I cannot rate Ideal Home Improvements highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I had a complete fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement, and the finished job looks absolutely fantastic, better than I imagined. Russel and the team were professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. From the initial quote to the final clean-up, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and they made sure I understood every step. The workmanship is top-notch, and the quality of the materials used gives me confidence that this will last for years to come. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when the job was done. I have a 1967 home that was built with tiled fronting in dark green. This was really dating the house and suffering with tile slip, also the fascia, soffits and gutters were all in need of updating and being installed properly. From quote through to installation the team have been amazing, with great commutation throughout the journey. Today the house was finished and the install process has been finished to a highly professional standard and completed by a team that are highly skilled and care about the workmanship they provide and how they treat the customer. Ideal Home Improvements did a good job at my home. They very well installed the white barge boards, fascia, soffits and guttering. The team finished the job well in time. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get similar work done.

Russell surveyed the roof 2 months ago and then we fixed a date in July once I got back from vacation. The two chaps that came to do the work were polite and very professional and the whole job was done within the day. Removing all the old felt and wood, installing new timber for a better pitch, adding the plywood and finally the EPDM. It looks like a great job done (and nice and tidy too) but I have to now wait longingly for rain (as does my poor garden) to make sure it's 100%!

Had our soffits, facias & gutters replaced & we are absolutely delighted with the result. On contacting the Company for a quote we were visited by Russell who was extremely professional & knowledgeable, giving advice, indication of installation time & quote. No hard sales pressure, so refreshing. Quote was very reasonable & fair. Laura efficiently arranged the contract & scheduled the works, answering any questions we had promptly. Installers were courteous, friendly, hardworking & left everything clean & tidy. No fuss, no bother, stress free experience. Had previously seen similar work carried out on number 75 was encouraged to contact the firm on their recommendation. Very professional job from start to finish. Russell's initial quote was thorough, clear and provided within hours - unlike the other two firms I approached who were vague and slapdash. The quote was the most expensive of the 3 but it gave me confidence that I would get what I paid for. The work was carried out 5 weeks later. The installation team arrived on time, carried out the work with care and cleaned up all debris daily. All members of the team were polite and friendly. The work was completed well within the 5 day timeframe quoted. Whilst I'm not in a position to examine the new work up close everything looks well fitted and in line with the estimate.

The whole experience of dealing with this company was excellent. There were no hard sales or upselling techniques for additional work which is refreshing and the company accommodated my requirements for when the work could be carried out. Laura from the office always responded quickly and professionally to ensure my questions and requirements were met. The guy’s that arrived to carry out the work did an excellent job and I am very pleased with their work. The new facias, soffits and guttering make a huge difference to the appearance of our house. Ideal Home Improvements installed two roof lanterns and replaced a flat roof. Russell, Laura, Ashley and team provided a first class service from initial quote to completion. All work done on time and to the quotation. Found a small area of roof tiling that needed re-cementing. Very happy with the quality of work on our house and Annex. It's looking 100% better. Ashley and team were great to have around - nothing too much trouble and they cleared up well.

From Russell giving the quote to the end of the job everything was just perfect. Laura is extremely helpful answering questions and keeping us informed about the job. The men who did the job turned up promptly where friendly and professional. We had old tiles taken off the front of the house this was replaced with a lovely grey cladding. It took 2 days to complete the job we are so happy with the job would not hesitate to recommend Russell and his team.

We contracted Ideal Home improvements to replace our Fascia, Soffits and Guttering after checking on other local and National company’s . Russell came out twice to quote and then site check what was required and how his fitters would carry out the work. His quote was clear and agreeable. We also spoke to neighbour’s who’d used Ideal. On the day of install - two lads turned up ( on time ) both Ashley’s and Ron were very approachable, courteous and showed respect & care whilst setting up their ladders and work platform in our garden. They both worked very hard and completed a job which we thought would take at least 2 days - in a day and a half ! Full credit to them. There after Laura followed up to ask if we were happy with the final results and if had questions… Would have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Home Improvement’s. Well Done Guys.

I used Home Improvements on the recommendation of a neighbour and I am delighted with the result. Facia boards, soffits, gutters and downpipes were all replaced, and a great job on clearing up afterwards. The cost was more than reasonable and as quoted. Happy to recommend to others.

They attended site on the day they specified and had 4 operatives to complete the job in one day as opposed to 2 which was a pleasant surprise.
