PURE returned my five chamber basement to pristine condition after water ingress had rendered it uninhabitable. They were always friendly and punctual; and Michael in particular showed the sort of professionalism that gives loads of reassurance at a time of personal stress. In fact, the whole team did. They know what they are doing. The system they installed was the latest technology in water-proofing and insulation. I was particularly impressed by their follow-up, with regular checks to ascertain if we were happy with their work and their progress. Since the work, the team come back every 12 months to service the sump & pump system; and it is great to hear about the company's progress. They deserve to succeed through the hard work and determination to excel that they show... in all respects.

We’ve recently had our cellar conversion using Pure Property Care. All the team were excellent and Michael and Ian couldn’t have been more helpful. The whole process from beginning to end was efficient and well delivered. I would recommend them to anyone.
