Drew Decor have done a couple of rooms for us. They recently completed our downstairs toilet decoration and repainted our front door. The works were completed to a very high standard to the agreed budget.

Work was to paint walls, ceilings and woodwork in 2 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. Richard and team arrived at the date and hour agreed. All three were very pleasant and got straight on with the sanding down process. We left them to it and went off for the week having given them a special code for the alarm system. On our return we were very happy with the standard of work done and with the cleanliness of the rooms. The team had also painted the radiators in the 2 main rooms and repaired damaged plaster where appropriate. All done within the agreed cost and schedule. Richard and his team decorated our bedroom and bathroom and made an absolute first rate job of both the wall paper and painting. Arrived on time every day ( not at all put off by The Beast from the East weather ) and started straight away. Also arranged for a plumber to attend when found the valve on the radiator was faulty. Have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and neighbours .

Here at a busy 4* hotel in Sheffield City Centre, we needed a complicated feature wall papering. Our business hours meant we required the work carrying out at a specific time, on a specific date. Great guys very efficient and tidy, had my hall and staircase and landing done we chose a colour and Richard talked us through the best paint/ emulsion finish to have. We came home from work each dayand everywhere was clean and tidy no mess anywhere and all done on time. Very pleased

Drew Decor made a splendid job of painting the interior woodwork, ceilings and walls of a seven-bedroomed house we recently bought in Sheffield. The property dates from 1710. Most challenging part of the job was painting six of our home’s fancy ceilings — three bedrooms and two living rooms, plus the domed hallway. In those areas specialist plasterers had earlier created elegant patterns that our visitors assume date from centuries past. There are plasterwork Yorkshire roses, chrysanthemums, etc., (photographs available)… and in one of the sitting rooms fantastical friezes that run halfway up the lengths of two walls (photograph available), featuring bacchanalian scenes of ancient Rome. We asked Drew Decor’s men to paint the ceilings matt white, and the friezes in matt China Cup (pale beige). We presumed it would take a long time to give the plaster twists and swirls two coats of paint, as each would need carefully brushing to ensure they were fully covered. But the decorators didn’t use brushes for the ceilings and friezes. They donned what looked like gas masks, and spray-painted the plasterwork shapes. This proved a very effective and quick way of reaching into every nook and cranny. Those ceilings looked great, but then the man who had fitted them said each plaster emblem needed to be enhanced with a dark background paint - in the fashion of Wedgwood porcelain. Drew Decor's men spent hours painstakingly adding China Cup to give the plasterwork an added elegance.

We are very happy with the painting and decorating done by Richard and his Team. The work was completed on time by a very friendly and helpful team. We will certainly use them for future projects.

I have used Richard and his team a number of times in recent years - from a whole house painting and decoration job, to a number of small jobs (bath sealant, repairs after work or water damage). They have always been excellent when it comes to the quality of their work, and are careful, considerate and reliable.

We have now used Richard of Drew Decorators a few times and have always been highly satisfied with his work and attention to detail. We telephoned Richard and he came to see us within a couple of days and did a survey of the work required. We received an estimate by email and arranged a commencement date. Very efficient as always. Richard and his team arrived on the due date (0800 hours every morning) and over the next two weeks decorated the main bedroom and the lounge. All the old wallpaper was stripped off , the walls were lined, the wood work and ceilings were painted then the walls were papered ; and what was really good was that every night they cleaned away all the ‘debris’ and hoovered up everywhere they had been. Richard and all his team are personable and very hard working and excellent at their craft. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard Drew Decorators to anyone looking for a really good decorator.

I cannot praise the whole team enough. From the very first meeting till completion the service received was excellent. It was quite a big job, hall, stairs and landing. There was a lot of preparation, painting and papering, taking a team of 4, several days to complete. The attention to detail was noticeable. The entire team worked with great care and tidied up at the end of each day. They were polite and conscientious. We are so pleased with the transformation. Thank you Richard, Chris, Harry and Sam. We were delighted with the results of the work Richard and his team did. We had two bedrooms and a study fully decorated, plus two other rooms and the paintwork of a full Victorian hall and staircase. Chris and Harry in particular, who were here every day, conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. They were considerate and very helpful in every way. Richard and his team decorated our bedroom in August 2020 and did a fantastic job, so we had no hesitation asking them back in March/April 2021 to work on 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, hall, stairs & landing and finally the kitchen. Superb work. Meticulous preparation followed by superb decorating skills. Polite, friendly and tidy. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Richard and his team.

Richard and his team decorated my newly acquired two bedroomed flat. We arranged a date well in advance and he was very good at communicating as things got changed.
