Installation of a new boiler, a radiator, towel rail and valve replacements. Richard and Tom worked really hard, they were on time, polite, tidy, very efficient and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to us when any decisions were needed and ensured we understood how to use the boiler and new thermostat. Our pipework was a bit of a mess so Richard and Tom had their work cut out. They also spotted an unsafe gas fitting and sorted it out. We would definitely recommend them.

We had an annual boiler service. Richard has been our gas and boiler engineer since we moved to our current house in 2012. He is always very courteous and professional, and always takes time to explain what he is doing and give us any helpful information to keep things running smoothly. We trust him implicitly, and hope he continues in the trade for many years to come.
