We had great communication from day one with an initial visit to discuss our requirements and then a visit from the surveyor to measure up. The fitters came on time and carried out the job with very little upheaval, they did a great job. The door looks great and we have had lots of compliments. We would highly recommend Radley Windows.

Radley Windows did an efficient, business like visit to inspect the work required and shortly after presented very reasonable, detailed and well presented quotes; one for two windows and the other for a replacement glass conservatory roof, there was no sales pressure. The two fitters worked together well and were very polite and competent. They had worked with Radley for a number of years, they were respectful of us and our home, doing the work with no fuss and clearing up well after they had finished. We were only given a couple of working days notice of the work proceeding, we could of done with a little more notice. This is a minor point amongst all the positives.

We cannot recommend Radley Windows highly enough! Not only is the end result great and the installation ran quickly/smoothly (with very lovely and tidy installers) but Martin and team were also incredibly understanding and accommodating after we had to postpone our installation for 2 months at the very last minute due to a family emergency. Thank you so much for the support and of course, our brilliant new windows which we are absolutely thrilled with!

They replaced 6 upstairs windows for us, that we are very satisfied with. They could remove the old windows and install new ones, without putting up scaffolding, which is a lot less bother and keeps down costs. Their prices were reasonable and less than another quote. The windows were white on the inside and colour matched to our downstairs windows on the outside. Using white inside brightens up the bedrooms! The colour match on the outside was very good. The windows are insulated to a high standard. They can be opened in a way that allows you to clean them from inside. The people who sorted this out for us and the installers were all very helpful and trustworthy. Overall an excellent experience. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends..

From first contact, we were kept up to date with progress culminating in the date of completion. Friendly, approachable, tidy, good communication.

The measuring team were efficient & friendly. The fitters were very careful, left the property as they found it, and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. Radley Windows have installed new windows and a front door in my character property and they look lovely and I have had so many lovely comments about them. They had to be made to size as they are in an old Mill and are half-moon shape. I would highly recommend Radley Windows.

From the first visit to the completion of the work everything was handled so well. The fitters arrived on time, did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. All the blinds taken down and put back up when finished so when they left everything was back to normal.

I had two bay windows fitted to the front windows of our semi-detached Victorian house. I have waited many years for a product that exactly matched the dimensions of our original Victorian windows (ie the thin glazing bars, and frames, that are not available with standard double glazed windows), and Radley were able to supply this. Although I had to wait several months for delivery of the windows they were worth waiting for. I am very pleased with the result. You can not tell that they are not the original windows, which was my aim to keep the character of the house. From the initial sales contact to the final fitting the service was friendly, efficient and courteous. The fitting team were very competent, neat and tidy, clearing and cleaning up as they went along so there was no mess, making the whole process stress free from a customers perspective. This is the second window installation I have had carried out by Radley Windows and have been very pleased both times.

Radley installed two stories of bay windows without using adequate support. As a result the whole bay has torn off the front wall of the house and an £8,000 job looks like it is going to cost £20,000 to rebuild. AVOID.
