Ian arrived on time and also agreed to scotch guard the carpet after cleaning, which we forgot to request. No problem. Carpet cleaning in 3 rooms, 2 staircases, landing, hall & curtains (2 full length, 1 half). Nine hours work, short break, completely clean working and what a nice guy! Totally satisfied at agreed price, and recommend to anyone.
