Woke up one morning to find I had no heating or hot water. I contacted RAJ Heating and Robert came that morning. After inspecting the boiler, he found the problem, ordered a new part and came back in the afternoon to fit the new part. Heating and hot water working on the same day, amazing service.

Rob is like a breath of fresh air ! He visited our house and my mums and quoted for a new boiler in each house. The price was amazing and the attention to detail was what we needed. After being let down by our regular plumber we felt it time to change. Rob lets you know what time he's arriving and is bang on. Amazing he fitted our boiler and my Mums in the same week. He had one team at ours and the others at my Mums. The guys were so clean you couldn't tell they had been. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with them in our house. Luke and Rob was at Mums house and Ben and the apprentice at ours. Obviously we had a competition of the biscuits to help the workers. Both the Worcester boiler is amazing. It heats the house and water so fast and we have had no complaints whatso ever. The best thing is yearly Rob is going to contact us for services for both boilers we don't have to ring round looking for someone. Special shout out to Ben, he really worked so hard and even did extra jobs in the house for us. His choice in music is a little odd ? Robert and team supplied and fitted a new boiler for my dad. Fantastic work, really friendly and courteous team and really clean too! Work was carried out in the timescale given and we were kept informed every step of the way, including receiving reminder texts of the appointment and also that they’re on their way! RAJ plumbing and heating replaced an old oil boiler. They fitted a new Worcester Bosch oil boiler. The quote was provided quickly and it was very detailed. They were very punctual and communication was excellent. A text was sent out daily so we knew they were on their way. Just had a combi boiler and new radiators installed in every room of our house. I chose RAJ Heating to carry out the work and am delighted with their high standard and service. Rob, Ben and guys arrived promptly each morning, carried out the work to a very high standard, clearing up after themselves as the worked. Very helpful and friendly and hard working. My shower pump stopped working. The boss came out to assess the damage. New pump needed which was no surprise to me as it had being playing up for some while before giving up altogether. Polite and professional throughout. Got a quote a couple of days later by e-mail. When I accepted the quote, an appointment was arranged for a few days time. Chap who came was also polite and professional. Very tidy work with everything taken away following installation and place left spotless. Kept updated throughout either via e-mail or text. I have used RAJ Plumbing and Heating before, (complete central heating installation and boiler servicing) and the quality of the work and attention to detail then was the reason I chose them to install an additional radiator to the system they had fitted a few years ago. Robert had called in to the house to fix a broken boiler part just before Christmas, at very short notice during the cold snap. I asked for a quote to add a radiator and I had a formal written quote by the end of the day. I accepted and the work was completed in a few hours on 6 Jan 23. The fitters were friendly from the start, explained what they were going to do as they were laying the dust carpets. They worked hard, kept me up to date with progress and did a great job and left the house as they found it, with the addition of one extra radiator. I have no hesitation in recommending RAJ Plumbing and Heating based on the quality, value and friendly service I have experienced with them every time.

Had our new boiler and pipe work installed a couple of years ago with RAJ you wouldn’t have known they had been in the house very professional and clean workers. Subsequently we now have our boiler serviced every year and just asked Rob to help with a pipe connection to our wood burner. All booked in promptly excellent communication and again very professional and neat job carried out very pleased we now use RAJ heating throughout our family for boiler servicing - can’t recommend highly enough. I had a new oil boiler fitted by RAJ Heating. The initial communication was good and I was informed of the day and time of arrival each day. They arrived promptly and worked hard. All three were polite, helpful and friendly. They cleared all the rubbish away afterwards. The pipework was very neat. The system was thoroughly tested, the controls were explained and they made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service from Rob and team. New oil boiler fitted. From initial quote for the boiler Rob stood out as the only engineer to explain the difference between two boilers that could have been fitted at the property and the pros and cons of both. Also only company to provide full brochure which gave extra reassurance the boiler chosen was the correct size for the property. Really polite, courteous staff, love that Rob mentors the younger engineers within the team and gives them confidence to thrive. Really clean and tidy throughout the 1.5 days installation, I could not recommend highly enough. The 7-year guarantee on the boiler is also a positive. Quote came in as expected, and all clear on how to use the new system and guarantees etc that would be provided.

