I approached Randle Building Solutions to knock through a kitchen and dining room. The work was done professionally and the finish is perfect. All the trades were anxious to do a good job and keep the site clean. We had an issue with errors in the drawings but RBS were proactive in resolving the problem and minimising delay. We didn’t have a new kitchen but re-positioned the existing ones; RBS made everything fit, collected and delivered required extra parts from the original kitchen supplier, etc. All round a great job project managed perfectly.

Randle Building Solutions have been known to me for many years so when I moved to North Wales to a house with a few issues I contacted them to sort out the solar and associated electrics. They produced a detailed and competitive quote and subsequently completed the work quickly and to the highest standards. The inverter was replaced, a gateway and battery fitted as well as a new consumer unit. All the associated paperwork was completed and submitted to our electricity supplier in a timely manner. The employees were professional at all times and cleaned up everything following the installation. Magic! I would recommend Randle Building Solutions without reservation. They are an outstanding firm who do exactly what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it. Excellent service from quote to completion.

Quite simply Randle Renewables/ Building Solutions is one of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Andy and his team were all polite, courteous and professional. They always tidied up after each day and the quality of their workmanship very neat. Andy was always available for any queries I had. I believe they went above and beyond expectations, even replacing a dodgy light switch for me which was outside their remit! The ASHP is working really well for me and cost roughly equal to the quote Octopus gave me for what I believe was a lesser quality pump. They are obviously passionate about the environment & delivering what will work best for your home, very thorough. I have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

I contacted Randle Building Solutions via email through Vaillant on Monday 16th October 2023. The following morning Andy rang me at 8;00am and I explained that I had a F532 code (air flow). He came out the same day at 13:00pn and serviced my Arotherm 2 Air heat source pump. I have had issues with it since it was installed in 2017. Andy explained everything to me and showed me the problem with it. I have had 2 Vaillant engineers out to this air heat source pump and they have never ever found the fault. Andy is coming out again to flush and fill the air heat pump and replace the glycol. He even said let’s give it a couple of weeks to see how it goes as I don’t want you spending out if we need to replace the air heat source pump itself. A genuine, professional caring gentleman. I can’t thank Andy enough.

Design, specify and install heat pump and replace quite a bit of existing plumbing. Very impressed. Very friendly and approachable. Took a lot of trouble and answered a lot of questions to make sure we got the right installation for us. The quality of the workmanship is high and the guys that did it were very friendly and considerate. They are enthusiasts for renewable energy and it shows in a very positive and constructive approach.

We had an air-source heat pump installed, to replace an oil fired boiler. A number of radiators were replaced, the old boiler removed and the heat pump installed. We are delighted with the new system and its peformance outstrips many of its competitors. Randalls were very helpful and professional. It only took 4 days to complete the work, including some tricky radiator re-plumbing.

Large solar panel and battery install. 45 solar panels installed on large building with 3 batteries for storage and 3 phase inverter. This was a pleasurable experience from start to completion. A great survey with clear documentation explaining process, what was needed to supply and store our power and clear pricing with no hidden costs. Documentation supplied before any agreement stated showed realistic payback time and this was realistic. Documentation after work was complete is all complete and we are very happy with the install and we are saving a fortune on not using any electric from the national grid. I personely recommend Randles buildings for this kind of install

New Bathroom Fitted. The work was completed by highly competent, courteous, and considerate tradesmen. I was initially pointed me in the direction of an excellent bathroom design and furniture supplier, and then provided a timeframe for the job. The work was completed exactly to this timeframe. Every effort was made to make the process as painless and as convenient as possible by ensuring I was never without facilities. I'm delighted with my new bathroom.
