Quality Drainage Company Ltd (QDC) is an award winning family run business covering all aspects of drainage from Emergency Unblocks, Installations, Excavations & Repairs, Preventative Maintenance Contracts and CCTV Surveys. We also have the specialised equipment to clear Sani-Flow wastepipes.
All engineers wear uniform, carry ID Badges, are CRB checked and trained in Health & Safety, Drain & Sewer Cleaning, CCTV Surveys, Drain Lining and hold valid CSCS cards.

Clearing Blocked Drain
Following my call out on 15/01/26 to my blocked drain which wasn't resolved, Ben attended my home on 20/01/26 and spent a long time trying to resolve the problem of clearing the blockage of fat in the corner of the pipeline going down to the drain. With his professionalism and determination together with short notice given, more of his skilled crew came and they all managed to clear the drain from a build up of old fat and also cleared up after themselves too. Ben and his team were very professional, friendly and polite and I would recommend their services.

Having a blocked sink outlet I phoned at 1.00pm asking for help. The response was helpful and professional and two guys turned up 2 hours later. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes (a huge fatball blocking the drain to the sewer) They were professional, pleasant and cleared up, removing the horrible stuff they had removed. I would certainly recommend Quality Drainage to everyone since it is increasingly difficult to get trustworthy, pleasant professionals to solve a problem with the minimum of delay. Well done guys!

My toilet was blocked and I contacted Quality Drainage company who attended the same day and resolved the problem. They discovered that the sewerage pipes were encased in lime scale which was causing the blockage and they promptly removed the limescale. They tested to ensure that there was free flow and that the toilet was flushing well and cleared away all debris. The two Quality drainage company technicians were professional, polite, respectful, efficient and showed consideration and care for my home. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe and they provided advice about the likelihood of future limescale build up. I would highly recommend Quality Drainage Company.

We had three members of the QDC come to the rescue yesterday when we had a blocked waste pipe and drain. They worked extremely hard and managed to rectify the problem. They also identified another issue with our downstairs toilet that had blocked on and off for quite some time so solved a long term mystery for us!

Unsatisfactory Service – Call-Out Fee with No Resolution
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service provided at my property. While the engineers arrived on time and were polite, the overall experience fell far short of expectations—especially considering the cost. Upon arrival, they spent approximately 15 minutes attempting to clear a pipe before informing us that no further work could be done during that visit. They advised that a separate quote and another appointment would be required for any further work. This came as a surprise, as I had already agreed to the terms that any work beyond the initial hour or requiring extra parts would be charged accordingly. When my wife asked if anything else could be done, the engineers responded that it would need to be treated as a new job—effectively making any further action impossible during that visit. As a result, I paid £216 inc VAT ,15 minutes of unsuccessful work with no resolution to the problem. I did not expect a company listed as a trusted expert to offer only a brief attempt, justify a substantial call-out fee, and then leave the issue unresolved.

Moved into a property and after a couple weeks of heavy rain noticed one of my drains was fully blocked and with mud. Contact the team and Quality Drainage and their service was friendly, efficient from first call to completing the job. On the day, the team called ahead with their updated eta. Once onsite they explained what they needed to do and got on with the task. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quality Drainage After moving into our new home, I discovered that one of the drains was completely blocked with mud after a few weeks of heavy rain. Not exactly the kind of surprise you want! I reached out to Quality Drainage, and their service was friendly, efficient from first call to completing the job. The team was not only professional but genuinely friendly, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. On the day of the appointment, they called ahead with an updated ETA, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, they took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and got to work quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quality Drainage to anyone—excellent service from start to finish!

Woke up to our main drain being blocked and overflowing onto our patio. Called Quality Drainage and there was no engineers available but Ben rang around and arranged for Ollie and his partner to come at short notice. They cleared the blockage and cleaned up the patio in no time at all and the cost was as quoted. Both men were friendly, helpful and polite. So glad that I called Quality Drainage Company.

A professional service from beginning to end. A cancellation meant they could come on the same day. The blocked drain was cleared at the back of my property and the drain flushed through from the front as well to effectively clear the drainpipe along it's full length under the building. A very professional and polite crew who cleaned up after themselves too. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ollie and his assistant were efficient and thorough. They took great care to lift up the existing gully and patio stones, they made sure there was a good fitting to the pipe before cementing the area back and doing a very clean tidy up. They were also keen to ensure we were happy with everything before we left. Have asked them to quote for fitting a new soil pipe for a downstairs loo.
