We recently used Quality PB for a kitchen installation, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and extremely attentive to our needs. Their installation team worked quickly but carefully, ensuring every part of the kitchen was fitted to a high standard. They kept things tidy, communicated clearly throughout the process, and finished on schedule. What really impressed us was how helpful they were a year later, when we experienced an issue that wasn’t even related to their work. We reached out to them, and they were so gracious and proactive — making time for us, offering advice, and helping to find a solution. It’s rare to find a company that stands by their customers even after the job is done, and that kind of integrity means a lot. If you’re looking for a kitchen installer who delivers excellent craftsmanship, great customer service, and long-term support, I wholeheartedly recommend Quality PB. They surpassed our expectations in every way.

I first contacted George in November 2024 to quote for an extensive flat refurb, and he replied immediately and arranged a visit, and put a quote together. It wasn't until March 2025 that I got back in touch, but he replied immediately, and we arranged for works to begin in June. The refurb included fully gutting 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the hallway, plus 1 kitchen would largely remain but with some minor changes (new integrated fridge installed, repainted walls + cabinets, floorboards sanded & varnished). Throughout the flat all carpets were removed and the existing floorboards sanded and varnished. Walls were re-plastered and painted. 4 new doors installed. Full bathroom installed (bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, floor tiles). New electricity sockets and light fittings installed. A brand new cupboard was built in one bedroom, and alcove shelves & cupboards built in the living room. Throughout the works George and his team were excellent, providing constant updates, and offering solutions to minor issues that came up, including a slight issue with the radiators after he'd left - he came over the next day to sort it out with replacement parts (which were faulty by the manufacturer, not George!). He estimated a minimum of 8 weeks to complete, and it was done in just a few days over 9 weeks. I highly recommend George for both his professional standards alongside his friendly and amenable attitude.

I engaged George for a complex project involving structural alterations to a terrace property — including a skylight, a lightwell, lowering the floor, and a full high-quality renovation of the entire house. The work included plumbing, electrics, plastering, insulation, heating, and decorating, all carried out under difficult and congested site conditions and within a tight timeframe. Throughout the project, George was consistently reliable and solution-focused. The end result is of a high standard, and we are already in discussion about future renovation projects together.

We had George and team back again (third time), this time to install our new kitchen. As per the previous jobs George has done for us, great care and attention was taken to finish things off to a high standard and he has been a complete pleasure to work with. Where there were options on how something could be approached we were always consulted and shown each option to help inform our decision, ultimately leaving us with a kitchen we absolutely love. Like the other jobs George has done for us: * The work was completed within the estimated timeframe * The final costs were as per the initial quote * And any issues we spotted after the job completed (there was only one very minor) George was very prompt at coming round to take a look and get it sorted. Always a pleasure working with George.

I had George and the team to build a new studio in the garden and they did a fantastic job. The team was very careful to consult with me on all details and gave me lots of good ideas and suggestions for improving the job. The finishing's are top quality, good design, and they are very friendly, clean, organised and I highly recommend the team for construction projects and decoration.

We have just completed a flat renovation project in West Kensington with Quality PB and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Throughout the 6-week project, George and his team were reliable, hard-working and diligent. George made great suggestions, and it showed that he really cared about the end-product. He was flexible when we made small tweaks as the project progressed and we felt that his quote was fair and well communicated. We are about halfway through our renovation project with George and the rest of his team at Quality PB (expected to finish in April 2025!) So far we have been impressed with the speed and quality of their work. George and his colleagues have been reliable and getting on with the work diligently. George clearly came with a plan, communicated it well and cares about the quality of the end product. He has been patient with us whilst we have sought his advice and made decisions. Whilst the project isn't finished yet, we are really encouraged with the progress so far.

We would highly recommend George and the team. They relandscaped both our front and back gardens, replacing tiles, paths, and installing new drainage and pipework. The work was done to a very high standard, and George was always reliable and fair, and came up with several great suggestions that improved the result. This was the second time that we have used George for major works on our house, following a full-house renovation a couple of years ago, and there is no doubt that we will use him for future work.

George and his team completed a build of a porch, relaid some paving stones and altered step height quite significantly. I thoroughly recommend them, their work is excellent. We faced a few issues during the job due to deliveries being damaged etc and they worked hard to find solutions for me. We had an architects plan, which has been adhered to structurally, but George queried a few items on it to be sure it gave what we wanted (eg moving a drain pipe and window placement). Particularly tricky was step height + width from pavement to house level and George checked and tripled checked at every stage. They were very conscientious team, cleaning up well at the end of every day and working around any time we needed to Leave the house. Quote was extremely reasonable and invoices came as planned (three stages). I would happily recommend and will use them again in the future.

I thoroughly recommend George and his team. My job was relatively small (replacing three fence panels that needed to be custom built). George provided a quotation very quickly and has completed the work to a high standard, on time and to the agreed budget. Communication was great and the team left things very tidy. I’ll definitely be using this company in the future!

