I thoroughly recommend George and his team. My job was relatively small (replacing three fence panels that needed to be custom built). George provided a quotation very quickly and has completed the work to a high standard, on time and to the agreed budget. Communication was great and the team left things very tidy. I’ll definitely be using this company in the future!

We wondered if the Which rating for this company could be deserved - our experience is that it absolutely is! We contacted George and the team at Quality Plastering and Building to execute our ground floor extension, including the installation of a picture frame steel supporting the back of the house, underfloor heating, and installing a downstairs loo under the stairs. The work carried out was outstanding at every stage and they were clearly experienced, organised, and capable. The team were also timely, considerate and polite. Their pricing was also very competitive given the quality of the outcome. But more than that, George and his team were simply decent people. We really, really cannot recommend George and Quality Plastering and Building highly enough for these types of large scale project.

George and his colleague did an excellent job of putting up insulation boards on a rear bedroom wall. This was a small but awkward job, due to the walls in my house not being completely flat. The quality of work and finish were excellent.

Was recommended to George at Quality PB (plastering and building) by owner of flat above my office. Very likeable guy with a sensible attitude to job pricing. George and his team put a new flat roof over our office toilet block including new plywood; new guttering and downpipe; internal plasterwork; whitewashed interiors; new corrugated sheeting to provide a rain free walkway. Most importantly he refreshed our sorry looking weather beaten façade. Made good with some new timber paneling and after priming it all covered with a couple of coats of acrylic paint which I'm hoping will ward off the fading caused by the suns rays, the joy of being west facing. Numerous compliments already paid by those passing our door.

George and his team carried out a full refurbishment of my property in N19. The interior of the property was in disrepair and required a huge amount of work. I found George and his team honest, reliable and very good at what they do. His prices were reasonable and even with extra work which came up after the job began, he priced those jobs very reasonably. George takes pride in his work and you can tell he really wants to do a good job. He completely transformed the inside of my property. Any problems were resolved without any arguments. George was also always contactable throughout the job. I would certainly hire George again and hope to do so again in the future.

We found George and Quality Plastering and Building on this website and I was skeptical that they could warrant so many good reviews - but in my experience they are every bit as good as the reviews suggest. George and his team have helped us a huge amount and the job is only half way through. We would highly recommend his firm for the kind of complex structural work we are doing in our kitchen. He has been careful, honest, and helpful throughout - giving us clear information about when he could start and how long the job would take. His work has been of a high quality and he has moved at a good pace. He has also got a really good team of laborer's, electricians, and plumbers that have all also shown a great deal of skill and professional integrity. We asked George and team to build our loft conversion, and I'm so glad we did. George was very receptive to our ideas about the project and he anticipated things we had not thought of and talked us through the available options and limitations. To add to this, they arrived on time everyday, clearly communicated who/what trades would be on site each day, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. But most importantly the work was done to a very high standard and they finished slightly ahead of schedule. George and the whole team were hardworking, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be getting them back for any further refurb work that we do in the future.

George undertook some work for us at the church at short notice. George and his team were impeccable in their workmanship. Their time keeping was excellent as George was always on time. The work was of exceptional quality and very neat and for sure I will use him again. George and team installed a new fence and aluminum fascia to our extension. They arrived on time, took care to prepare and protect our property and were courteous to neighbors. The work was completed to a high standard, the site was cleaned afterwards and rubbish removed. Very happy with George's work.

George and team built an extension for us to a very high standard. The project was complex and throughout the process George made excellent suggestions on the design and various options. All work was done by skilled craftsmen, including a plasterer, electrician, plumber, brick layer and carpenter. The entire team were very hardworking, courteous and took pride in doing a good job.

This was the 4th project we have worked with George on. George and his team are excellent as always. We did a flat refurbishment which would have ordinarily taken 2/3 weeks was completed in a week and half. George and the team completed a full end to end flat refurbishment, relaying the laminate flooring across the flat, re-painting and fixing some dodgy building work by a big name new build builder, retiling of a new bathroom, plumbing and installation of a new shower, installation and sorting out some electrical fixtures and sockets. The workmanship was excellent as always, George takes an interest and pride in the job he performs, and attention to detail was maintained. George and his team are currently finishing up a medium/large sized project which involves several different trades (plastering, brick laying, carpenter, electrician, decorating etc) Every single person involved in the project displays a fantastic work ethic, great attention to detail and work quality - and to round it off they keep the building site neat and tidy. George and his team completed a loft conversion which included a new loft bathroom build. They undertook the construction of the loft and bathroom, roofing work, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and decorating. The quality of the work has been very good. All of the team have been very polite, hardworking and knowledgeable in their field They suggested improvements to our ideas and told us what would work and what wouldn’t. George stuck to commitments made in advance regarding work hours, parking, cleaning/securing the site and access. Overall very pleased with the results.