RAJ Heating were brilliant. They did a very complicated job of replacing an ancient back boiler in the living room with a modern gas boiler in the kitchen, along with associated controls/thermostats etc. This required the installation and re-routing of a lot of pipework and electrics. Robert and Ben were really nice people. They worked really hard, did a very good job, dealt with problems and queries efficiently and with patience and good humor, and left everything tidy at the end of each day. I could not have asked for more.

Robert provides exceptionally good communications to the customer in advance of his visits. He is prompt and highly focused on the work. I have the greatest respect for his knowledge and ability to maintain and as was the case with us, repair our oil-fired boiler. I have booked annual services with him now and it's great to find an excellent company willing to travel to rural areas.

The work was carried out as planned over 2 days in December, despite poor weather conditions. The cost was as quoted. The 2 installers were very helpful and pleasant. One month after installation everything is working well.

From our first meeting with Robert when he called to survey the installation of a new Oil boiler, Robert was very professional, informative and helpful. He explained what to expect, surveyed the job thoroughly and told us what he felt was the best boiler for our needs. RAJ LTD installed a Worcester Boiler at our house. The old boiler had done a good job and provided years of service and wanted a boiler that gave us at least that performance. Robert was able to test our water pressure, agree a replacement model, upgrade the gas supply, flush the system, tidy up all the old pipework and bring us right up to date with all the latest safety and technology. Very pleased with the work undertaken by RAJ Plumbing And Heating Ltd and their customer service. They installed a new oil boiler and circulation pump in the garage along with a new flue. They also installed a new hot water cylinder and control systems. Additional work included replacement of 26 old radiator valves. The system was flushed, pressure tested and refilled. The old boiler was removed from the utility room and disposed of along with the old circulation pump, pipework and cylinder. Work was done to a high standard and the agreed budget, which had been bid on a competitive basis. Provision of the quote and communications were first class and higher order than the competition and thoroughly professional. Only small issue was that one text message about a requested variation to the work was not received. Both Robert and Ben were polite, friendly and helpful.

Well, what can I say... I was first introduced to RAJ via the local Swansea Bay magazine in 2014 when my boiler collapsed and haven’t looked back. The boiler was ordered and fitted within less than a week, and has been the best purchase I’ve ever made! Most recently, I took on the feat of refurbishing my two bedrooms for Christmas - and as usual - being the procrastinating, last minute twit that I am, required new radiators being fitted in less than 2 weeks. Not only did RAJ provide brilliant assistance when making my purchases; he fitted me into an extremely tight schedule, and was as professional and reliable with his installation as ever. Qualities which I feel are incredibly important when completing home improvements - especially after being let down by other tradesmen during this time. This was for an new installation of five radiators plus filters and controls to create a new central heating system. Rob had a very professional attitude and was really approachable and helpful during the estimate stage, advising me on the placement of radiators and thermostat controls. The estimate was fully itemised and clear, and the price was competitive. Rob ensured I understood what would be involved. Rob and Ben were friendly and cheerful throughout the installation and hardly stopped all day. Their work and working practices demonstrated a high standard of quality. At the end of each day, all their tools and equipment were tidied away and they cleaned up in the work areas so the disruption was minimal. I had an old, noisy, unreliable heating system and boiler so wanted a more energy efficient combination boiler installed. From my first contact with Robert I received an excellent service. Prior to confirming Robert to install a new external oil boiler at my address I obtained a number of quotes from small and larger installers. Robert's quote was the most informative, best structured and also competitive. On confirming we agreed a date for Instillation and removal of the old boiler and I must say that this was done efficiently and promptly leaving the area clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the finish, boxing in pipework etc to leave a clean look. I also need a new oil tank installed and Robert agreed to split the quote to suit me so i could spread the cost. I received three quotes for removal of an old hot air central heating system and installation of a new boiler and central heating system different from the others Rob provided a complete detailed list of work which impressed me with his professionalism. Rob and his apprentice Ben arrived on the day he said and started the installation. The job was completed in the time given and during this time provided they were supplied with the odd cup of coffee they were pleasant throughout. Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted to our central heating system in July. Robert was very efficient and his work was very clean and tidy. His quotation was very comprehensive and while not the lowest, we were impressed by the thoroughness of his work in flushing out the system and his balancing of our radiators, especially one end of line one that he got piping hot where previous plumbers had failed miserably! Nothing was too much trouble for him, especially answering my wife's questions, and in addition, he's a friendly nice guy.
