R T Property Improvements

We cannot rate the quality and conscientious nature of Robert's work highly enough. He has undertaken numerous pieces of word for us. Firstly, he undertook internal decoration of hall stairs and landing. His forethought of the project led to minimum disruption and generation of dust and inconvenience for us. He has undertaken significant fencing work in our garden and his attention to detail could not be faulted. We have also asked him to do more minor repair work in the home and again the quality and timeliness could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation recommending RT property improvements. Before I make any major purchase I check Which? So for the refurbishment of our apartment, I referred to Which? Trusted Traders and decided to use RT Property Improvements. Robert quickly contacted me after my initial contact and we discussed what we were trying to achieve. Robert started the job in Feb 23 and finished in May 23 and the results are fantastic. 10 out of 10. Robert is super-conscientious, neat and tidy and a skilled tradesperson. He project managed the whole job from start to finish. We had no hassle whatsoever. The apartment is in a block of 8 and all of the other owners said how respectful Robert was throughout. He always made sure the other owners had no reason to complain. As a result 3 of the owners have said they want Robert to do improvements to their properties. Thanks Robert, it was a pleasure.

Our project included the removal of an internal wall, installation of an RSJ and the creation of a kitchen /diner. Robert worked tirelessly to create exactly what we wanted to an exacting standard, including stepping in to repair damage done by much lesser talented tradesmen! Both his work and communication are excellent and he carried out the job with minimum disruption and with the work area left clean and tidy each day. Knowledgeable, efficient, industrious and diligent..a masterful all-rounder! Dealt with some difficult carpentry and also fitted two awkward radiators with no fuss or mess. We are very happy and will definitely use again.

This is the first time Robert has done any work for us. We found him very helpful, reliable and exceptionally hard working. We appreciated his advice and suggestions and his communication with us was excellent. We are extremely pleased with the completed room and would not hesitate to recommend him and will be contacting him in the future for other work we need done.

This is the second time we've asked R T Property Improvements to complete some work for us. They were so brilliant the first time around it was a no-brainer to have him back. Once again the jobs were completed to an excellent standard. We had a new vanity unit/sink fitted along with tiling, a new radiator fitted, another removed, and solid wood flooring fitted in one room which looks beautiful. There were some challenges due to the design of the radiator and they showed real determination to ensure the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Not only are we always happy with the jobs completed, they are genuinely nice guy's, friendly and trustworthy and I've no doubt we'll be asking them back for future work. They're often very busy and needs to be booked in advance but well worth the wait. Cannot recommend them enough.

Over the years Robert has done many jobs for us and the outcome is always superb and his latest visit is no exception. He recently built a new soakaway for us and at one stage our patio resembled the Battle of the Somme but with Robert’s hard work and determination the patio is once again as good as new (if not better). He has also taken up our old pathway and as all our services are underneath, put in an new water main, drains and manholes. He then went onto block pave the entire area and replace the wooden side gate. He has done all this whilst battling against the weather and we have tested his talents to the limit! However as always we are delighted with the results and Robert has done another first class job.

Robert was asked to construct two high-spec WC facilities off the narthex in our large Church of St Joseph here in Poole. It was a substantial project involving an architect. I think it's fair to say Robert managed to inspire a certain confidence in our finance committee from the start. Nevertheless we all came to be impressed by his commitment to the project; he would arrive very early and continue work till late into the evenings. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were also remarkable to us all. He was also careful in working round our use of the church which must have presented some challenges at times. Lockdown restrictions banning the use of toilets meant there wasn't a strict deadline to work to. But this clearly didn't lessen Robert's single-mindedness; he was there all day and every day. He seemed to want to give his best to every detail. The result is we now have first-rate, state-of-the-art toilet facilities which look really nice and the parishioners greatly appreciate; we have had only very positive feedback from everyone and understandably so. I think we would all agree that given the sheer hard work, craftsmanship, best materials used and attention to detail, this project was true value for money.

Kitchen refurbishment. Fitted new kitchen units, sink, integrated fridge/freezer, oven, hob , dish washer and washing machine. Excellent work. Very satisfied. The work was completed within a reasonable time schedule and agreed cost. The work was done in a considerate, helpful, tidy manner.

Another fantastic job completed by Robert for us. As always his attention to detail is superb. He really is a multi-talented Master Craftsman & works to the highest of standards. He is a pleasure to have around & always gives great advice. We are delighted with the result and highly recommend him.
