Billy went above and beyond. He was professional, honest and direct in everything he did. Pureheat carried out the installation of our offices underfloor systems along with the connections and commissioning. The Pureheat team arrived on time and were efficient and thorough nothing was too much to ask for. Upon completion of this project Pureheat carried out a repair of a electric underfloor heating system in downstair toilet. They found the fault a repair the system creating minimal disruption. They were a pleasure to do business with.

Underfloor Heating manifold and pump unit changed over. System drained and refilled with biocide added into the mix. Plumbing alterations and change of a faulty motorised valve.

Underfloor heating fault found very quickly. They explained how they would repair and did so within a couple of hours (and managed to lift ceramic floor tiles to access wiring repair without breaking them)