We hired George and his team to do a loft conversion and extension the back of our house. George and his team created a new living room at the back, new bathrooms and refurbed the existing house; extending the upstairs loft into two new bedrooms and bathroom. George and his team know their job and are professional. George also employs other trade specialists such as bricklayer, electrician and plumber. George and the team have been outstanding once again. They have knocked a wall through in our bungalow to create an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The job entailed them raising the roof of our old existing extension, re-plastering, new electrics, spotlight installation, installing a new kitchen, including tiling and flooring. They also replaced radiators and fully re-decorated, giving the house a modern look and feel. Very pleased with the work. Completed to perfection.

This is the second job that George and his team have done for us. They fully dug up the garden. Turned over the soil. Replaced it with top soil and laid down turf. They also installed a path from the patio at the main house to the studio they previously built, along with a matching patio around the studio. The sides were then filled with pebbles. Very please with the job. The team are hardworking and efficient and have always left the place clean at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

George and his team knocked down our old brick shed and built a brand new studio. We are extremely happy and impressed with the high quality and finish of their work. They arrived early every morning and worked extremely hard throughout the day. They are a friendly and professional team who always left the site clean each evening before they left. We had worked with George on a previous project after reading reviews here and hired George again to do a Loft extension in our house. George is a professional and knows his job. George is also supported by a team of qualified personnel who are with him on the site daily, especially the very talented Cosmin. George is also assisted by other individuals for specialist jobs such as - electrician, plumber. As always, George knows his job and will give you the best opinion about a project. The build quality is very good, and the guys take an interest in what they are doing. The guys arrive on time daily at 8am, will keep the site clean, are polite and professional. I contacted George when I had to get a builder I was using to stop work and leave. George arrived and it was obvious from the start that he knew what he was talking about in relation to the work already done and the work remaining. The departing builders had managed to block my drain, and George then and there was able to sort it out. He provided me an estimate which was very reasonable. George and his team came in, cleared the rubble left by the departing builders, and completely redid the drainage channel, stripped back a blown wall and replastered that, as well as re- concreting an area dug up by the previous builders. They arrived dead on time, and the work was completed in the one day. The site was left very clean. George was punctual, polite and knowledgeable, and I will be using him again next year. I have no hesitation in recommending George and his team.

George is a pleasure to work with from start to finish. George is polite, very punctual, kind, understanding, works very hard and can be trusted fully. His team are just the same. George initially plastered our ground floor walls and ceilings for us, having found him on here. We were so impressed from that we had no doubt we wanted him to do our loft conversion. George’s quote matched that of a large loft conversion company but his quote included a lot of extras at his suggestion like opening skylight in our bathroom and a better velux in our main room. The speed of the work was incredible but definitely maintained a good standard and I am a bit of a perfectionist who has done my own renovations so I am not easily pleased. George maintains a high standard, expects the same of his team and deals with any issues very quickly, of which there were no major issues. I trust his team too and they were all great with my wife and pet and make real efforts to keep a good relationship with the neighbours. We are that pleased with our loft we have offered George to bring prospective customers round to see it and we trust him with a key, again something I would rarely do. One extra thing that reassured me of the work is George was more than happy for me to appoint my own building control and it sailed through the checks. George is an honest and trustworthy person. I know this may sound too good to be true but it is.

We have used George and his team on a number of occasions for various types of work such as plastering, tiling, painting etc. I decided to use him again for our latest project which was to fit a new bathroom because we have been delighted with the quality of his workmanship in the past. As before, George provided a service that exceeds 5 stars due to the care and attention he placed on the various aspects of work required in fitting a new bathroom, which also included demolishing a wall to create a larger space. In addition, George went out of his way to help with other jobs that needed completing in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend George.

