As previously reported Pete and his mate appeared to have done a good job. They had been prompt, tidy and courteous. However, there is a significant drainage problem when it rains which results in a pool of water covering a large area of the roof. Clearly Pete did not take variations in the gradient of the roof into account before starting work which he should have done as an experienced professional. On several occasions since March Pete has told us, we are both in our 80s and I’m disabled, that he would return to carry out some remedial work but he has failed to do so.

We needed to re-cover our kitchen extension flat roof which was last replaced 20 years ago. The bitumen felt was still intact but we wanted to convert from a 1980s cold roof to a modern, insulated warm roof with a sky light and covered with EPDM rubber. Pete came round and discussed options including fitting insulation on top of the existing roof deck and a sun tunnel which would mean much less disruption to the roof structure. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the fact he was Firestone approved. The quote was within the expected range and reasonable. It took a while to settle on a date as roofing work is very weather dependant but once we got the date, they kept to it. Pete and his colleague were easy to deal with during the installation particularly around details of the sun tunnel installation. We are very happy with the end result.

Pete and Neil replaced our kitchen flat roof . They were methodical , and completed a great job in very cold weather, the least I could do was fortify them with copious hot tea. They left the area spotlessly clean and the finished job extremely well executed. I would recommend them to anyone who want professionals, and at a very reasonable price.

We had a new EPDM flat roof installed on the house extension. Full quotation provided before the work and quickly and professionally answered all questions asked ahead of the work. Arrived as agreed and carried out work in a professional manner leaving the roof and garden clean and tidy. Had the pleasure of using this company's services to replace a tandem garage flat roof that had lasted far lo ger than it had any right to. Pete and Neil are genuinely friendly and professional gents. They prioritised the work to my property due to an exposed hole in the roof and discussed options and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. They started the work when they said they would, carried out first rate workmanship, including finishing touches to trim and the like and cleaned up all excess materials to leave the place tidier than it was before they started. The EPDM rubber roofing that was used to replace the aging felt looks first rate and will undoubtedly last significantly longer than the previous material. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!

I have encountered so many workmen during my time of owning my house who have tried to rip me off or have only done a substandard job but I cannot recommend Pete enough. He changed the date for me several times thanks to me breaking my leg and honored the work even when he was feeling poorly himself.
