress, any snags identified and how they would be tackled. Lee completed the works exactly as he said he would, on time and on budget. Lee is a true ambassador for his profession, a gifted practitioner. His whole approach - planning, execution, communication and obvious skill - is exemplary and anyone thinking of becoming an electrical engineer couldn't find a better mentor. I'm delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone seeking quality electrical work.

We needed a new timer for a towel rail, a heat detector, new lights to be fitted and some old wiring to be cut back. I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. I needed to upgrade the electrics at my mother's ancient house, where past electricians had taken shortcuts and botched around problems, leaving a system that was dangerous in some places and risky in others. Lee quickly saw the problems and put together a plan of upgrades partial rewiring that he started before Christmas and completed in the New Year. Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.