George is polite, communicates often and well and is very reliable. The team listened to what specifics we needed, even if it differed slightly from what we started with, and ensured what they delievered met our needs. The team's work ethic is excellent, they recommend better solutions as they go along, and ensure the site is clean at the end of each day. George and his team built a large Outdoor Studio for us, approx 7m x 5m. George works with a team of hard-working, very professional, well mannered individuals. They all know their job very well. George also has a team of other professionals that is relied upon for specialist jobs such as electricians, plumbers, etc. All of the team working is very professional and skilled. They are one of the best building contractors that we have employed. The team is equipped and has all the tools required to do the job. If they are working onsite, they turn up at 8am sharp every day and are working honestly, diligently until 5pm through the day. We have not observed this with many building contractors. George is also experienced and will tell you whether your plan/ design works or not, and will provide solutions to ensure things work for you. The quality of the work performed is of a high standard, as all the guys know their job. They take an interest in doing what they are doing, to give you a very good end product. In addition, the team cleans up the side every day at the end of the day prior to leaving, leaving a clean wrapped up site. George is responsive to your texts and messages, and when things are not done the same day for any reason, say – parts not arrived, he ensures things are done promptly. We will be undertaking another project with George soon and are happy with the quality and service provided by the team so far.

We contacted George having seen the positive reviews on here to get a quote to finish work on our garden room. George came around and gave us a very competitive quote the same week. Once we decided to go with the quote the team started the next week, they worked very hard in renovating our garden room, working quickly but ensuring quality at each stage. The team also ensured they cleaned up the garden before leaving each evening. George and the team kept us informed all the way along the build and gave us options when they could improve a number of things the existing structure had, however they always asked and discussed our options before just doing them. We now have a garden and garden room we can use again with some of the summer left. Would definitely recommend giving George and the team a call to get a quote if you need a job doing!

George & Cosmin have worked with my structural engineer to build a side extension at my property. The work was of exceptional standard and we were very pleased with the final result of a bathroom, utility area and bedroom with underfloor heating throughout. Overall the work was completed within the time-frame provided and within the original quotation. I would say that they are very professional and most importantly absolutely reliable. They would arrive on time everyday until the job was done. They have strong communication skills and will resolve anything that you are not 100% satisfied with. I would like to thank George for the work that he has done, and would recommend him to anyone that would like to carry out any sort of building work in their homes.

Quality plastering and building LTD carried an exceptional job within time and budget. Exceeding our expectations and finishing with high quality. We removed 3 walls and put in new beams. Replaced all the flooring and refurbished the old looking cupboards. All within the original quote. They were very clean and always turned up. We would highly recommend George and his hardworking team.

George was very helpful by text and on the phone. He quickly organised for his man to come and do the work. All completed in hours to a high standard. Polite, communicative and honest (e.g. I asked about removing a radiator to remove some skirting and was advised not to move it as they weren't plumbers and wouldn't be able to help with leaks; I called a plumber instead!). Price was reasonable and just as agreed. George was happy to answer questions afterwards.

George and his crew plastered our whole downstairs renovations in a day, on a Saturday too. Apart from plumbers, up to this point I had tackled all the jobs in this large scale renovation myself (plans, RSJ knock throughs, bricking up, boarding - all signed off by building control). However I was now working to a new deadline so I needed a crew who could do the work within three weeks. I was so glad to find George. George came on time, did a thoroughly professional job and could not have been more helpful or polite. He removed the crumbling plaster on my kitchen wall back to the bricks, re-rendered the wall and then skimmed it and did an excellent job, quickly and proficiently, and charged exactly what he had quoted in his estimate (which, incidentally, was quite a bit less than I had been quoted for the same job by others). He took care to bury the electrical cables in the new plaster (which had previously been encased in ugly trunking), making for a much neater and more pleasing finish. He also kindly repaired another small area for me on the hall wall that I hadn't even mentioned to him beforehand! He did a great job of cleaning up after what was a very messy job and left everything tidy. Altogether I thought George was most impressive and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I used quality, plastering and building ltd recently when I purchased my first house in Ash, Surrey and needed some work carrying out. I had both bedroom ceilings plastered, a brick wall taken down and new timber wall built to allow for a bigger bathroom. They also changed all my upstairs bedroom doors to nice oak doors for me. Already passed on there details to a few neighbours! Will be using again for my kitchen.
