Rodents, at first thought, to be mice, but later proved to be rats, invaded the kitchen and, over weeks, ate stored food and successively knawed the washing machine supply hose and exhaust pipe, causing two floods. Called on 12 January, Pure Pest Solutions (PPS) diagnosed a rat attack the next day, confirmed suspected entry hole and placed poisoned bait in the attic and behind kitchen units. This was all devoured. After three successive weekly checks, rats were deemed exterminated. The PPS exterminators were prompt, expert, informative and helpful; and provided a written report after each of the first three visits. There remained a slight smell, which could have been a dead rat in a cavity wall; so they also provided a strong, effective deodorant. PPS had previously removed a wasp nest most efficiently, , My wife & I cannot praise this excellent small firm too highly; It was a pleasure to have them fix our problem, again. Would we recommend this trader? YES

Pure Pest Solutions had given us excellent advice over the telephone in the past so they were the first people we called when we noticed a rodent problem affecting our flat. They were really helpful on the phone, visited very promptly, were friendly & courteous at site, diagnosed our issue and treated it accordingly. They quickly followed up with a written report which was also very helpful as we had to take up the issue with our property management company. The invoice was as expected. Decorating the outside of our house a wasps nest was discovered above a window which stopped the work in its tracks. Within an hour of calling Pure Pest Solutions Liam arrived and within 15 minutes the wasps disappeared and decorating could continue. Liam was friendly, tidy and super efficient. Incredible service from PPS and good value too. If the need arises we will certainly use PPS again.

I was staying with my elderly Dad for the first time in a while due to not having seen him through ‘lock down’ and heard scratching noises in the ceiling during the night. It sounded like rats or mice gnawing wood. I contacted Pure Pest Solutions after an internet search and they were very helpful and responsive, finding time to come round to inspect when someone was there to let them in as my Dad was shielding. They thoroughly inspected the property, taking all precautions necessary, found the source of the problem and sorted it out. They explained it would take 3 visits - all included in the very reasonable quote - to ensure it was effectively eradicated and they also blocked the entry point to prevent future infestation. They liaised with us for each visit and came on time with everything they needed. We’ve had no problem since. They were highly professional, helpful and careful - I could not recommend them more highly.
