Robert replaced our ancient gas boiler which had decided to call it a day and also made various changes to the system to make it more efficient. From the first meeting Robert instilled confidence and followed up with an extremely detailed estimate. Once we agreed to move forward he gave us an installation date, kept in touch by text and turned up promptly on the day. He is extremely pleasant, reliable and organised and most importantly highly competent and professional. He works methodically and is extremely tidy, keeping any disruption to a minimum. In summary I would not hesitate to use RAJ again.

Robert has done several smaller jobs for me over the years so I felt confident asking for advice about an old - but good - boiler showing its age. He gave me fair and balanced advice and several options including a detailed quote for a new boiler. Eventually I decided to invest in a new boiler, a date was agreed and communication maintained including a text on the day. The job was carried out with great care - doormat, shoe protectors etc - and he evidently takes great pride in his work and overall service. On top of that he is a thoroughly nice guy, a skilful professional job.
