From the moment he arrived to give us a quote to the moment he and Ben left on completion, Robert was totally professional in all respects. He clearly knows his job inside out and backwards. We had been a bit worried about what the replacement of our 43 year old boiler, hot water cylinder and heating controls might entail. I received three quotes for removal of an old hot air central heating system and installation of a new boiler and central heating system different from the others Rob provided a complete detailed list of work which impressed me with his professionalism. Rob and his apprentice Ben arrived on the day he said and started the installation. The job was completed in the time given and during this time provided they were supplied with the odd cup of coffee they were pleasant throughout. All rubbish was removed daily and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for the work they carried out and in the manner they did it.