I’ve had George and his team carry out two jobs for me this year. The first was changing the openings for doors and windows as well as carrying out some plastering of walls and ceilings. After that I had him back to build a new porch at the front of house. I was very happy with both jobs and would happily recommend him and his team as well as using them for any future work I need. George and his team are reliable, punctual and friendly. They worked solidly throughout the day and produced a quality finish.

We wondered if the Which rating for this company could be deserved - our experience is that it absolutely is! We contacted George and the team at Quality Plastering and Building to execute our ground floor extension, including the installation of a picture frame steel supporting the back of the house, underfloor heating, and installing a downstairs loo under the stairs. The work carried out was outstanding at every stage and they were clearly experienced, organised, and capable. The team were also timely, considerate and polite. Their pricing was also very competitive given the quality of the outcome. But more than that, George and his team were simply decent people. We really, really cannot recommend George and Quality Plastering and Building highly enough for these types of large scale project.

George and his colleague did an excellent job of putting up insulation boards on a rear bedroom wall. This was a small but awkward job, due to the walls in my house not being completely flat. The quality of work and finish were excellent.

Was recommended to George at Quality PB (plastering and building) by owner of flat above my office. Very likeable guy with a sensible attitude to job pricing. George and his team put a new flat roof over our office toilet block including new plywood; new guttering and downpipe; internal plasterwork; whitewashed interiors; new corrugated sheeting to provide a rain free walkway. Most importantly he refreshed our sorry looking weather beaten façade. Made good with some new timber paneling and after priming it all covered with a couple of coats of acrylic paint which I'm hoping will ward off the fading caused by the suns rays, the joy of being west facing. Numerous compliments already paid by those passing our door.

George and his team carried out a full refurbishment of my property in N19. The interior of the property was in disrepair and required a huge amount of work. I found George and his team honest, reliable and very good at what they do. His prices were reasonable and even with extra work which came up after the job began, he priced those jobs very reasonably. George takes pride in his work and you can tell he really wants to do a good job. He completely transformed the inside of my property. Any problems were resolved without any arguments. George was also always contactable throughout the job. I would certainly hire George again and hope to do so again in the future.

We found George and Quality Plastering and Building on this website and I was skeptical that they could warrant so many good reviews - but in my experience they are every bit as good as the reviews suggest. George and his team have helped us a huge amount and the job is only half way through. We would highly recommend his firm for the kind of complex structural work we are doing in our kitchen. He has been careful, honest, and helpful throughout - giving us clear information about when he could start and how long the job would take. His work has been of a high quality and he has moved at a good pace. He has also got a really good team of laborer's, electricians, and plumbers that have all also shown a great deal of skill and professional integrity. I cannot recommend George and Quality Plastering and Building highly enough.

We asked George and team to build our loft conversion, and I'm so glad we did. George was very receptive to our ideas about the project and he anticipated things we had not thought of and talked us through the available options and limitations. To add to this, they arrived on time everyday, clearly communicated who/what trades would be on site each day, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. But most importantly the work was done to a very high standard and they finished slightly ahead of schedule. George and the whole team were hardworking, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be getting them back for any further refurb work that we do in the future.

We had a great experience with George and the team at Quality Plastering. The initial quote was clear and precise, and George is a very straightforward person to deal with. George undertook some work for us at the church at short notice. George and his team were impeccable in their workmanship. Their time keeping was excellent as George was always on time. The work was of exceptional quality and very neat and for sure I will use him again. George listen to want the end result I wanted to achieve and at time he even had a better suggestion which, made me even happier. He sorted out our plumbing works as well some re-decorating and putting in some air bricks. George and team installed a new fence and aluminum fascia to our extension. They arrived on time, took care to prepare and protect our property and were courteous to neighbors. The work was completed to a high standard, the site was cleaned afterwards and rubbish removed. Very happy with George's work.

George and team built an extension for us to a very high standard. The project was complex and throughout the process George made excellent suggestions on the design and various options. All work was done by skilled craftsmen, including a plasterer, electrician, plumber, brick layer and carpenter. The entire team were very hardworking, courteous and took pride in doing a good job.

This was the 4th project we have worked with George on. George and his team are excellent as always. We did a flat refurbishment which would have ordinarily taken 2/3 weeks was completed in a week and half. George and the team completed a full end to end flat refurbishment, relaying the laminate flooring across the flat, re-painting and fixing some dodgy building work by a big name new build builder, retiling of a new bathroom, plumbing and installation of a new shower, installation and sorting out some electrical fixtures and sockets. The workmanship was excellent as always, George takes an interest and pride in the job he performs, and attention to detail was maintained. George and his team are currently finishing up a medium/large sized project which involves several different trades (plastering, brick laying, carpenter, electrician, decorating etc) Every single person involved in the project displays a fantastic work ethic, great attention to detail and work quality - and to round it off they keep the building site neat and tidy. George and his team completed a loft conversion which included a new loft bathroom build. They undertook the construction of the loft and bathroom, roofing work, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and decorating. The quality of the work has been very good. All of the team have been very polite, hardworking and knowledgeable in their field They suggested improvements to our ideas and told us what would work and what wouldn’t. George stuck to commitments made in advance regarding work hours, parking, cleaning/securing the site and access. Overall very pleased with the results.
