Quality clean are an excellent company We had some stubborn stains on a settee and never really thought that they would disappear however after treatment from Ian they did and our carpets look like new too. We had used Quality Clean on 2 previous occasions. Having moved some 11 months ago and had time to settle, we could determine our full needs to remove all previous dirt and fully refresh the full 3 bedroomed house. It was fully carpeted and we took the opportunity to have our armchairs and lounge suite cleaned and protected. Ian had given us a very acceptable price after spending some 30 minutes previously to discuss everything from access, room-by-room sequence plan and movement of all furniture, which, he would undertake for us. He did not stop working except for a lunch break from his on-time arrival until 18.30 hrs. Everything he did was just first class and on completion, we thought we had new carpets and furniture. Throughout the day he would confirm with us anything that needed our attention or opinion. Cannot recommend Quality Care highly enough. After all they really do what it says on the tin!!

Ian cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and one reception room. Additionally he applied a protective coat to eradicate some carpet moth activity and protect against future attacks. He also thorough clean two sofas that had bad staining from hair products and food and drink spillages. Ian arrived exactly on time and worked for several hours with one short break until the job was completed. He is personable and a pleasure to have in ones home. Before starting Ian explain what he was going to do and why and was happy to any questions . We are extremely pleased with what he achieved. Like other reviewers have commented the carpets and sofa look like new. The cost was less than expected and represents very good value for money. I strongly recommend Ian's Quality Clean. We will use his services again

Ian had cleaned our hallway and sofas before so we asked him back to quote to clean all the carpets in the house, taking especial care with the upstairs hallway where it was stained from a builder. He has done an excellent job - once again. Totally professional, he is prompt, reliable and does exactly what he says he will do. We moved as much off the floor as we could everywhere, but he was happy to move the heavier stuff around. Highly recommend him. Our berber carpets look and feel like new - springing underfoot.
