The work entailed removing the old boiler, installing a new combi boiler in a different location, removing redundant pipework/modifying and renewing pipework to install the new boiler, and testing and commissioning the new system. The various options were discussed with RAJ Heating, and we agreed on the best boiler for the house. The installation work started on the date agreed, and the workers were excellent. They were very efficient, tidy, polite, and extremely hard-working. They arrived on time, and when they were leaving, they made sure everything was tidied away. I cannot praise the workers highly enough. The previous system was old, which caused a few niggles, but the installation work went very well, and they kept us updated at all times. Any minor issue that arose was highlighted, discussed, and a solution was agreed. They finished on time and I am very pleased with the work carried out. I would highly recommend this trader.

This is the second time I have used RAJ Plumbing and Heating Ltd. The first was an oil boiler service, the second job was to fit a tiger loop and fit new stat. I had excellent communication with RAJ for both jobs, (a big irritation with other companies when this is lacking). I have had dealings with RAJ Heating since 2013, now the time came for a new boiler. As always, they were totally professional. Written information was easy to understand. The two engineers who came to install were polite, friendly and worked efficiently. As an OAP my queries on the new digital controls were simply explained. The quality of their workmanship is second to none, if you are looking for excellence then RAJ Heating is the one for you.

Following a slow leak in the boiler that was located in our attic, it was time for new and to relocate into the kitchen area where we could monitor. Robert advised on the type of boiler we needed and explained the Bosch easy control system that would link up to 6 devices. The communication from quote to completion was excellent. Robert's team Ben Liam and Luke arrived on site on Monday and completed the installation by Thursday, due to work commitments I only had the privilege of meeting Luke who was so pleasant and friendly. He explained what each day was going to entail and the standard and care to our property whilst the work was being carried out was exceptional. On returning home from work each evening I hardly knew he had been there the working area was left immaculate. Robert explained the whole set-up and showed us how to use the smart controls on our devices. My satisfaction was their utmost priority throughout our dealings, from the very first minute I spoke to Rob right up to today when the installation of my Worcester Bosch Gas Combi Boiler was completed. I was very impressed with Rob when I first met him in person. He was very personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I felt confident that I could trust him completely to do a first class job. When I received their quotation I was even more impressed, because it was so professional, with everything included in the installation listed in great detail, plus very informative leaflets and a Worcester Bosch brochure enclosed. I was equally impressed with Ben, for the same reasons I had been with Rob, and his workmanship was absolutely top class, and meticulous in every detail. Ben carried out most of the installation, with assistance from Liam, their young apprentice for some of the time, with Rob and Ben completing the final stages together today. From my initial contact with Robert through to completion of a new boiler installation everything was straightforward and efficient. I was kept appraised on every step of the process (including when the engineer was en route to my property) Everything from the initial survey through to quotation and completion of the work was carried out efficiently, professionally and with pride. The installation went as planned and at the end of the job you could not tell that any work had been carried out due to the care and respect the engineers had for my property, no clearing up necessary! Excellent service, good quality of work, excellent time keepers and had really good contact with us to sort out date and times of scheduled work. Always responded to phone calls and emails. RAJ provided a new floor standing HighFlow 550 Worcester boiler and changed 3 older radiators. The process was completed on time and as per quotation by an efficient, polite and professional team. I will employ RAJ heating and plumbing for any future projects and have already recommended their services to family and friends. RAJ Ltd installed a new oil boiler at our business. Rob was able to come to our site and provide a quote quickly and provided all the necessary information. When looking for someone to change my ancient boiler RAJ heating was recommended to me by 80% of the people I asked when on my daily wanderings with the dog and I can see why 😊 Robert and his team were very professional, courteous, friendly and took great care with my home. From first meeting, I felt comfortable with Robert, which was important as I and my disabled daughter moved out for the week and so it had to be someone I felt happy to just leave to get on with things. My boiler was upgraded to a combi and all radiators changed and I’m very happy with the finished result. Everything was left very tidy on completion, all old stuff removed, finished within the anticipated 5 days and with no hidden extra costs. Robert took time to explain anything I wasn’t sure of at the time of quoting and afterwards and his ongoing communication has been excellent. There was a minor issue with one of the pipes in what was the airing cupboard but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Luke after we had returned home so no complaints there. To me, a measure of a good company is not that there are never any issues but how they are dealt with if they do arise… so all good 😀 I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert and all of the team that worked in my home and would definitely use him/them again if the need arises. I’ve also already recommended him to my neighbours!

Woke up one morning to find I had no heating or hot water. I contacted RAJ Heating and Robert came that morning. After inspecting the boiler, he found the problem, ordered a new part and came back in the afternoon to fit the new part. Heating and hot water working on the same day, amazing service.

Rob is like a breath of fresh air ! He visited our house and my mums and quoted for a new boiler in each house. The price was amazing and the attention to detail was what we needed. After being let down by our regular plumber we felt it time to change. Rob lets you know what time he's arriving and is bang on. Amazing he fitted our boiler and my Mums in the same week. He had one team at ours and the others at my Mums. The guys were so clean you couldn't tell they had been. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with them in our house. Luke and Rob was at Mums house and Ben and the apprentice at ours. Obviously we had a competition of the biscuits to help the workers. Both the Worcester boiler is amazing. It heats the house and water so fast and we have had no complaints whatso ever. The best thing is yearly Rob is going to contact us for services for both boilers we don't have to ring round looking for someone. Special shout out to Ben, he really worked so hard and even did extra jobs in the house for us. His choice in music is a little odd ? Robert and team supplied and fitted a new boiler for my dad. Fantastic work, really friendly and courteous team and really clean too! Work was carried out in the timescale given and we were kept informed every step of the way, including receiving reminder texts of the appointment and also that they’re on their way! I’ve been with RAJ for years, in the beginning I asked him to service my boiler and I couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. Over the years he has replaced my boiler, connected a gas hob and continued to service my boiler. I’m currently renovating a house and there’s no one else I will contact to replace radiators and remove a gas fireplace. He is very trustworthy, timely and, produces work to a high standard. It’s so hard to find people that are worth their weight in gold and Robert is definitely worth that and more. I happily recommend him to my friends, and as a woman living on her own I feel safe having him come into my home to complete work.
